Abstract
本发明公开了一种耐磨自清洁涂层及其制备、使用方法,由主体树脂、固化剂、添加剂和颜填料制备而成,将主体树脂置于搅拌容器内,搅拌的状态下依次加入有机硅树脂、添加剂、颜填料,充分搅拌至体系均匀,用砂磨机研磨至达到要求细度,出料为A组分;固化剂为B组分。将基材表面清理干净,将A、B组分按照比例用真空搅拌机混合均匀,混合均匀后在施工时间内喷涂或刮涂在基材的表面,使得涂层厚度达到工艺要求,待涂层硬化之后,涂层施工完成。本发明采用无溶剂体系,环境友好,选用可再生的植物油为主要原料,实现一定的生物降解可能性,自清洁能力强,时效长;硬度和韧性好,耐磨性能高。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域,具体是一种耐磨自清洁涂层及其制备、使用方法。
背景技术
耐磨涂层广泛应用于车厢内壁、管道外壁、厂矿设备及操作平台、厂房地面等方面。其中许多情况下,涂层经常接触到污泥、油污、粉尘等容易沾污,就需要一种自清洁的耐磨涂层。目前自清洁涂层的制备普遍采用仿荷叶效应的研究成果,一方面通过添加硅氟类添加剂降低表面能,另一方面采用微米纳米添加剂在涂层表面构建特殊的结构,通过高疏水性实现涂层的自清洁效果。还有一类研究是通过构建超亲水的涂层表面实现自清洁效果。无论哪种涂层,其耐磨性和长效性都不理想。同时许多涂层含有溶剂,对大气环境污染较大。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐磨自清洁涂层及其制备、使用方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种耐磨自清洁涂层,由以下质量分数的原料制备而成:20~95%主体树脂,5~80%固化剂,0~10%添加剂,0~70%颜填料。
作为本发明进一步的方案:具体的由以下质量分数的原料制备而成:40~60%主体树脂,10~40%固化剂,0~10%添加剂,0~70%颜填料。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述主体树脂由20~80%的植物油多元醇和20~80%的低聚物多元醇混合而成,植物油多元醇由蓖麻油、大豆油、棕榈油、菜籽油、亚麻油、桐油、棉籽油、花生油、葵花籽油中的一种或几种经酯交换、环氧化制备而成,低聚物多元醇由聚酯多元醇、聚醚多元醇、羟基丙烯酸预聚物、羟基聚氨酯预聚物中的一种或几种组合而成。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述固化剂由MDI、HDI、TDI、IPDI、氢化MDI中的一种或多种制成的预聚体。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述添加剂为纳米添加剂、有机硅树脂、含氟添加剂、催化剂、吸水剂、分散剂、消泡剂、流平剂、阻燃剂或紫外线吸收剂中的一种或几种。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述的纳米添加剂为纳米氧化铝、纳米氧化铈、纳米二氧化硅、纳米碳化钙、石墨烯、碳纳米管中的一种或几种;
所述的催化剂为有机锡类或非锡类的聚氨酯催化剂,包括二月桂酸二丁基锡、铋络合物、锆络合物、铁络合物;
所述的含氟添加剂为四氟蜡粉;所述的吸水剂为物理吸水剂分子筛;
所述的紫外线吸收剂为苯酮类、苯并三唑类、取代丙烯腈类、三嗪类与受阻胺类、水杨酸酯类阻燃剂。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述的有机硅树脂为分子量在1000~3000之间的含有氨基或羟基的有机硅树脂。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述的颜填料为石英砂、碳酸钙、钛白粉、炭黑、酞青蓝、氧化铁、滑石粉、硅灰石、高岭土、重晶石、云母粉中的一种或几种。
一种所述的耐磨自清洁涂层的制备方法,步骤如下:将0~30%的主体树脂、0-30%的分散剂、10~70%的颜填料投入搅拌器中,预混均匀,用砂磨机研磨至要求的细度,出料为颜填料浆;将主体树脂置于搅拌容器内,搅拌的状态下依次加入有机硅树脂、添加剂、颜填料浆,充分搅拌至体系均匀,出料为A组分;固化剂为B组分。
一种所述的耐磨自清洁涂层的使用方法,首先将基材表面清理干净,将A组分、B组分按照比例用真空搅拌机混合均匀,混合均匀后在施工时间内喷涂或刮涂在基材的表面,使得涂层厚度达到工艺要求,若气泡较多,在涂层硬化之前用扎泡工具消除气泡,待涂层硬化之后,涂层施工完成。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
采用无溶剂体系,环境友好;选用可再生的植物油为主要原料,实现一定的生物降解可能性;选用反应型添加剂,提高自清洁的长效性;通过多种添加剂的复配,以及对硬度和韧性的调整,提供更好的耐磨性能。
具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
将水泥地面清扫干净,去除灰尘、油污和水渍,并充分晾干。
将蓖麻油多元醇30g与羟基聚酯树脂20g混合均匀,搅拌下依次加入3A分子筛2g、分子量为2000的氨基硅油2g、四氟乙烯蜡粉1g、纳米氧化铝2g、石英砂30g、BYKA530消泡剂0.2g,搅拌均匀为A组分87.2g;MDI预聚体为B组分。
将A组分87.2g和B组分12.8g装入真空搅拌机中,搅拌5min,倒在经过处理的水泥地面上,用刮刀刮平,涂层厚度1-2mm;5min后用扎泡辊消泡一次,2h以后基本表干,1天以后可上人踩踏,制得耐磨自清洁地坪涂层。
实施例2
将微型卡车车厢内壁清扫干净,用抹布去除灰尘和水渍,充分晾干。
将大豆油多元醇2g、BYK163超分散剂1g、酞菁蓝(15:3)2g,预混均匀,用卧式砂磨机研磨至细度小于10μm,制备得蓝色浆。
将大豆油多元醇20g与聚酯树脂25g混合均匀,搅拌下依次加入3A分子筛2g、分子量为1000的含羟基硅油2g、纳米二氧化硅2g、石英砂20g、碳酸钙10g、BYKA530消泡剂0.2g、蓝色浆5g混合均匀,制备得A组分86.2g,HDI三聚体为B组分。
将A组分86.2g与B组分13.8g,投入搅拌机中搅拌5min,用大口径喷枪喷涂在卡车车厢内壁,喷涂厚度为0.5-1mm;2h后不粘手,1天以后可投入使用,制备得耐磨自清洁的车厢防护涂层。

Claims (10)
1.一种耐磨自清洁涂层,其特征在于,由以下质量分数的原料制备而成:20~95%主体树脂,5~80%固化剂,0~10%添加剂,0~70%颜填料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨自清洁涂层,其特征在于,具体的由以下质量分数的原料制备而成:40~60%主体树脂,10~40%固化剂,0~10%添加剂,0~70%颜填料。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的耐磨自清洁涂层,其特征在于,所述主体树脂由20~80%的植物油多元醇和20~80%的低聚物多元醇混合而成,植物油多元醇由蓖麻油、大豆油、棕榈油、菜籽油、亚麻油、桐油、棉籽油、花生油、葵花籽油中的一种或几种经酯交换、环氧化制备而成,低聚物多元醇由聚酯多元醇、聚醚多元醇、羟基丙烯酸预聚物、羟基聚氨酯预聚物中的一种或几种组合而成。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的耐磨自清洁涂层,其特征在于,所述固化剂由MDI、HDI、TDI、IPDI、氢化MDI中的一种或多种制成的预聚体。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的耐磨自清洁涂层,其特征在于,所述添加剂为纳米添加剂、有机硅树脂、含氟添加剂、催化剂、吸水剂、分散剂、消泡剂、流平剂、阻燃剂或紫外线吸收剂中的一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求5所述的耐磨自清洁涂层,其特征在于,所述的纳米添加剂为纳米氧化铝、纳米氧化铈、纳米二氧化硅、纳米碳化钙、石墨烯、碳纳米管中的一种或几种;
所述的催化剂为有机锡类或非锡类的聚氨酯催化剂,包括二月桂酸二丁基锡、铋络合物、锆络合物、铁络合物;
所述的含氟添加剂为四氟蜡粉;所述的吸水剂为物理吸水剂分子筛;
所述的紫外线吸收剂为苯酮类、苯并三唑类、取代丙烯腈类、三嗪类与受阻胺类、水杨酸酯类阻燃剂。
7.根据权利要求5所述的耐磨自清洁涂层,其特征在于,所述的有机硅树脂为分子量在1000~3000之间的含有氨基或羟基的有机硅树脂。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的耐磨自清洁涂层,其特征在于,所述的颜填料为石英砂、碳酸钙、钛白粉、炭黑、酞青蓝、氧化铁、滑石粉、硅灰石、高岭土、重晶石、云母粉中的一种或几种。
9.一种如任一权利要求1~8所述的耐磨自清洁涂层的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:将0~30%的主体树脂、0-30%的分散剂、10~70%的颜填料投入搅拌器中,预混均匀,用砂磨机研磨至要求的细度,出料为颜填料浆;将主体树脂置于搅拌容器内,搅拌的状态下依次加入有机硅树脂、添加剂、颜填料浆,充分搅拌至体系均匀,出料为A组分;固化剂为B组分。
10.一种如权利要求1~8所述的耐磨自清洁涂层的使用方法,首先将基材表面清理干净,将A组分、B组分按照比例用真空搅拌机混合均匀,混合均匀后在施工时间内喷涂或刮涂在基材的表面,使得涂层厚度达到工艺要求,若气泡较多,在涂层硬化之前用扎泡工具消除气泡,待涂层硬化之后,涂层施工完成。
