Abstract

本发明公开了一种重负荷砂轮及金属磨削用烧结刚玉磨粒及生产方法,其原料组成重量百分比为:α‑Al2O3含量98‑99.5%wt;SiO2 0.1~0.5%wt;MnO、Fe2O3、MgO、Cr2O3中的一种或者几种的组合,含量0.3‑1.0%wt;稀土氧化物Eu2O3,La2O3,Y2O3中的一种或几种的组合,含量0.1~0.5%wt;按照原料组成重量百分比加入各种原料后,再加入助剂进行混合,利用模压或者挤出的方式生产素坯,然后在烧结炉中1550‑1700℃烧结。烧结后形成α‑Al2O3致密均匀的微晶结构。产品具有较高的密度和硬度。能够解决常规磨粒在重负荷领域的磨削效率低、易老化等问题。并且通过挤压或者模压的方法可以制成各种形状的薄片状磨粒,可以应用于金属磨削领域。

一种重负荷砂轮及金属磨削用烧结刚玉磨粒及生产方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种烧结刚玉磨粒,用于重负荷打磨及金属磨削领域,尤其涉及的是一种重负荷磨削用烧结刚玉磨粒及其生产方法。
背景技术
实际工业生产中有各种负荷下的磨削,重负荷打磨主要是钢坯的修磨,磨除钢锭表面缺陷层;大型铸件锻件的加工;切割片、打磨片切割或者打磨金属也是一种带负荷磨削。
常规的重负荷打磨使用的是用铝矾土烧结而成的磨粒,硬度不够;仅能用来磨削不锈钢等较软的材料。并且由于磨粒中杂质含量较高,在高温条件下会迅速老化。
因此,现有技术存在缺陷,需要改进。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足提供一种重负荷砂轮及金属磨削用烧结刚玉磨粒及生产方法。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种烧结刚玉磨粒,其原料组成重量百分比为:α-Al2O3含量98-99.5%wt;SiO20.1~0.5%wt;MnO、Fe2O3、MgO、Cr2O3中的一种或者几种的组合,含量0.3-1.0%wt;稀土氧化物Eu2O3,La2O3,Y2O3中的一种或几种的组合,含量0.1~0.5%wt。
其配方中包括α-Al2O3含量98-99.5%wt,α-Al2O3作为主晶相;SiO2含量0.1~0.5%,SiO2的加入主要是在高温下与α-Al2O3形成莫来石相,增加整个微晶结构的高温下的强度;MnO、Fe2O3、MgO、Cr2O3中的一种或者几种的组合,含量0.3-1.0%wt,MnO等氧化物的加入主要是与α-Al2O3形成固溶体,存在与晶界上,抑制α-Al2O3的晶粒长大。稀土氧化物Eu2O3,La2O3,Y2O3中的一种或几种的组合,含量0.1~0.5%wt,稀土氧化物的加入是作为大颗粒存在于α-Al2O3的晶界上,防止晶粒的异常长大及抑制晶界缺陷的扩展,增加产品的韧性,微观晶相结构如图1所示。通过以上添加剂的作用,产品的物理特性可以达到,密度大于3.74g/mm3,硬度HV大于1400kg/mm2

所述的烧结刚玉磨粒,其中α-Al2O3以粉体形式的加入,粉体粒径1-5um。
所述的烧结刚玉磨粒,包括条状烧结刚玉磨粒和片状烧结刚玉磨粒,其中条状烧结刚玉磨粒包括圆柱型烧结刚玉磨粒、三叶草型烧结刚玉磨粒、圆环条型烧结刚玉磨粒;所述的圆柱型烧结刚玉磨粒,其横截面为圆形,长度和直径的比值是1.5到5;所述的三叶草型烧结刚玉磨粒,其横截面为外圆内切三个对称的大小相同的内圆,三个内圆相互外切,长度和直径的比值是1.5到5;所述的圆环条型烧结刚玉磨粒,其横截面为圆环,其内径和外径比值为1/4到3/4,长度和直径的比值是1.5到5;
片状烧结刚玉磨粒包括三角形片状烧结刚玉磨粒和六角形片状烧结刚玉磨粒,所述的三角型片状烧结刚玉磨粒,其横截面为等边三角形,其厚度是边长的1/10到1/2;所述的六角形片状烧结刚玉磨粒,其横截面为六角形,其厚度为边长的1/10到1/2。
一种任一所述烧结刚玉磨粒的生产方法,按照原料组成重量百分比加入各种原料后,再加入助剂进行混合,利用模压或者挤出的方式生产素坯,然后在烧结炉中1550-1700℃烧结。
所述的生产方法,其中助剂是指为改善粉体成型性能加入的有机助剂,含量占所述原料重量之和的百分比为:液体石蜡5-10%wt;硬脂酸0.5-1.0%wt。
所述的生产方法,其中混合是将各种原材料及助剂通过机械搅拌的方式混合;其中模压是通过轧辊将搅拌后的粉体挤入模腔,其中挤压是通过螺杆将搅拌后的粉体挤入模腔。
所述的生产方法,其中烧结是将成型后的素坯,在窑炉中1550-1700℃烧结60-200分钟。
本发明解决了常规磨粒磨削效率低,磨粒易老化的问题。本发明专利以氧化铝微粉为主要原料,添加MnO、Fe2O3、MgO、Cr2O3中的一种或者几种的组合,稀土氧化物Eu2O3,La2O3,Y2O3中的一种或几种的组合,通过烧结的方法制成的磨粒。添加的氧化物的作用是降低氧化铝的烧结温度,抑制晶粒的长大。烧结后形成α-Al2O3致密均匀的微晶结构。产品具有较高的密度和硬度。能够解决常规磨粒在重负荷领域的磨削效率低,易老化等问题。并且通过挤压或者模压的方法可以制成各种形状的薄片状磨粒,可以应用于金属磨削领域。

具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例,对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例1配方试验及产品的物理特性
烧结刚玉磨粒,其原料组成重量百分比为:α-Al2O3含量98-99.5%wt;SiO20.1~0.5%wt;MnO、Fe2O3、MgO、Cr2O3中的一种或者几种的组合,含量0.3-1.0%wt;稀土氧化物Eu2O3,La2O3,Y2O3中的一种或几种的组合,含量0.1~0.5%wt;
还添加有助剂,助剂是指为改善粉体成型性能加入的有机助剂,含量为上述原料重量之和的百分比:液体石蜡5-10%wt;硬脂酸0.5-1.0%wt。
所述的烧结刚玉磨粒的形状有条状和片状两类,其中条状是圆柱型(图2)、三叶草型(图3)、圆环条型(图4)。与树脂结合剂混合后模压成砂轮,主要应用于重负荷打磨领域。圆柱型的优点是强度高,不易磨损,但是与树脂结合剂的接触面积小,结合力不够,容易脱落。三叶草型和圆环条型,增大了与树脂结合剂的接触面积,结合力好,磨粒不容易从砂轮脱落。并且三叶草型和圆环条型,在磨削过程中与被磨工件接触面积小,磨粒会层层剥落,自锐性好,磨削效率高。
以下是条状磨粒的特征描述:所述的圆柱型烧结刚玉磨粒,其横截面为圆形,长度和直径的比值是1.5到5。所述的三叶草型烧结刚玉磨粒,其横截面为外圆内切三个对称的大小相同的内圆,三个内圆相互外切,长度和直径的比值是1.5到5。所述的圆环条型烧结刚玉磨粒,其横截面为圆环,其特征为内径和外径比值为1/4到3/4,长度和直径的比值是1.5到5。
片状的磨粒主要包含三角形片状,和六角形片状,主要应用于金属切割及打磨领域的树脂切割片及打磨片。由于磨粒本身比较薄,易于做成较薄的切割片/打磨片。并且三角型磨粒或者六角型磨粒的棱边、尖角会显著的提升切削效率。
以下是片状磨粒的特征描述:
所述的三角型烧结刚玉磨粒,横截面为等边三角形,其特征为厚度是边长的1/10到1/2。所述的六角型烧结刚玉磨粒,横截面为六角形,其特征为厚度为边长的1/10到1/2。
根据上述配方进行如下表1所示的具体实验:

将α-Al2O3粉末、SiO2粉末、MnO等氧化物粉末、Eu2O3等稀土氧化物粉末按照上表配方称量,然后再高速混料机中混合30分钟。将混合好的粉料投入捏合机,并且按上表配方加入液体石蜡和硬脂酸镁,捏合30分钟。将捏合好的物料投入对辊挤压机或者螺杆挤出机,匹配不同形状的模具,挤压出不同形状的素坯。将素坯静置12小时,然后进入烧结炉在1700℃烧结100分钟即可得到需要的磨粒。用硬度计和密度计测量烧结后磨粒的密度和硬度,结果如上表所示。
实施例2磨粒重负荷下打磨钢坯试验
将上述配方的做成条状颗粒磨粒用树脂结合剂制作成厚度76mm砂轮,进行磨削试验。试验条件:砂轮线速度80m/s,负荷1000Kgf。试验结果如下表2所示:

从表1可以看出本发明的磨削效率均比较好。
实施例3片状磨粒的金属切割试验
将实施例1中生产的三角型磨粒和六角形磨粒加入树脂结合剂和玻纤增强网片,制作成厚度1.0切割片,进行切割试验。切割线速度80m/s,试验素材Φ16#45钢棒。

从表3可以看出本发明中磨粒的切割效率和寿命均比较好。
实施例4片状磨粒的金属打磨试验
将实施例1中生产的三角型磨粒和六角形磨粒加入树脂结合剂和玻纤增强网片,制作成厚度3.0打磨片,进行金属打磨试验。试验素材#45钢,打磨机功率720W,转速11000RPM,打磨素材#45钢,打磨时间10分钟。

从表4可以看出本发明中磨粒的磨削效率比较好。

Claims (8)

1.一种烧结刚玉磨粒,其特征在于,其原料组成重量百分比为:α-Al2O3含量98-99.5%wt;SiO2 0.1~0.5%wt;MnO、Fe2O3、MgO、Cr2O3中的一种或者几种的组合,含量0.3-1.0%wt;稀土氧化物Eu2O3,La2O3,Y2O3中的一种或几种的组合,含量0.1~0.5%wt。
2.根据权利要求1所述的烧结刚玉磨粒,其特征在于,所述烧结刚玉磨粒的密度大于3.74g/mm3,硬度HV大于1400kg/mm2
3.根据权利要求1所述的烧结刚玉磨粒,其特征在于,其中α-Al2O3以粉体形式的加入,粉体粒径1-5um。
4.根据权利要求1所述的烧结刚玉磨粒,其特征在于,所述的烧结刚玉磨粒包括条状烧结刚玉磨粒和片状烧结刚玉磨粒,其中条状烧结刚玉磨粒包括圆柱型烧结刚玉磨粒、三叶草型烧结刚玉磨粒、圆环条型烧结刚玉磨粒;所述的圆柱型烧结刚玉磨粒,其横截面为圆形,长度和直径的比值是1.5到5;所述的三叶草型烧结刚玉磨粒,其横截面为外圆内切三个对称的大小相同的内圆,三个内圆相互外切,长度和直径的比值是1.5到5;所述的圆环条型烧结刚玉磨粒,其横截面为圆环,其内径和外径比值为1/4到3/4,长度和直径的比值是1.5到5;
片状烧结刚玉磨粒包括三角形片状烧结刚玉磨粒和六角形片状烧结刚玉磨粒,所述的三角型片状烧结刚玉磨粒,其横截面为等边三角形,其厚度是边长的1/10到1/2;所述的六角形片状烧结刚玉磨粒,其横截面为六角形,其厚度为边长的1/10到1/2。
5.一种权利要求1-4任一所述烧结刚玉磨粒的生产方法,其特征在于,按照原料组成重量百分比加入各种原料后,再加入助剂进行混合,利用模压或者挤出的方式生产素坯,然后在烧结炉中1550-1700℃烧结。
6.根据权利要求5中所述的生产方法,其特征在于,其中助剂是指为改善粉体成型性能加入的有机助剂,含量占所述原料重量之和的百分比为:液体石蜡5-10%wt;硬脂酸0.5-1.0%wt。
7.根据权利要求5中所述的生产方法,其特征在于,其中混合是将各种原材料及助剂通过机械搅拌的方式混合;其中模压是通过轧辊将搅拌后的粉体挤入模腔,其中挤压是通过螺杆将搅拌后的粉体挤入模腔。
8.根据权利要求5中所述的生产方法,其特征在于,其中烧结是将成型后的素坯,在窑炉中1550-1700℃烧结60-200分钟。
