and 3, if the current environment is at night, controlling the compressor and the fan of the refrigerator to run at a first gear lower than the set rotating speed.

Another technical solution of the present invention for solving the above technical problems is as follows: a control apparatus of a refrigerator, comprising:
the first judgment module is used for judging whether the current environment temperature detected by the environment temperature sensor is greater than the preset environment temperature or not after the refrigerator is electrified for normal refrigeration;
the second judging module is used for judging whether the current environment is at night or not according to the light intensity of the current environment detected by the optical sensor when the first judging module judges that the current environment temperature is greater than the preset environment temperature;
and the control module is used for controlling the compressor and the fan of the refrigerator to run at a rotating speed which is lower than the set rotating speed by one gear when the second judging module judges that the current environment is night.

Another technical solution of the present invention for solving the above technical problems is as follows: a refrigerator, comprising: a ring temperature sensor, a light sensor and/or a body sensor, and any of the control devices of the above embodiments, wherein the ring temperature sensor, the light sensor and/or the body sensor are connected to the control device respectively.

The principles and features of this invention are described below in conjunction with the following drawings, which are set forth by way of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of a control method 100 for a refrigerator according to an embodiment of the present invention. The main execution body of the method 100 shown in fig. 1 may be a refrigerator or a control device arranged in the refrigerator, and the method 100 comprises the following steps:
110. after the refrigerator is electrified for normal refrigeration, whether the current environment temperature detected by the environment temperature sensor is greater than the preset environment temperature is judged.

According to the control method of the refrigerator provided by the embodiment, under the condition that the current environment temperature detected by the environment temperature sensor is higher than the preset environment temperature, when the current environment is judged to be at night according to the light intensity of the current environment detected by the light sensor, the compressor and the fan of the refrigerator are controlled to operate at the rotating speed which is lower than the set rotating speed by one gear, so that the noise generated when the compressor and the fan operate can be effectively reduced, and the use comfort level is improved.
It will be appreciated that in this embodiment, the preset ambient temperature may be determined according to the actual conditions of the refrigerator used by the user, for example: the preset ambient temperature may be 10 ℃. This is merely an example and is not intended to limit embodiments of the present invention in any way.
Optionally, as an embodiment of the present invention, the control method 200 shown in fig. 2 includes:
210. after the refrigerator is electrified for normal refrigeration, whether the current environment temperature detected by the environment temperature sensor is greater than the preset environment temperature is judged. According to the control method of the refrigerator, the rotating speeds of the compressor and the fan are comprehensively controlled according to the environment temperature sensor, the optical sensor and the human body intelligent sensor, when a person approaches the refrigerator and/or the person needs to have a rest at night, the compressor and the fan are controlled to operate at the rotating speed with the lowest load, so that the noise sensed by the person is greatly reduced, and the use comfort is improved.
It should be understood that in this embodiment, the preset range may be determined according to the actual situation of the user using the refrigerator, for example: the preset range may be a range of 1m around the refrigerator. This is merely an example and is not intended to limit embodiments of the present invention in any way.
Optionally, as another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, after step 250, the control method 200 further includes:
270. whether a cooling request of the refrigerating compartment is received. If yes, go to step 271; if not, go to step 272.
271. The compressor of the refrigerator and the refrigerating chamber fan are controlled to run at the lowest load rotating speed.

It should be understood that, in this embodiment, the execution sequence of step 270, step 280 and step 290 is not sequential, and may be executed simultaneously. Additionally, after step 265, execution of step 250 may continue back.
In this embodiment, when a cooling request is received from the first compartment, the compressor and the fan corresponding to the first compartment are controlled to operate at the lowest load speed, and the fan corresponding to the second compartment is controlled to stop. The first box chamber is one or two of the refrigerating chamber, the freezing chamber and the temperature-changing chamber, and the second box chamber is the box chamber except the first box chamber among the refrigerating chamber, the freezing chamber and the temperature-changing chamber.
For example: the first compartment is a refrigerating compartment, and the second compartment is a freezing compartment and a temperature-changing compartment. Namely: when a refrigerating request of the refrigerating chamber is received, the compressor and the refrigerating fan are controlled to operate at the lowest load rotating speed, and the freezing fan and the variable temperature fan are controlled to stop. This is merely an example and is not intended to limit embodiments of the present invention in any way.
It should also be understood that, in the embodiments of the present invention, the sequence numbers of the above-mentioned processes do not mean the execution sequence, and the execution sequence of each process should be determined by its function and inherent logic, and should not constitute any limitation on the implementation process of the embodiments of the present invention.
The control method of the refrigerator according to the embodiment of the present invention is described in detail above with reference to fig. 1 to 3, and the control apparatus of the refrigerator according to the embodiment of the present invention is described in detail below with reference to fig. 4.
Fig. 4 is a schematic block diagram of a control apparatus 400 of a refrigerator according to an embodiment of the present invention. The control apparatus 400 shown in fig. 4 may be provided on a refrigerator, the control apparatus 400 including: a first judging module 410, a first judging module 420 and a control module 430. Wherein,
the first determining module 410 is configured to determine whether the current ambient temperature detected by the ambient temperature sensor is greater than a preset ambient temperature after the refrigerator is powered on for normal cooling. The second determining module 420 is configured to determine whether the current environment is at night according to the light intensity of the current environment detected by the light sensor when the first determining module 410 determines that the current environment temperature is greater than the preset environment temperature. The control module 430 is configured to control the compressor and the fan of the refrigerator to operate at a first speed lower than the predetermined speed when the second determining module 420 determines that the current environment is at night.

It should be understood that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the control apparatus 400 according to the embodiment of the present invention may correspond to an execution main body of the control method according to the embodiment of the present invention, and the above and other operations and/or functions of each module in the control apparatus 400 are respectively for implementing corresponding flows of each method in fig. 1 to fig. 3, and are not described herein again for brevity.
It should also be understood that in this embodiment, the preset ambient temperature may be determined according to the actual situation in which the user uses the refrigerator, for example: the preset ambient temperature may be 10 ℃. This is merely an example and is not intended to limit embodiments of the present invention in any way.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present invention, the control module 430 is further configured to control both the compressor and the fan of the refrigerator to operate at a predetermined rotation speed when the second determination module 420 determines that the current environment is daytime.
Optionally, in another embodiment of the present invention, the control module 430 is further configured to control the compressor and the fan of the refrigerator to operate at the lowest rotation speed when the human body sensor detects a human body in a preset range around the refrigerator. Or, when the human body sensor detects that no human body exists in a preset range around the refrigerator, the compressor and the fan of the refrigerator are controlled to run at a first-gear lower rotating speed than the set rotating speed. Or, when the human body sensor detects that no human body exists in a preset range around the refrigerator, the compressor and the fan of the refrigerator are controlled to operate at a set rotating speed.

Optionally, in another embodiment of the present invention, the control module 430 is further configured to control the refrigerating fan, the freezing fan and the temperature varying fan, and the compressor to operate at the lowest rotational speed when the refrigerating request of the refrigerating chamber, the freezing chamber and the temperature varying chamber is received.
Optionally, in another embodiment of the present invention, the control module 430 is further configured to control the refrigerating fan, the freezing fan and the temperature varying fan, and the compressor is stopped when a request for cooling the refrigerating chamber, the freezing chamber and the temperature varying chamber is not received.
Optionally, in another embodiment of the present invention, the control module 430 is further configured to control the compressor and the fan corresponding to the first compartment to operate at the lowest load speed and control the fan corresponding to the second compartment to stop when a cooling request of the first compartment is received. The invention also provides a refrigerator. Fig. 5 is a schematic structural block diagram of a refrigerator 500 according to an embodiment of the present invention. The refrigerator 500 shown in fig. 5 includes: a ring temperature sensor 510, a light sensor 520 and/or a body sensor 530, and a control device 540. Wherein, the ring temperature sensor 510, the light sensor 520 and/or the human body sensor 530 are respectively connected with the control device 540. The control device 540 is the control device 400 described above, and can implement all functions of the control device 400.
Specifically, in this embodiment, after the refrigerator is powered on for normal cooling, the ambient temperature sensor 510 may detect the current ambient temperature and transmit the detected current ambient temperature to the control device 540. The light sensor 520 may detect the light intensity of the current environment and transmit the detected light intensity of the current environment to the control device 540.
The first determining module 541 included in the control apparatus 540 determines whether the current ambient temperature is greater than the preset ambient temperature. When the first determining module 541 determines that the current ambient temperature is less than or equal to the preset ambient temperature, the control module 543 controls the compressor and the fan of the refrigerator to operate at the lowest rotation speed. When the first determining module 541 determines that the current environment temperature is greater than the preset environment temperature, the second determining module 542 determines whether the current environment is at night according to the light intensity of the current environment.
When the second determination module 542 determines that the current environment is at night, the control module 543 controls the compressor and the fan of the refrigerator to operate at a first speed lower than the predetermined speed. When the second determination module 542 determines that the current environment is daytime, the control module 543 controls the compressor and the fan of the refrigerator to operate at a predetermined rotational speed.
The refrigerator that provides in the above-mentioned embodiment, through the current ambient temperature that detects at the ring temperature sensor under the circumstances that is greater than preset ambient temperature, when judging that the current environment is night according to the light intensity of the current environment that light sensor detected, the compressor and the fan of control refrigerator all operate with the rotational speed that is lower than established rotational speed by one grade to the noise that produces when can effectual reduction compressor and fan operate improves use comfort.
Alternatively, as an embodiment of the present invention, when the refrigerator 500 further includes the human body sensor 530, the human body sensor 530 may detect whether a person is within a preset range around the refrigerator. When the human body sensor 530 detects that there is a human body in the preset range around the refrigerator, the control module 543 controls the compressor and the fan of the refrigerator to operate at the lowest rotation speed of the load. When the human body sensor 530 detects that there is no human body in the preset range around the refrigerator, the control module 543 controls the compressor and the fan of the refrigerator to operate at a speed lower than the predetermined speed by one gear. Or, the control module 543 controls the compressor and the fan of the refrigerator to operate at a predetermined speed.
The refrigerator that provides in the above-mentioned embodiment comes the rotational speed of integrated control compressor and fan through according to ring temperature sensor, light sensor and human intelligent inductor, when the people is close to the refrigerator and/or when the night people need the rest, control compressor and fan all are with the minimum rotational speed of load and move to greatly reduced people can perceive the noise, improve use comfort.
Alternatively, as another embodiment of the present invention, when a cooling request for the refrigerating chamber, the freezing chamber, and the temperature-varying chamber is received, the control module 543 controls the refrigerating fan, the freezing fan, and the temperature-varying fan, and the compressor to operate at the lowest rotation speed. Or, when the refrigeration requests of the refrigerating chamber, the freezing chamber and the temperature-changing chamber are not received, the control module 543 controls the refrigerating fan, the freezing fan and the temperature-changing fan, and the compressor to stop.
Or, when a cooling request of the first compartment is received, the control module 543 controls the compressor and the fan corresponding to the first compartment to operate at the lowest rotation speed, and controls the fan corresponding to the second compartment to stop. The first box chamber is one or two of the refrigerating chamber, the freezing chamber and the temperature-changing chamber, and the second box chamber is the box chamber except the first box chamber among the refrigerating chamber, the freezing chamber and the temperature-changing chamber.
For example: the first compartment is a refrigerating compartment, and the second compartment is a freezing compartment and a temperature-changing compartment. Namely: when receiving a refrigerating request of the refrigerating chamber, the control module 543 controls the compressor and the refrigerating fan to operate at the lowest rotation speed of the load, and controls the freezing fan and the variable temperature fan to stop.
