The base paint in the waterborne polyurethane highlight 2K paint comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
the sum of the raw materials of the basic coating is 100 parts, the raw materials are fed according to the production process requirements, dispersed and ground to prepare a finished product, and the finished product is filtered and packaged by a plastic barrel.
19 parts of waterborne polyurethane highlight 2K coating cross-linking agent;
and (3) mixing the 100 parts of the waterborne polyurethane highlight 2K coating base coating and 19 parts of the cross-linking agent, and adding deionized water for diluting uniformly during construction to construct the waterborne polyurethane highlight 2K coating base coating.
Example three
The base paint in the waterborne polyurethane highlight 2K paint comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
the sum of the raw materials of the basic coating is 100 parts, the raw materials are fed according to the production process requirements, dispersed and ground to prepare a finished product, and the finished product is filtered and packaged by a plastic barrel.
21 parts of waterborne polyurethane highlight 2K coating cross-linking agent;
the waterborne polyurethane highlight 2K coating base coating is prepared by mixing 21 parts of a cross-linking agent (100 parts), and adding deionized water for dilution during construction.
Claims (2)
1. The preparation method of the waterborne polyurethane high-gloss 2K coating is characterized in that the waterborne polyurethane high-gloss 2K coating comprises a base coating and a cross-linking agent, and is prepared from the following raw materials and steps:
(1) the base paint in the waterborne polyurethane high-gloss 2K paint comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
the values between the two end points of each component are arbitrarily selected;
wherein,
the film forming material is polyacrylic acid polyol dispersoid;
the pigment comprises organic and inorganic pigments of various colors;
the dispersing agent is a polymer solution containing pigment affinity groups;
a defoamer polyether siloxane copolymer emulsion;
the wetting agent is a nonionic surfactant;
the rheological additive is a nonionic polyurethane thickener;
a leveling agent, namely a water-based acrylic leveling agent;
the diluent is deionized water;
(2) the crosslinking agent in the waterborne polyurethane high-gloss 2K coating comprises the following components in parts by weight:
15-25 parts of a cross-linking agent,
the cross-linking agent is water-soluble polyisocyanate resin;
(3) the base paint of the waterborne polyurethane high-gloss 2K paint is a cross-linking agent of 100: 15-25;
the steps are as follows:
preparing a base coating in the waterborne polyurethane high-gloss 2K coating:
(1) and stirring: mixing 1/3 of the defoaming agent, the dispersing agent and part of the diluent raw materials according to the weight ratio, putting the mixture into a dispersing machine, and stirring at a low speed of 300 revolutions per minute for 5 minutes to obtain a first mixed solution; then according to the weight ratio, uniformly stirring and dispersing the coloring pigment and the first mixed solution at a high speed, wherein the high-speed stirring rotating speed is 800 revolutions per minute, and the stirring time is 5 minutes, so as to obtain a second mixed solution; then, according to the weight ratio, uniformly stirring and dispersing the polyacrylic polyol dispersoid and the second mixed solution at a low speed, wherein the low-speed stirring rotating speed is 300 revolutions per minute, and the stirring and dispersing time is 20 minutes to obtain a third mixed solution;
(2) and grinding: pumping the third mixed solution into a grinder by using an air pump for grinding until the fineness is less than or equal to 20 mu m, and discharging;
(3) size mixing: mixing and dispersing the rest defoamer, wetting agent, flatting agent, rheological additive and water uniformly according to the weight ratio of the ground slurry, and packaging the mixture by using a plastic barrel for later use;
(II) the cross-linking agent is water-soluble polyisocyanate, and is packaged by a plastic barrel for later use;
(III) preparing the waterborne polyurethane high-gloss 2K coating: when the coating is used, the base coating and a cross-linking agent (water-soluble polyisocyanate) are mixed according to the weight ratio, namely the base coating and the cross-linking agent are 100: 15-25; the two components are uniformly mixed, so that the waterborne polyurethane high-gloss 2K coating is obtained.
2. An aqueous polyurethane high gloss 2K coating prepared by the method of claim 1.
