本发明涉及一种改性PP材料用聚氨酯漆及其制备方法。该改性PP材料用聚氨酯漆是由低羟基丙烯酸树脂、氟碳树脂、PP附着力促进剂、颜填料、助剂、溶剂而成漆料组分;HDI二聚体、HDI三聚体、溶剂制成固化剂组分;施工时按漆料:固化剂为100:25的重量比进行配合而成,为便于施工,可加入适量的稀释剂调节施工粘度;本发明的主要用途是获得一种具有在改性PP材料上附着力好、漆膜硬度及机械性能佳、耐候、耐热、耐水、疏水性好等特点,能适应高速旋转下高温、高热以及静置情况下的低温防冻、防结冰、防结露的改性PP材料用聚氨酯漆及其制备技术,以适应轨道交通车辆行业越来越广泛的非金属材料用漆要求。

背景技术
随着轨道交通行业的迅猛发展,现轨道交通车辆及其配件种类越来越多,所用材料品种也更加多样,现不仅有原来的许多种金属底材,还有越来越多的非金属底材。新型材料的广泛应用,非金属材料代替金属材料也成为一种趋势,改性PP塑料材料的使用越来越广泛,因此对油漆质量的要求也越来越高。如联诚集团风机公司试制的非金属叶轮因其优异的性能被用户青睐,将成为其今后主要生产机型,其使用的改性PP塑料材质,PP塑料基材的特征在于其结晶度高、表面极性及表面能低、强度高、耐溶剂及其他材料侵蚀等优点,但存在涂料难以附着等缺陷,对油漆的要求很高,再加上改性PP塑料的多品种化,因此改性PP塑料及其涂装是大家十分关注的问题,现有的油漆已不能满足设计要求,其对改性PP等材质的附着力较差,而非金属叶轮使用环境苛刻,经常高速旋转,具有较大的冲击力和破坏力,通常使用的PP底水预处理及火焰氧化处理方式也不能达其要求,另非金属叶轮用涂料要考虑适应低温防冻、防结露性能以及高温、高热性能。

本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种附着力好、便于施工、漆膜硬度及机械性能佳、耐候、耐热、耐水、疏水性好和底漆面漆合一的改性PP材料用聚氨酯漆及其制备方法;以适应轨道交通车辆行业越来越广泛的非金属材料用漆要求。

其中复合填料为沉淀硫酸钡:微细滑石粉:云母粉:纳米氧化锌=4:2:2:2重量比的混合料;稀释剂为二甲苯:乙酸丁酯:PMA=5:3:2重量比的混合溶剂;
(2)组成固化剂各原料的重量配比为:
HDI二聚体23-27份,二甲苯25-35份,
HDI三聚体23-27份,乙酸丁酯15-25份;
所述的各步骤为:
A、漆料的制备:将组成漆料的上述十二种原料按重量配比,先将低羟基丙烯酸树脂和三氟型FEVE氟碳树脂添加在容器缸中,并把该容器缸置于分散机下,开启分散机,调节转速为500-800转/分钟,然后在搅拌状态下依次加入稀释剂、复合填料、颜料和PP附着力促进剂四种原料后,再加入其余六种原料,加料完毕后,调节分散机转速为1000-1200转/分钟,搅拌10-15分钟,即得预分散浆;然后用隔膜泵将预分散浆泵入砂磨机中,研磨至细度≤20μm出料,在120目的滤网中过滤,除去机械杂质,即成漆料,用铁桶包装,待用;
B、固化剂的制备:先将上述固化剂原料中的HDT二聚体和HDI三聚体按重量配比加入到容器缸中,并把该容器缸置于分散机下,开启分散机。调节转速为500-800转/分钟,在搅拌状态下加入二甲苯、乙酸丁酯,加料完毕后,调节分散机转速为1000-1200转/分钟,搅拌10-15分钟,在120目的滤网中过滤,即成固化剂,包装待用;
C、改性PP材料用聚氨酯漆的制备:在使用时,将漆料与固化剂按100:25的重量配比进行混合,即成改性PP材料用聚氨酯漆。施工时可用适量稀释剂调节施工粘度。
本发明通过上述方法制备一种改性PP材料用聚氨酯漆。
本改性PP材料用聚氨酯漆的作用机理如下:
(1)、低羟基丙烯酸聚氨酯树脂中的羟基与脂肪族异氰酸酯起反应交联固化成膜。
(2)、氟碳树脂的分子链上带有官能团—OH及—COOH其与异氰酸酯反应交联固化成膜。
(3)、低羟基丙烯酸树脂极性基团少,与氟碳树脂混溶性较好,从而组成稳定的涂料基料。
(4)、PP塑料用附着力促进剂(CPP),CPP相当于PP中部分氢原子被氯原子取代后的产物,氯原子的引入使CPP具有一定极性,与PP涂料具有良好的相容性及相互作用力;CPP与PP底材之间的作用机理为CPP具有分子弱极性,分子与PP分子结构相似以及溶剂的存在等原因,造成CPP与PP两种高聚物分子相互缠绕,形成附着层。
(5)、氟碳树脂及含氟助剂与PP等塑料基材分子结构类似,从而依据相似相容原理,其配套性能得到提高。
(6)、涂料固化成膜,树脂、助剂、固化剂相互作用及反应形成网状结构,与基材结构类似,从而形成良好的配套涂层。
本发明的技术要点是:根据改性PP材料用聚氨酯漆的特性,其树脂是由低羟基丙烯酸树脂和三氟型FEVE氟碳树脂两种树脂复合;该三氟型FEVE氟碳树脂和低羟基丙烯酸树脂混溶性好,其混合物与异氰酸脂固化剂反应形成网状聚合物,使所制的漆产品固化后具有优良的耐候性能,它对改性PP材料具有优异的附着力,硬度高、耐磨、防冻、自洁性好,疏水性优。
总之,本发明是针对改性PP塑料基材的特性用而专门研发的一种改性PP材料用聚氨酯漆,它是为改性PP塑料材质而精心设计的底、面合一漆,即底漆和面漆合为一种漆;在不进行PP底水预处理及火焰氧化处理情况下,仍可得到优良的附着力、耐候性、硬度和光泽,漆膜耐光、热和水的侵蚀,其先进的配方设计与优质的材料使客户改变了传统的施工方式,变得简便易喷,节省了人工、电力和时间。
本发明中的复合填料由沉淀硫酸钡、微细滑石粉、云母粉、纳米氧化锌组成。沉淀硫酸钡可以增加漆膜硬度,微细滑石粉可提高漆膜填充性,云母粉为片状结构,可减缓H2O和O2的渗透,延缓漆膜的破坏,纳米氧化锌有催化作用,同时有效减缓油漆沉淀。
本发明中的PP附着力促进剂,PP塑料用附着力促进剂主要成分是氯化聚丙烯(CPP),其具有一定极性,与低羟基丙烯酸树脂、氟碳树脂具有较好的相容性及相互作用力;由于CPP具有分子弱极性,分子与PP等塑料分子结构相似,在溶剂的作用下形成相互缠绕,提高基材附着力。
本发明采用聚酰胺蜡、分散剂、消泡剂、流平剂、紫外光吸收剂、光稳定剂等助剂,其中,添加聚酰胺蜡后,本聚氨酯漆具有优良的防沉性、增强漆膜的抗划伤力及降低漆膜的表面张力;分散剂采用高分子量嵌段共聚体,其对涂料体系的分散效果及贮存稳定性均匀较佳;流平剂为氟改性流平剂,其具有良好的流平效果,且漆膜具有良好的手感性、提高防涂鸦性和疏水性;消泡剂为有机硅类消泡剂,其具有强力消泡作用;紫外光吸收剂及光稳定剂可以使漆膜提高耐老化性能。
本改性PP材料用聚氨酯漆中的稀释剂选用二甲苯、乙酸丁酯、PMA的混合溶剂,其极性较强,溶解能力较强。
本改性PP材料用聚氨酯漆中的颜料选用主要以白色为主,可根据用户需求调制颜色。
本发明中的固化剂选用HDI二聚体、HDI三聚体搭配使用,在保证黄变及耐候性的情况下,平衡硬度及柔韧性。
本发明的有益效果是:
(一)、本聚氨酯漆易施工,该漆一次喷涂成形,不需采用传统的化学处理方法以及喷底漆再喷面漆的施工工艺。
(二)、涂料与底材配套性好,该涂料施工成膜后,漆漆膜与改性PP基材附着力强,划格试验可达0级;该涂料采用耐候性好的氟碳树脂与低羟基含量的纯丙烯酸树脂配套使用,其耐候性优异。
(三)、防结露、冰冻性能好。该涂料使用含氟树脂及氟改性助剂等材料,其表面张力低,具有疏水性,水及杂质难附着,具有一定的防涂鸦性能,有较好的防结露、抗冰冻性能。
(四)、综合性能好,其性能可满足铁标TB/T2393-2001标准面漆的相关要求。
(五)、生产工艺简单,产品储存稳定性好。
具体实施方式
一种改性PP材料用聚氨酯漆的制备方法,包括漆料和固化剂两部分,特征在于所述的该聚氨酯漆由以下各原料和步骤制成;
(1)组成漆料的各原料重量配比为:

注:上述低羟基丙烯酸树脂为东胜化学(上海)有限公司产ESB-1216羟基丙烯酸树脂,三氟型FEVE氟碳树脂为常熟市中昊化工公司产,沉淀硫酸钡为贵州毫微粉体材料有限公司产,微细滑石粉为广西龙广滑石开发有限公司产,云母粉为安徽省滁州格瑞矿业有限公司产,纳米氧化锌为鲁门化工科技有限公司产,PP附着力促进剂为苏州品誉光电科技有限公司产,聚酰胺蜡为中山金团贸易公司产,高分子量嵌段共聚体分散剂、有机硅消泡剂为德国BYK公司产,氟改性流平剂为台湾德谦公司产,1130紫外光吸收剂、292光稳定剂为德国巴斯夫公司产,HDT二聚体、HDT三聚体固化剂为德国拜耳公司产N75HDT二聚体、3390HDT三聚体,二甲苯、丁酯、PMA为江苏三木化工厂产。
本改性PP材料用聚氨酯漆除满足铁路机车车辆用面漆标准TB/T2393-2001的相关标准外,其主要性能检验结果如下:
以下给出本发明的三个具体实例。
以上3个实例,检验结果均达到技术要求。

Claims (2)
1.一种改性PP材料用聚氨酯漆的制备方法,包括漆料和固化剂两部分,特征在于所述的该聚氨酯漆由以下各原料和步骤制成;
(1)组成漆料的各原料重量配比为:
