Abstract
本发明公开了一种纳米抗菌瓷砖,包含陶瓷原料和抗菌剂,所述抗菌剂为陶瓷原料总重量的1‑5%;所述抗菌剂由以下重量份的原料配方制成:纳米二氧化硅溶胶20‑30,纳米银2‑3,纳米二氧化钛1‑2,硅烷偶联剂17‑22,氧化钕2‑3,氧化铈1‑2。本发明在配方中添加了抗菌剂,纳米二氧化硅溶胶,纳米银,纳米二氧化钛,硅烷偶联剂,氧化钕,氧化铈,其中,通过纳米二氧化硅的水溶胶为载体,硅烷偶联剂为媒介物,有效减少了纳米银与纳米二氧化钛之间的团簇现象,进一步地,引入了稀土氧化物氧化钕和氧化铈激活了纳米银及纳米二氧化钛的抗菌作用,并将纳米银与纳米二氧化钛的抗菌作用有效结合,取得了优异的杀菌效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及瓷砖制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种纳米抗菌瓷砖及其制备方法。
背景技术
抗菌陶瓷是一种保护环境的新型功能材料,是抗菌技术与陶瓷技术结合的产物,它在保持陶瓷制品原有使用功能和装饰效果的同时,增加消毒、杀菌及化学讲解的功能,因此被广泛用于各行各业。
传统的抗菌陶瓷采用了纳米银作为抗菌剂,然而,由于其加入到陶瓷原料中后,容易发生团簇现象,抗菌效果欠佳,因此有必要提出一种抗菌效果好的抗菌陶瓷及其制备方法。
本发明提出一种纳米抗菌瓷砖及其制备方法,瓷砖的制备方法简单,消除了纳米抗菌剂的团簇现象,抗菌效果好。

本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种纳米抗菌瓷砖及其制备方法,瓷砖的制备方法简单,消除了纳米抗菌剂的团簇现象,抗菌效果好。
为达到上述技术效果,本发明实施例提供了一种纳米抗菌瓷砖,包含陶瓷原料和抗菌剂,所述抗菌剂为陶瓷原料总重量的1-5%;
所述抗菌剂由以下重量份的原料配方制成:纳米二氧化硅溶胶20-30,纳米银2-3,纳米二氧化钛1-2,硅烷偶联剂17-22,氧化钕2-3,氧化铈1-2。
优选地,所述陶瓷原料由以下重量份的原料配比制成:钠长石30-35,钾长石35-45,石英20-28,高岭土16-24,烧滑石2-4,长石5-10。
优选地,所述硅烷偶联剂为甲基硅烷偶联剂、乙基硅烷偶联剂或苯基硅烷偶联剂中的一种或几种。
一种纳米抗菌瓷砖的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备陶瓷原料粉末:将陶瓷原料经洗涤、预烧结、烘干、粉碎、过100-200目筛,得到陶瓷原料粉末;
(2)制备抗菌剂:取硅烷偶联剂加入到纳米二氧化硅溶胶中,搅拌30-50min后,加入纳米银和氧化钕,搅拌30-50min后,再加入纳米二氧化钛和氧化铈,再搅拌30-50min,得到抗菌剂;
(3)制备抗菌陶瓷:将步骤(1)制得的陶瓷原料粉末中加入步骤(2)制得的抗菌剂,其中抗菌剂为陶瓷原料总重量的1-5%,水浴加热后球磨,然后将球磨后的浆料放入模具中注浆成型,成型压力为28-32MPa,得到陶瓷生坯;
(4)浸釉:将步骤(3)制得的生坯进行干燥,使其含水量低于3%,然后对干燥后的生坯置于釉料中进行浸釉,得到浸釉后的坯体;
(5)烧结成型:将步骤(4)制得的坯体在惰性气体气氛下分段烧结后,冷却至常温,即可得到成品。
优选地,,步骤(2)的过程中,所述纳米二氧化硅为纳米二氧化硅溶胶总重量的40-50%。
优选地,在步骤(5)烧结成型过程中,所述的惰性气体为氩气。
优选地,所述氩气的气压为2-3MPa。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明在釉料配方中添加了抗菌剂,纳米二氧化硅溶胶,纳米银,纳米二氧化钛,硅烷偶联剂,氧化钕,氧化铈,其中,通过纳米二氧化硅的水溶胶为载体,硅烷偶联剂为媒介物,有效减少了纳米银与纳米二氧化钛之间的团簇现象,进一步地,引入了稀土氧化物氧化钕和氧化铈激活了纳米银及纳米二氧化钛的抗菌作用,并将纳米银与纳米二氧化钛的抗菌作用有效结合,取得了优异的杀菌效果。

本发明实施例提供了一种纳米抗菌瓷砖,包含陶瓷原料和抗菌剂,其中,所述抗菌剂为陶瓷原料总重量的1-5%,所述抗菌剂由以下重量份的原料配方制成:纳米二氧化硅溶胶20-30,纳米银2-3,纳米二氧化钛1-2,硅烷偶联剂17-22,氧化钕2-3,氧化铈1-2;
所述陶瓷原料由以下重量份的原料配比制成:钠长石30-35,钾长石35-45,石英20-28,高岭土16-24,烧滑石2-4,长石5-10。
其中:硅烷偶联剂为甲基硅烷偶联剂、乙基硅烷偶联剂或苯基硅烷偶联剂中的一种或几种。
本发明实施例还提供了一种纳米抗菌瓷砖的制备方法,包括:
(1)制备陶瓷原料粉末:将陶瓷原料经洗涤、预烧结、烘干、粉碎、过100-200目筛,得到陶瓷原料粉末;
(2)制备抗菌剂:取硅烷偶联剂加入到纳米二氧化硅溶胶中,其中,纳米二氧化硅为纳米二氧化硅溶胶总重量的40-50%,搅拌30-50min后,加入纳米银和氧化钕,搅拌30-50min后,再加入纳米二氧化钛和氧化铈,再搅拌30-50min,得到抗菌剂;
(3)制备抗菌陶瓷:将步骤(1)制得的陶瓷原料粉末中加入步骤(2)制得的抗菌剂,其中抗菌剂为陶瓷原料总重量的1-5%,水浴加热后球磨,然后将球磨后的浆料放入模具中注浆成型,成型压力为28-32MPa,得到陶瓷生坯;
(4)浸釉:将步骤(3)制得的生坯进行干燥,使其含水量低于3%,然后对干燥后的生坯置于釉料中进行浸釉,得到浸釉后的坯体;
(5)烧结成型:将步骤(4)制得的坯体在惰性气体气氛下分段烧结后,冷却至常温,即可得到成品。
更佳地,所述惰性气体为氩气,气压为2-3MPa。

实施例2
本发明实施例提供了一种纳米抗菌瓷砖,包含陶瓷原料和抗菌剂,其中,所述抗菌剂为陶瓷原料总重量的5%,所述抗菌剂由以下重量份的原料配方制成:纳米二氧化硅溶胶30,纳米银3,纳米二氧化钛2,硅烷偶联剂22,氧化钕3,氧化铈2;
所述陶瓷原料由以下重量份的原料配比制成:钠长石35,钾长石45,石英28,高岭土24,烧滑石4,长石10。
实施例3
本发明实施例提供了一种纳米抗菌瓷砖,包含陶瓷原料和抗菌剂,其中,所述抗菌剂为陶瓷原料总重量的3%,所述抗菌剂由以下重量份的原料配方制成:纳米二氧化硅溶胶25,纳米银2.5,纳米二氧化钛1.5,硅烷偶联剂20,氧化钕2.5,氧化铈1.5;
所述陶瓷原料由以下重量份的原料配比制成:钠长石303,钾长石40,石英24,高岭土20,烧滑石3,长石7。
实施例4
本发明实施例基于实施例一的原料配方提供了一种纳米抗菌瓷砖的制备方法,包括:
(1)制备陶瓷原料粉末:将陶瓷原料经洗涤后,在840℃煅烧25min,继续升温至880℃,煅烧0.5h后再升温至1100℃,煅烧1.5h后取出并水淬,烘干,粉碎,过100目筛,得到陶瓷原料粉末;
(2)制备抗菌剂:取硅烷偶联剂加入到纳米二氧化硅溶胶中,其中,纳米二氧化硅为纳米二氧化硅溶胶总重量的40%,搅拌30min后,加入纳米银和氧化钕,搅拌30min后,再加入纳米二氧化钛和氧化铈,再搅拌30min得到抗菌剂;
(3)制备抗菌陶瓷:将步骤(1)制得的陶瓷原料粉末中加入步骤(2)制得的抗菌剂,其中抗菌剂为陶瓷原料总重量的1%,加水打浆制成浓度为55%的浆液后,水浴加热至60℃,2500r/min高速研磨35min,然后将球磨后的浆料放入模具中注浆成型,成型压力为28MPa,得到陶瓷生坯;
(4)浸釉:将步骤(3)制得的生坯进行干燥,使其含水量低于3%,然后对干燥后的生坯置于釉料中进行浸釉,得到浸釉后的坯体;
(5)烧结成型:将步骤(4)制得的坯体在气压为2MPa的氩气气氛中以5℃/min的速率升温至850℃,保温0.5h,再以2℃/min的速率升温至1240℃,保温2h,再以3℃/min的速率降温至710℃,保温0.5h,随炉冷却至常温,即可得到成品。
实施例5
本发明实施例基于实施例二的原料配方提供了一种纳米抗菌瓷砖的制备方法,包括:
(1)制备陶瓷原料粉末:将陶瓷原料经洗涤后,在840℃煅烧25min,继续升温至880℃,煅烧0.5h后再升温至1100℃,煅烧1.5h后取出并水淬,烘干,粉碎,过200目筛,得到陶瓷原料粉末;
(2)制备抗菌剂:取硅烷偶联剂加入到纳米二氧化硅溶胶中,其中,纳米二氧化硅为纳米二氧化硅溶胶总重量的50%,搅拌均匀50min后,加入纳米银和氧化钕,搅拌50min后,再加入纳米二氧化钛和氧化铈,再搅拌50min,得到抗菌剂;
(3)制备抗菌陶瓷:将步骤(1)制得的陶瓷原料粉末中加入步骤(2)制得的抗菌剂,其中抗菌剂为陶瓷原料总重量的5%,加水打浆制成浓度为55%的浆液后,水浴加热至60℃,2500r/min高速研磨35min,然后将球磨后的浆料放入模具中注浆成型,成型压力为32MPa,得到陶瓷生坯;
(4)浸釉:将步骤(3)制得的生坯进行干燥,使其含水量低于3%,然后对干燥后的生坯置于釉料中进行浸釉,得到浸釉后的坯体;
(5)烧结成型:将步骤(4)制得的坯体在气压为3MPa的氩气气氛中以5℃/min的速率升温至850℃,保温0.5h,再以2℃/min的速率升温至1240℃,保温2h,再以3℃/min的速率降温至710℃,保温0.5h,随炉冷却至常温,即可得到成品。
实施例6
本发明实施例基于实施例二的原料配方提供了一种纳米抗菌瓷砖的制备方法,包括:
(1)制备陶瓷原料粉末:将陶瓷原料经洗涤后,在840℃煅烧25min,继续升温至880℃,煅烧0.5h后再升温至1100℃,煅烧1.5h后取出并水淬,烘干,粉碎,过150目筛,得到陶瓷原料粉末;
(2)制备抗菌剂:取硅烷偶联剂加入到纳米二氧化硅溶胶中,其中,纳米二氧化硅为纳米二氧化硅溶胶总重量的45%,搅拌40min,加入纳米银和氧化钕,搅拌40min后,再加入纳米二氧化钛和氧化铈,再搅拌40min,得到抗菌剂;
(3)制备抗菌陶瓷:将步骤(1)制得的陶瓷原料粉末中加入步骤(2)制得的抗菌剂,其中抗菌剂为陶瓷原料总重量的3%,加水打浆制成浓度为55%的浆液后,水浴加热至60℃,2500r/min高速研磨35min,然后将球磨后的浆料放入模具中注浆成型,成型压力为30MPa,得到陶瓷生坯;
(4)浸釉:将步骤(3)制得的生坯进行干燥,使其含水量低于3%,然后对干燥后的生坯置于釉料中进行浸釉,得到浸釉后的坯体;
(5)烧结成型:将步骤(4)制得的坯体在气压为2.5MPa的氩气气氛中以5℃/min的速率升温至850℃,保温0.5h,再以2℃/min的速率升温至1240℃,保温2h,再以3℃/min的速率降温至710℃,保温0.5h,随炉冷却至常温,即可得到成品。
由于抗菌瓷砖在酸溶液、碱溶液以及生理盐水中,其抗菌性具有不同的劣化机理,故由以上方法制备的抗菌瓷砖经酸溶液、碱溶液、生理盐水和医用消毒液浸泡30天后,测试其抗菌效果,结果显示仍能达到99%以上的24小时杀菌率,因此由以上方法制得的抗菌陶瓷具有一定的抗菌耐久性。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明在釉料配方中添加了抗菌剂,纳米二氧化硅溶胶,纳米银,纳米二氧化钛,硅烷偶联剂,氧化钕,氧化铈,其中,通过纳米二氧化硅的水溶胶为载体,硅烷偶联剂为媒介物,有效减少了纳米银与纳米二氧化钛之间的团簇现象,进一步地,引入了稀土氧化物氧化钕和氧化铈激活了纳米银及纳米二氧化钛的抗菌作用,并将纳米银与纳米二氧化钛的抗菌作用有效结合,取得了优异的杀菌效果。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (7)
1.一种纳米抗菌瓷砖,其特征在于,包含陶瓷原料和抗菌剂,所述抗菌剂为陶瓷原料总重量的1-5%;
所述抗菌剂由以下重量份的原料配方制成:纳米二氧化硅溶胶20-30,纳米银2-3,纳米二氧化钛1-2,硅烷偶联剂17-22,氧化钕2-3,氧化铈1-2。
2.如权利要求1所述的纳米抗菌瓷砖,其特征在于,所述陶瓷原料由以下重量份的原料配比制成:钠长石30-35,钾长石35-45,石英20-28,高岭土16-24,烧滑石2-4,长石5-10。
3.如权利要求1所述的纳米抗菌瓷砖,其特征在于,所述硅烷偶联剂为甲基硅烷偶联剂、乙基硅烷偶联剂或苯基硅烷偶联剂中的一种或几种。
4.一种如权利要求2或3所述的纳米抗菌瓷砖的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备陶瓷原料粉末:将陶瓷原料经洗涤、预烧结、烘干、粉碎、过100-200目筛,得到陶瓷原料粉末;
(2)制备抗菌剂:取硅烷偶联剂加入到纳米二氧化硅溶胶中,搅拌30-50min后,加入纳米银和氧化钕,搅拌30-50min后,再加入纳米二氧化钛和氧化铈,再搅拌30-50min,得到抗菌剂;
(3)制备抗菌陶瓷:将步骤(1)制得的陶瓷原料粉末中加入步骤(2)制得的抗菌剂,其中抗菌剂为陶瓷原料总重量的1-5%,水浴加热后球磨,然后将球磨后的浆料放入模具中注浆成型,成型压力为28-32MPa,得到陶瓷生坯;
(4)浸釉:将步骤(3)制得的生坯进行干燥,使其含水量低于3%,然后对干燥后的生坯置于釉料中进行浸釉,得到浸釉后的坯体;
(5)烧结成型:将步骤(4)制得的坯体在惰性气体气氛下分段烧结后,冷却至常温,即可得到成品。
5.如权利要求4所述的纳米抗菌瓷砖的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)的过程中,所述纳米二氧化硅为纳米二氧化硅溶胶总重量的40-50%。
6.如权利要求4所述的纳米抗菌瓷砖的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤(5)烧结成型过程中,所述的惰性气体为氩气。
7.如权利要求6所述的纳米抗菌瓷砖的制备方法,其特征在于,所述氩气的气压为2-3MPa。
