Abstract
一种聚氨酯漆包线漆料,其特征在于,由以下配方按照下列重量比配制而成:聚酯多元醇:10‑20份;对苯二甲酸二甲酯:10‑32份;乙二醇:30‑82份;甘油:20‑30份;辅料:1‑2份;去离子水:50‑100份。该发明以聚酯多元醇为底料,聚合过程中构建成一个杂环三元醇,以提高聚氨酯漆包线的热性能。另外,通过添加溴、乙酸等辅料,以代替有机物的作为辅料部分,进一步提高聚氨酯漆包线的耐高温能力,具备无盐水针孔,耐酸、耐碱,耐老化优势。

技术领域
本发明涉及漆料领域,特别是一种聚氨酯漆包线漆料。
背景技术
聚氨酯漆是重要的漆包线绝缘漆,具有优良的电绝缘性和直焊性(即不除去漆膜就能直接焊锡的性能),在焊点较多的彩电,仪表,计算机等行业有广泛的应用。
科学技术的发展对聚氨酿漆包线提出了更高要求,如彩电国产化工程中的彩电偏转线圈用聚氨酯漆包线,要求耐3000伏以上高压,软化击穿温度245℃以上,无盐水针孔,耐酸、耐碱,耐老化,同时又必须保持聚氨酯漆包线优良直焊性的特点。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种聚氨酯漆包线漆料,该漆料具有耐高压、高软化击穿温度等特点,产品既无盐水针孔,耐酸、耐碱,耐老化,同时又保持聚氨酯漆包线优良直焊性的特点。
本发明解决技术问题的技术方案如下:
一种聚氨酯漆包线漆料,其特征在于,由以下配方按照下列重量比配制而成:
聚酯多元醇 10-20份
对苯二甲酸二甲酯 10-32份
乙二醇 30-82份
甘油 20-30份
辅料 1-2份
去离子水 50-100份。
作为优选的方案之一,其特征在于,所述辅料包括溴、乙酸、硫代硫酸钠及碘化钾。
本发明的有益效果是:该发明以聚酯多元醇为底料,聚合过程中构建成一个杂环三元醇,以提高聚氨酯漆包线的热性能。另外,通过添加溴、乙酸等辅料,以代替有机物的作为辅料部分,进一步提高聚氨酯漆包线的耐高温能力,具备无盐水针孔,耐酸、耐碱,耐老化优势。

对苯二甲酸二甲酯 21份
乙二醇 52份
甘油 25份
辅料 1份
去离子水 75份。

聚酯多元醇 10-20份
对苯二甲酸二甲酯 10-32份
乙二醇 30-82份
甘油 20-30份
辅料 1-2份
去离子水 50-100份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯漆包线漆料,其特征在于,所述辅料包括溴、乙酸、硫代硫酸钠及碘化钾。
