Abstract
本发明公开了一种治疗红皮病型银屑病的药膏及其制备方法，它是由下述重量配比的原料制成：白薇100一10份，石斛100一10份，拳参100一10份，桑叶100一10份，凡士林3000一150份。制备方法是：先将凡士林加热化开，将白薇、石斛、拳参、桑叶，入凡士林中浸泡6天，然后加热将药炸至褐色，温度150一100℃时，捞出药渣，药油待凉凝后即成膏状，分装塑料盒中备用。有益效果是：该药膏最大特点是直接涂抹于病变部位，发挥清热凉血，滋阴润肤，祛风止痒良效。患者反应，搽上此药膏后，肌肤均感舒适滋润，并可软化鳞屑，使干燥脱屑性皮损逐渐得以消退，对皮肤无仼何刺激性，且具保护皮肤功效。
Description
技术领域
本发明渉及一种中药药膏，具体为一种治疗红皮病型银屑病的药膏及其制备方法。
背景技术
红皮病型银屑病是一种常见的皮肤病变，病因是内服某些药物，多数患者是由急性荨麻疹、寻常型银屑病进行期、过敏性皮炎、急性湿疹等，外用强烈刺激皮肤药物，如风油精、酒精、碘伏、六神花露水、红花油，及其它含有樟脑、冰片、硫黄、薄荷、水杨酸、焦油类药物等外用制剂所引起。常在身体某一部位先有片状红斑，在数日内可迅速蔓延至周身，急性期可有发热全身不适等症状。全身皮肤弥漫性潮红，干燥，上覆较多鳞屑，自觉微痒，肌肤觉有紧绷感。
中医认为，本病是肌肤有热，加之外来刺激，伤及阴血化燥，皮肤失其润养，而呈干燥鳞屑脱落。
常规治疗此病，西医用皮质类固醇激素如泼尼松、地塞米松内服，外用数种激素类霜膏，如派瑞松、艾洛松、哈西奈德乳膏、醋酸肤轻松软膏搽于患处。
中医治疗此病，用养血润肤，祛风止庠中药內服，但不少患者认为，服中药味苦显效较慢，难以坚持服用，外用激素类药物，对机体皮肤造成明显副作用。因此至今仍乏一种治疗红皮病型银屑病，既能使皮损逐渐消退，又简便易行外用中药膏剂。
发明内容
本发明目的，为了解除红皮病型银屑病患者肌肤潮红干燥，痒热脱屑痛苦，按中医理论观点，宜研制出一种清血热滋润肌肤，止痒中药膏外搽。
本发明是这样实现的: 一种治疗红皮病型银屑病的药膏, 它是由下述重量配比的原料制成：白薇100一10份，石斛100一10份，拳参100一10份，桑叶100一10份，凡士林3000一150份。
具体地，最佳重量配比范围是：白薇10份，石斛10份，拳参10份，桑叶10份，凡士林150份。
本发明所述药膏的制备方法是：先将凡士林加热化开，将白薇、石斛、拳参、桑叶，入凡士林中浸泡6天，然后加热将药炸至褐色，温度150一100℃时，捞出药渣，药油待凉凝后即成膏状，分装塑料盒中备用。
本发明的用药依据是：白薇，味苦、咸，性寒。含白薇油，其性凉降，可清血热；石斛，味甘，性寒。现代研究，含多量粘液，为滋阴清热常用要药，《本草便读》：“逐皮肤邪热”。临床验之，取其外治，对皮肤有良好滋阴清热润燥作用；拳参，味苦、酸，性微寒。苦能降泄，酸则收敛，寒可清热凉血；桑叶，味苦、甘，性寒。轻清发散，甘寒清润。可清热凉血祛风止痒。《本草经疏》：“甘所以益血，寒所以凉血”。《本草从新》：“滋燥凉血”。凡士林作为基质，加工制成药膏后药效尽在其中。
本发明的有益效果是：该药膏治疗红皮病型银屑病，所选药物均是取其新用外治，最大特点是直接涂抹于病变部位，发挥清热凉血，滋阴润肤，祛风止痒良效。据临床观察及患者反应，搽上此药膏后，肌肤均感舒适滋润，并可软化鳞屑，使干燥脱屑性皮损逐渐得以消退，对皮肤无仼何刺激性，且具保护皮肤功效。不用服药，使用方便，与其它外用药物相比，确具一定优越性和实用性。嘱患者治疗期间或愈后一个时期，减少洗澡次数，不食腥辣之物，多食新鲜蔬菜水果，多饮水，以利皮损较快消退。
药膏的使用方法：用膏板涂搽皮损处，日2一3次，至皮疹全部消退，干燥痒感消失，皮肤恢复正常。
临床疗效观察：临床治疗143例，男92例，女51例，年龄25一74岁，所有病例均符合红皮病型银屑病诊断标准。
疗效评定：参照中医红皮病型银屑病诊断疗效标准，痊愈：皮损完全消退。好转：皮损消退50%以上。未愈: 皮损消退不足30%。均在治疗30天后进行疗效统计。
治疗结果: 痊愈127例, 好转16例。
具体实施方式
下面用具体实施例来说明本发明的技术特征.
实施例1:白薇10g，石斛10g，拳参10g，桑叶10，凡士林150g。
该药膏的制备过程是: 先将凡士林加热化开，将白薇、石斛、拳参、桑叶，入凡士林中浸泡6天, 将药加热炸至淡褐色, 温度150一100c时, 捞出药渣, 药油待凉凝后即成膏状, 分装塑料盒中即可。
实施例2:白薇30g, 石斛30g, 拳参30g, 桑叶30g， 凡士林900g。
实施例3:白薇60g, 石斛60g, 拳参60g, 桑叶60g，凡士林2300g。
该药油的制备过程, 按上述实施例1的制备工艺加工即可。
从实践中对3个实施例方案进行疗效比较, 认为实施例1疗效优于实施例2、实施例3, 所以实施例1为最佳实施例。

1.一种治疗红皮病型银屑病的药膏, 其特征在于它是由下述重量配比的原料制成：白薇100一10份，石斛100一10份，拳参100一10份，桑叶100一10份，凡士林3000一150份。

3.一种治疗红皮病型银屑病的药膏制备方法，其特征在于包括如下步骤：先将凡士林加热化开，将白薇、石斛、拳参、桑叶，入凡士林中浸泡6天，然后加热将药炸至褐色，温度150一100℃时，捞出药渣，药油待凉凝后即成膏状，分装盒中备用。
