本发明涉及一种药食两用压片糖果,具体涉及一种胶原蛋白压片糖果。
背景技术
传统的糖果类食品只能满足人们补充营养以及食物多样化方面的需求,通常只注重色香味等方面的要求,其包含的营养成分往往只注重补充能力的需求。随着人们生活水平的提供,健康情况却每况愈下,年轻人出现亚将康等健康问题,因此,人们也越来越关注健康,调整饮食,并适当摄入具有保健功能药品或食品,药食两用类压片糖果既可以充当食品,起到补充能力的作用,又含有功能性组分,起到调节身体、有助健康的作用。
胶原蛋白是人体延缓衰老必须补足的营养物质,占人体全身总蛋白质的30%以上,一个成年人的身体内约有3公斤胶原蛋白,它广泛地存在于人体的皮肤、骨骼、肌肉、软骨、关节、头发组织中,起着支撑、修复、保护的三重抗衰老作用。目前,胶原蛋白以胶囊、压片或者口服液的形式作为保健品销售,但是这些成分组分单一,有效功能成分单一,因此效果也不理想。

本发明的目的是提供一种功能成分多样、配伍合理的胶原蛋白压片糖果。
本发明胶原蛋白压片糖果,包括以下质量百分数的组分:
糖类物质35%、胶原蛋白粉18%-21%、人参粉5%-11%、大枣粉4%-10%、沙棘果粉1%-7%、薏米粉5%-11%、葛根粉1%-3%、枸杞粉1%-5%、山药粉1%-5%、辅料8%-13%和食品添加剂0.54%。
所述糖类物质为白砂糖或者木糖醇。
所述辅料为糊精或者淀粉。
所述食品添加剂为柠檬酸、三氯蔗糖、硬脂酸镁中的一种或几种的组合。
胶原蛋白因具有良好的生物相容性、可生物降解性以及生物活性,具有支撑、修复、保护的三重抗衰老作用;
人参主补五脏,安精神,止惊悸,除邪气,明目,开心益智;
沙棘具有活血散淤、化痰宽胸、补脾健胃、生津止渴、清热止泻之效;
薏米性凉,味甘、淡,入脾、肺、肾经,具有利水、健脾、除痹、清热排脓的功效;
葛根有解肌退热,透疹,生津止渴,升阳止泻之功;
枸杞具有促进免疫、抗衰老、保肝、生殖功能保护和改善等作用;
山药具有滋养强壮,助消化,敛虚汗,止泻之功效;
人参、山药、大枣和枸杞为其君:脾肾双补,益气健脾,生津养阴;薏米和葛根粉为其臣:健脾祛湿,利泻排毒,祛斑美白;胶原蛋白、沙棘果为佐辅;上述药物配伍以后具有益气生津、健脾除湿、祛斑美白的作用。

本发明胶原蛋白压片糖果,包括以下质量百分数的组分:
木糖醇35%、胶原蛋白粉21%、人参粉11%、大枣粉4%、沙棘果粉6%、薏米粉11%、葛根粉1%、枸杞粉1%、山药粉1.76%、糊精8%、柠檬酸0.14%和三氯蔗糖0.4%。

本发明胶原蛋白压片糖果,包括以下质量百分数的组分:
白砂糖35%、胶原蛋白粉20%、人参粉8%、大枣粉7%、沙棘果粉4%、薏米粉8%、葛根粉2%、枸杞粉3%、山药粉3%、淀粉9.46%、柠檬酸0.14%、三氯蔗糖0.1%和硬脂酸镁0.3%。

糖类物质35%、胶原蛋白粉18%-21%、人参粉5%-11%、大枣粉4%-10%、沙棘果粉1%-7%、薏米粉5%-11%、葛根粉1%-3%、枸杞粉1%-5%、山药粉1%-5%、辅料8%-13%和食品添加剂0.54%。
