Abstract
The invention discloses a combined air purifier and a mask for preventing PM2.5, which comprise a main machine and an auxiliary machine, wherein the main machine and the auxiliary machine can be separated or combined, and are combined into a whole and electrically connected when in use; the main machine is used for generating clean air and comprises a blower, an air purifier filter element, an anion module and a clean air output interface which are arranged in the shell; the auxiliary machine is used for supplying power to the main machine and controlling the main machine to work and comprises a power supply arranged in the shell, a control circuit and a control button positioned on the shell; the main machine and the auxiliary machine are detachably fixed on the neck ring or the arm seat and are connected with the mask through the air hose. The air purifier is divided into the main machine and the auxiliary machine which can be assembled into a whole or in a split way, clean air is generated by the main machine, the work of the main machine is controlled by the auxiliary machine, the structure is more convenient, the occupied space is smaller, the maintenance is convenient, and the air purifier can be assembled according to the requirements of actual occasions, so that conditions are created for enriching the application modes and the application occasions of the air purifier.

Technical Field
The invention relates to an air purifier and a mask using the same, in particular to a combined type air purifier and a mask for preventing PM 2.5.
Background
Mask products on the market today fall into two categories, one being the ordinary type of mask, the other being the more recent mask with an air supply system.
The first type of common mask, as shown in fig. 1, completes the adsorption process of fresh air outside by the autonomous inhalation of the nostrils of the person, and generates negative pressure when the person inhales, and the negative pressure is generated by the joint of the face 200 and the mask 202 to form a closed space. The outside polluted air is filtered by the mask 202 and then becomes clean air to enter the nose.
As can be seen from the above principles, such techniques are prone to two problems:
1. because the negative pressure is controlled by people to work normally, the breathing is not smooth, and people feel stuffy and anoxic.
2. The necessary closed space for forming negative pressure is completed by the face and the face mask, and it is difficult to ensure the sealing is perfect, that is, when the air input through the face mask is insufficient, the external dirty air will naturally enter through the gap 201 between the face and the face mask, so that the air sucked into the nostrils cannot be ensured to be clean air.
In order to solve the above problem, a positive pressure system is also adopted: namely, the fan is used for actively supplying air, so that the two defects of the mask in the first scheme are avoided.
The specific structure and the principle of the face mask in the scheme are shown in the attached figure 2, an active air supply fan 201 is additionally arranged on the basis of a common face mask, dirty air is sucked through the fan 201, and is filtered by the face mask 200 to become clean air and enter nostrils.
Obviously, the second type of products are more popular with consumers, but these types of masks cannot effectively prevent users from inhaling PM2.5 particles, and because the second type of masks have fans for actively blowing air, although they can actively blow air and facilitate users to inhale air, because of the power driving air, the speed of air passing through the masks is relatively increased, which also causes the filtering efficiency of the masks on PM2.5 to be further reduced, and thus the purpose of using the masks cannot be achieved.
The mask is limited in practical use, and it is not appropriate for a user to wear the mask when driving a car, communicating with a person, meeting, communicating in a large office space where an air cleaner is not installed, or exercising, for example, so that the user cannot breathe relatively clean air in such cases.

Detailed Description
Objects, advantages and features of the present invention will be illustrated and explained by the following non-limiting description of preferred embodiments. The invention discloses a combined air purifier, as shown in figure 3, the combined air purifier comprises a main machine and an auxiliary machine, wherein the main machine 1 and the auxiliary machine 2 can be separated or combined and are combined into a whole and electrically connected when in use;
The main machine 1 is used for generating clean air and comprises a blower, an air purifier filter element, an anion module and a clean air output interface 12 which are arranged in a shell 11;
the auxiliary machine 2 is used for supplying power to the main machine 1 and controlling the operation of the main machine, and comprises a power supply and a control circuit which are arranged in a shell 21, and a control button 22 which is positioned on the shell.
Here, the structures of the main unit 1 and the sub-unit 2 may be the structures of various known air purifiers, and the internal structures of the main unit 1 and the sub-unit 2 are not shown in the drawings and will not be described in detail.
As shown in fig. 4, when the main unit 1 and the sub-unit 2 are in the assembled state, they are electrically connected by the circuit connector 3 matching with each other and are assembled into a whole by the rotary latch mechanism 4;
wherein, the circuit connector 3 is a spring connector, and a female connector is arranged on one of the main machine 1 and the auxiliary machine 2, and a sub-connector is arranged on the other.
As shown in fig. 4, the rotary latch mechanism 4 includes a boss 41 and a groove 42 that are matched with each other, at least two ribs 43 that are flush with the top surface of the boss 41 are disposed on the side wall of the boss 41, the groove 42 includes notches 44 that are matched with the ribs 43 and a slot 45 that is communicated with each notch 44 and is used for latching the ribs 43, and one of the main unit 1 and the sub unit 2 is provided with the boss 41, and the other is provided with the groove 42.
When the host 1 and the auxiliary machine 2 need to be assembled into a whole, all the ribs 43 on the boss 41 are respectively aligned to one notch 44 of the groove 42, the boss 41 is embedded into the groove 42, then either the host 1 or the auxiliary machine 2 is rotated clockwise or anticlockwise, or the host 1 and the auxiliary machine 2 are simultaneously rotated along opposite directions, so that the ribs 43 are respectively embedded into the card slots 45 communicated with the notches 44, and therefore the fixation of the host 1 and the auxiliary machine 2 is realized, and meanwhile, the clamping of the spring connectors on the host 1 and the auxiliary machine 2 is realized.
At this time, the main unit 1 and the sub-unit 2 are combined to form an air cleaner, which is the same as a general air cleaner, so that it can be applied to various occasions without an air cleaning system, such as office occasions, meeting occasions, sickrooms, home rooms, etc., as well as a general air cleaner.
When the air purifier is used, an electric signal is sent to the main machine 1 through the control button 22 on the auxiliary machine 2, so that the air blower and the anion module in the main machine 1 are controlled to work, external air is sucked into the main machine 1 by the air blower and filtered by the air purifier filter element and the anion module, and generated clean air is output from the clean air output interface 12.
As shown in fig. 5, when the main unit 1 and the sub-unit 2 are in a separated state, the main unit 1 is connected to the first disc 5 through the circuit connector 3 and the rotary latch mechanism 4 which are matched with each other, the sub-unit 2 is connected to the second disc 6 through the circuit connector 3 and the rotary latch mechanism 4 which are matched with each other, and the circuit connector on the first disc 5 is electrically connected to the circuit connector on the second disc 6; here, the circuit connector 3 and the rotary latch mechanism 4 are identical to the above-mentioned structure, and will not be described again.
When the main unit 1 and the first disk 5 are fixed and electrically connected, and the auxiliary unit 2 and the second disk 6 are fixed and electrically connected, the main unit 1 and the auxiliary unit 2 are electrically connected through the first disk 5 and the second disk 6 and perform transmission of electric signals.
In a further preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the combined air purifier further includes a neck ring 7 capable of being worn around the neck, the neck ring 7 includes an ergonomic neck ring body 71, in this embodiment, the structure of the neck ring body 71 is a semi-circle or U-shape, the two ends of the neck ring body 71 are respectively provided with the above-mentioned first disk 5 and second disk 6, and the circuit connectors of the first disk 5 and second disk 6 are connected by a lead (not shown) hidden in the neck ring body 71.

In order to maintain the air hose 8 in a fixed form and to make the entire apparatus more beautiful in structure, the neck ring body 71 is further provided with a support structure for maintaining the air hose 8 in a fixed shape, and in this structure, the clean air outlet port 12 of the main unit 1 and the clean air inlet port 23 of the sub unit 1 face the direction of the connection point between the first disc 5 and the second disc 6 and the neck ring body 71, respectively.
The invention further discloses a mask for preventing PM2.5, which comprises the combined type air purifier detachably connected to the neck ring 7, wherein a clean air output interface 12 of a main machine of the air purifier is connected with the mask 9 through the ventilation hose 8.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 7, the face mask 9 includes a mask body 91 and a filter element for filtering air, and in this embodiment, the filter element is replaceable and can be independently designed into a desired shape, for example, the filter element can be designed to cover the face of the wearer in a wider range for establishing a stable breathing space with the face of the wearer, so as to improve the wearing comfort, the breathing smoothness and the filtering reliability of the filter element. The mask body 91 is of a non-woven fabric structure or a rubber plastic structure which conforms to the facial features of a human body; the mask body 91 is provided with an inlet valve 92, an exhalation valve, and an ear hook 93 for communicating with the ventilation hose 8.
When the mask is used, the neck ring 7 fixed with the main machine 1 and the auxiliary machine 2 is worn on the neck, the ventilation hose 8 is connected with the clean air output interface of the main machine 1 and the air inlet valve 92 on the mask 9, the mask is worn on the face through the ear hook 93, at the moment, the clean air generated by the main machine 1 is directly conveyed to the nasal region in the mask 9 through the ventilation hose 8, and the air exhaled by a user is exhausted out of the mask 9 through the exhalation valve, under the condition, the human body can not only breathe clean air, but also can effectively isolate the external air through the mask 9, prevent the polluted gas, dust and the like in the external air from being inhaled into the human body, and further guarantee the health of the user is facilitated.
As shown in fig. 7 and fig. 8, the mask for preventing PM2.5 according to the present invention further includes a combined air cleaner having a main body 1 and a secondary body 2 fixed to a first disk 5 and a second disk 6, an arm base 10 detachably fixed to an arm, and a mask 9, wherein the arm base 10 includes the first disk 5, the second disk 6, and a belt 101 for binding the arm base 10 to the arm, and the main body 1 of the air cleaner is connected to the mask 9 through the air hose 8.
The structure of the mask 9 is the same as that of the mask in the PM2.5 mask, and is not described herein again, and the belt 101 has an adjustable elastic structure, for example, it may be an elastic structure with a pull buckle, or a structure adjusted by a book-bag belt or a structure adjusted by a belt, and is referred to as the prior art and is not described herein again.
