技术领域
本发明涉及农药组合物领域,具体涉及的是一种包含氟唑菌苯胺和四氟醚唑的杀菌组合物及其应用。
背景技术
水稻纹枯病是水稻上的重要病害,是我国水稻生产的三大病害之一,,在全国各水稻产区都有发生,长江流域和南方稻区发生较重,尤其以密植矮杆杂交稻的高产田发生最为普遍且严重。主要由半知菌亚门立枯丝核菌病(Rhizoctonia solani)引起,病害由下向上扩展,严重时可到剑叶,甚至穗部发病,大片倒伏。发病较重的田块,一般减产5%〜10%,严重可达50%〜70%。随着矮杆多穗型品种的推广,栽插密度和施肥水平的提高,已成为水稻高产稳产的一个突出问题。
氟唑菌苯胺,英文通用名:penflufen, 是一种琥珀酸脱氢酶抑制剂,主要作用于呼吸链电子传递复合体II,阻断能量代谢;可以防治种传、土传的担子菌和子囊菌病害,主要有丝核菌引起的马铃薯黑痣病、小麦纹枯病、水稻纹枯病、油菜菌核病等,还有小麦散黑穗病、小麦腥黑穗病、玉米小斑病等。处理后的种子在萌发过程中可以吸收氟唑菌苯胺,通过木质部传导到植物体的其他部位,起到保护作物的作用。
四氟醚唑属第二代三唑类杀菌剂,为留醇脱甲基化抑制剂。分子结构中含氟,杀菌活性是第一代的2-3倍,杀菌谱广、高效、持效期长达4-6周,具有保护和治疗作用,并有很好的内吸传导性能。四氟醚唑对白粉病有显著的防治效果。对水稻稻瘟病、稻曲病、纹枯病、恶苗病、叶枯病有特效。对小麦的纹枯病、白粉病、条纹病、黄叶病等有特效。对多种真菌、细菌、病毒性病害,如霜霉病、白粉病、枯萎病、细菌性角斑病、软腐病和立枯病具有治疗和铲除作用。既可茎叶处理,也可作种子处理使用。
在农业实际生产应用中,上述药剂由于长期单一使用会导致病原菌抗药性的产生,从而导致药效降低。目前,关于氟唑菌苯胺和四氟醚唑复配的组合未见相关报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种以氟唑菌苯胺和四氟醚唑为主要活性成分的杀菌组合物,出人预料的,所述的组合物之间具有协同增效作用,将氟唑菌苯胺和四氟醚唑复配后,可以减少农药活性成分的使用量,提高防治效果。
本发明的另一目的在于提供所述杀菌组合物的应用,尤其是将其用于防治水稻纹枯病。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种含氟唑菌苯胺和四氟醚唑的杀菌组合物,其特征在于,所述氟唑菌苯胺和四氟醚唑的重量比为1:30-30:1,优选为1:20-10:1。
进一步的,所述杀菌组合物中活性成分的重量百分含量为1-90%,优选为20-50%。
进一步的,所述杀菌组合物可以通过农药制剂加工中常规的制备方法加工成农业上允许的任意剂型,例如可以是可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、水乳剂、微乳剂、悬浮剂、微囊悬浮剂。
进一步的,本发明的组合物可以以成品制剂形式提供即组合物中各物质已经混合,也可以以单剂形式提供,使用前直接在桶或罐中按比例混合,然后稀释至所需要的浓度。
进一步的,本发明的组合物还可以加入其它农用活性成分,例如杀菌剂、杀虫剂、除草剂、肥料等农用活性成分。
本发明的杀菌组合物适用于防除水稻纹枯病、水稻恶苗病等多种病害。
与现有技术相比,本发明的杀菌组合物的有益效果为:
(1)本发明的组合物复配后,在一定的范围内具有明显的协同增效作用,防效与单个活性成分相比有明显的提高;
(2)本发明的组合物中活性成分作用机理各不相同,在有效防治作物病害的同时,可以延缓病原菌抗药性的产生,有利于延缓农药活性成分的使用寿命;
(3)本发明的组合物制备工艺简单,适合实际生产中推广应用。

二、室内毒力测定
试验目标物为水稻纹枯病菌,试验采用菌落直径法。取氟唑菌苯胺和四氟醚唑母液,配置成药液平板,每皿约10mL,同时设置无药平板对照,每处理重复3次。在预培养菌落边缘用灭菌的打孔器制取5 mm直径的菌丝快,分别移到不同培养基平板上,28℃培养3天,量取菌落直径(mm),并计算抑菌率,通过抑制率的机率值和系列浓度的对数值之间的线性回归分析,求出各处理的EC50,用孙云沛法计算混剂的共度系数(CTC),以此来评价药剂对病菌的活性。试验结果见表1。
由表1可以看出,氟唑菌苯胺和四氟醚唑在1:30-30:1的范围内对水稻纹枯病的防治表现出一定的协同增效作用,其中,当组合物配比为1:20-10:1时,协同增效作用均高于150,增效作用更明显。
三、田间药效试验
为了进一步验证本发明的实际应用效果,采用本发明实施例的药剂进行防治水稻纹枯病田间药效试验。设每个小区选择移栽1个月后的水稻田66.7m2,重复4次;分别于药后5天、10天调查防效,调查药效的方法为:每小区对角线5点取样,每点调查3株,记录总株数和各株病级数,检查水稻纹枯病的发生程度并计算防效。
各药剂处理如下:(1)31%氟唑菌苯胺·四氟醚唑可湿性粉剂(30:1);(2)15%氟唑菌苯胺·四氟醚唑微乳剂(8:7);(3)30%氟唑菌苯胺·四氟醚唑水分散粒剂(1:1);(4)33%氟唑菌苯胺·四氟醚唑悬浮剂(1:10);(5)对比例1:10%氟唑菌苯胺可湿性粉剂;(2)对比例2:12.5%四氟醚唑水乳剂。
试验结果如表2所示:
由表2可以看出,氟唑菌苯胺和四氟醚唑复配后能有效的防治水稻纹枯病,药后5、10天防效对水稻纹枯病的防治效果均在80%以上,明显好于对照单剂。另外,在用药范围内,未发现所述杀菌组合物对靶标作物产生任何不良影响,表明本发明的杀菌组合物值得在生产商推广应用。
Claims (8)
1.一种农药组合物,其特征在于,活性成分包含氟唑菌苯胺和四氟醚唑。
2.根据权利要求1所述的农药组合物,其特征在于,所述氟唑菌苯胺和四氟醚唑的重量比为1:30-30:1。
3.根据权利要求2所述的农药组合物,其特征在于,所述氟唑菌苯胺和四氟醚唑的重量比优选为1:20-10:1。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项权利要求所述的农药组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物辅以农药制剂加工中的辅助成分加工成任意一种剂型。
5.根据权利要求4所述的农药组合物,其特征在于,所述农药组合物剂型为可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、水乳剂、微乳剂、悬浮剂、微囊悬浮剂。
6.根据权利要求1-5所述的农药组合物,其特征在于,所述农药组合物还可以加入还可以加入其它农用活性成分,例如杀菌剂、杀虫剂、除草剂、肥料等农用活性成分。
7.根据权利要求1-5任一项权利要求所述的农药组合物用于防治农作物病害的用途。
8.根据权利要求6所述的用途,其特征在于,所述农作物病害为水稻纹枯病。
