市场上普通的磁疗保健鞋保健效果都达不到理想的效果,仅仅只是慨念上的保健作用,很难达到通经活络等功效。

针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种具有磁疗效果的保健功能鞋。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案是:

所述鞋面面料为经过激光处理的小牛皮面料。
所述磁片为镀环保锌钕铁硼稀土永磁材料,其厚度为1.5~1.7毫米、直径为7.5~8.5毫米。
所述鞋垫共有三层构成,分别为面层、托玛琳远红外负离子层、回力海绵层。

所述药物层的药物为如下重量百分比的原料组成:状泥鳅3~5%,补肾治本补元气作用;生精子3~5%,生精,固精,延射作用;化骨莲3~5%,化骨质增生作用;胶水70~85%。
中药主要是通经活络,调理气血,对颈椎病、腰椎病,特别是对汗脚、冷脚的效果尤为显著,对肾虚养胃,腰膝冷痛、呕吐反胃,脘腹冷痛真有安抚神经紧张及焦虑等作用。
中底4的结构:一层的脚前撑部位的厚度有1.25毫米;二层的后根部位厚度为2.75毫米;脚心为锰钢,整个中底部位分别开有8个穴位的圆孔,其中,前撑部位3个磁片孔,外径为16毫米,内径为8毫米,厚度为1.5毫米,腰部穴位四个,后根部位1个,共3层10工艺。
永磁片垫层设有左右脚后跟帮面的内层与外层之间,所述永磁片的正极朝向鞋内,所述永磁片的负极朝向鞋外。内里牛皮与面牛皮夹成中两粒永磁,其中对左右脚后跟帮面的牛皮与内里牛皮两面穴位夹层中的两粒强磁分别朝鞋内的面为南极(简称为正极),两粒磁片分别朝外的为北极(简称为负极)。
所述鞋面面料为经过激光处理的小牛皮面料,激光的作用主要是透气以及美观。
所述永磁片为镀环保锌钕铁硼稀土永磁材料,其厚度为1.8毫米、直径为8厘米。
所述鞋垫共有四层构,分别为面层、防臭托玛琳远红外负离子层、无味回力海绵层。
所述中底上开有八个穴位的磁片圆孔,分别为前撑部位三个、腰部穴位四个以及后根部位一个,所述穴位圆孔的外径为16毫米、内径为8毫米、厚度为1.5毫米(此材料为镀环保锌钕铁硼稀土永磁材料)。前撑部位开圆孔的是透气性强,主要是为第2层的托玛琳释放出的负氧力子得到正常的发挥作用。
实施例1:胶水80重量份,三种之和为20重量份;状泥鳅;生精子;化骨莲。
实施例2:胶水80重量份,三种之和为8.9重量份(状泥鳅3.5;生精子2.4;化骨莲3)。
实施例3:胶水80重量份,三种之和为34.3重量份(其中,状泥鳅10;生精子12;化骨莲12.3)。
本发明的有益效果:小牛皮面料加激光+鞋带+车缝面+内里牛皮+包头细布+后子根+鞋跟+内与面夹层重要秘方+后跟压缝+后跟左右永磁片的厚度为1.8毫米,直径为8厘米圆型。大底的橡胶无味,耐折,耐磨。整双大底与帮面通过挟包、处理、刷胶、整理等共13个工艺组成。
Claims (8)
1.一种磁疗功能保健鞋,包括鞋本体,所述鞋本体包括鞋面、内里、鞋垫、中底和大底,其特征在于:所述鞋面与内里之间的夹层设有药物层,中底上设有磁片,磁片的上下表面覆盖有药物层,所述鞋垫和内里上设有若干托玛琳凸点,且托玛琳凸点粘接在布面上。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种磁疗功能保健鞋,其特征在于,所述磁片设有左右脚后跟帮面的内层与外层之间,所述磁片的正极朝向鞋内,所述磁片的负极朝向鞋外。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种磁疗功能保健鞋,其特征在于,所述鞋面面料为经过激光处理的小牛皮面料。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种磁疗功能保健鞋,其特征在于,所述磁片为镀环保锌钕铁硼稀土永磁材料,其厚度为1.5~1.7毫米、直径为7.5~8.5毫米。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种磁疗功能保健鞋,其特征在于,所述鞋垫共有三层构成,分别为面层、托玛琳远红外负离子层、回力海绵层。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种磁疗功能保健鞋,其特征在于,所述中底上开有八个穴位的磁片圆孔,分别为前撑部位三个、腰部穴位四个以及后根部位一个,所述穴位圆孔的外径为15~17毫米、内径为7.5~8.5毫米、厚度为1.5~1.7毫米。
7.如权利要求1-6任意一权利要求所述的一种磁疗功能保健鞋,其特征在于,所述药物层的药物为如下重量百分比的原料组成:状泥鳅3~10%;生精子3~10%;化骨莲5~20%;胶水70~85%。
8.如权利要求7所述的一种磁疗功能保健鞋,其特征在于,所述药物层的药物为如下重量百分比的原料组成:状泥鳅5%;生精子5%;化骨莲10%;胶水80%。
