Abstract
The invention discloses a washing machine. The washing machine includes: the magnetic driving device comprises an inner barrel assembly, an inner barrel assembly driving rotor, a magnetic driving piece and a partition piece, wherein the inner barrel assembly driving rotor is used for driving the inner barrel assembly; the inner barrel assembly driving rotor is positioned on one side of the separating piece, which faces the inner barrel assembly, and the magnetic active driving piece is positioned on the other side of the separating piece, which faces away from the inner barrel assembly, so that the separating piece separates the magnetic active driving piece from the inner barrel assembly driving rotor, and the magnetic active driving piece is magnetically matched with the inner barrel assembly driving rotor to enable the magnetic active driving piece to drive the inner barrel assembly driving rotor to rotate in a non-contact mode by utilizing magnetic action. According to the washing machine disclosed by the invention, the hidden danger of water leakage caused by shaft penetration at the bottom of the outer barrel body can be effectively avoided, so that the use safety of the washing machine is improved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of household appliances, in particular to a washing machine.
Background
The existing washing machine uses a motor as a whole to drive a belt pulley, and the belt pulley drives a shaft connected with an inner cylinder; or directly driving a shaft (DD motor) on the inner cylinder to realize the rotation of the inner cylinder; the shaft hole on the outer barrel has hidden trouble of water leakage, and in order to improve the internal use volume of the washing machine, the structure between the motor and the inner barrel and the structure between the motor and the outer barrel need to be optimized.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention aims to solve, at least to some extent, one of the above technical problems in the prior art. Therefore, the invention aims to provide a washing machine which is simple to drive, safe and reliable.
The washing machine according to the present invention includes: the inner barrel assembly and the inner barrel assembly driving rotor are arranged to drive the inner barrel assembly; and the magnetic active driving piece and the separating piece are positioned on one side of the separating piece, which faces the inner barrel assembly, and the magnetic active driving piece is positioned on the other side of the separating piece, which faces away from the inner barrel assembly, so that the separating piece separates the magnetic active driving piece from the inner barrel assembly driving rotor, and the magnetic active driving piece is magnetically matched with the inner barrel assembly driving rotor so that the magnetic active driving piece drives the inner barrel assembly driving rotor to rotate in a non-contact mode by utilizing magnetic action.
According to the washing machine disclosed by the invention, the magnetic active driving piece is arranged to be in magnetic fit with the inner barrel assembly driving rotor, and the inner barrel assembly driving rotor is driven to drive the inner barrel to rotate by utilizing the magnetic effect, so that potential safety hazards caused by shaft penetration at the bottom of a partition piece such as the outer barrel are avoided, and meanwhile, the inner barrel assembly is simple to drive and easy to realize.
In some preferred embodiments of the present invention, the washing machine is a pulsator washing machine, and the pulsator washing machine further includes: the outer barrel body is sleeved outside the inner barrel body assembly, and the outer barrel body forms the separating piece.
In other embodiments of the present invention, the washing machine is a pulsator washing machine, the pulsator washing machine is a single inner tub washing machine, and the pulsator washing machine includes a bottom water tray, the bottom water tray is disposed at the bottom of the inner tub assembly, and the bottom water tray forms the partition member.

According to the washing machine 100 of the embodiment of the invention, the magnetic active driving piece 4 is arranged to be in magnetic fit with the inner barrel assembly driving rotor 3, and the inner barrel assembly driving rotor 3 is driven to rotate by utilizing the magnetic effect, so that potential safety hazards caused by shaft penetration at the bottom of the separating piece such as the outer barrel 2 are avoided, and meanwhile, the inner barrel assembly is simple to drive and easy to realize.
The washing machine of the embodiment of the invention can be a pulsator washing machine, and the pulsator washing machine can also comprise an outer barrel body 2, wherein the outer barrel body 2 is sleeved outside the inner barrel body assembly, and the outer barrel body 2 is the partition piece.
In other embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, the pulsator washing machine may be a single inner tub washing machine, i.e., without an outer tub, and may further include: bottom water tray 7, preferably, bottom water tray 7 is disposed at the bottom of the inner tub assembly, at which time bottom water tray 7 constitutes the above-described separator.
Meanwhile, the single inner tub washing machine may further include: the drain cover 8 is sleeved outside the inner tub body 1 as shown in fig. 5, and is used for guiding water discharged during the washing process to the bottom water receiving tray 7, thereby preventing water from splashing and spilling. The drain cover 8 may be integrally formed on the outer case of the washing machine.
Further, taking a washing machine as an example of a pulsator washing machine, the inner tub assembly may include: the inner barrel body 1 and the impeller 6 are arranged in the inner barrel body 1, and the inner barrel body 1 and the impeller 6 are driven by the inner barrel assembly to rotate by the rotor 3, so that the clothes washing, rinsing, dewatering and other works are completed.
In other embodiments, the washing machine according to the embodiments of the present invention may be a drum washing machine, that is, the inner tub assembly forms a drum of the drum washing machine, and the outer tub 2 is sleeved outside the drum, and the outer tub 2 forms the above-mentioned partition.
Preferably, the magnetic active driving piece 4 is isolated from the inner barrel assembly driving rotor 3 by the bottom wall of the outer barrel body 2, and advantageously, the distance between the magnetic active driving piece 4 and the bottom wall of the outer barrel body 2 is 1mm-2mm, so that the washing machine is compact in structure and reasonable in arrangement, and meanwhile, the magnetic active driving piece 4 and the inner barrel assembly driving rotor 3 are strong in magnetic effect, so that the inner barrel assembly driving rotor 3 is favorably rotated, and the inner barrel assembly is driven to rotate.
Preferably, a supporting structure for supporting the inner tub assembly driving rotor 3 may be provided between the bottom wall of the outer tub 2 and the inner tub assembly driving rotor 3. Further, a ball groove may be provided on the bottom wall of the outer tub 2, and the supporting structure is a ball, and the ball is provided in the ball groove, thereby buffering vibration and fluctuation caused when the inner tub assembly driving rotor 3 rotates.
Preferably, the magnetic active driving member 4 is magnetically matched with the magnetic active driving member 4, and the magnetic active driving member 4 is configured to drive the magnetic active driving member 4 to rotate by utilizing magnetic action, further, the magnetic active driving member 4 may be a plurality of electromagnetic coils, and the plurality of electromagnetic coils are arranged in a ring shape and are coaxially arranged with the magnetic active driving member 4. Under the action of the magnetic field change of the electromagnetic coil, the electromagnetic coil drives the inner barrel assembly fixed at the lower part of the inner barrel assembly to drive the rotor 3 to rotate, and further drives the inner barrel assembly to rotate so as to realize various functions of washing clothes and the like.
Alternatively, the magnetic active driving member 4 and the inner tub assembly driving rotor 3 may be permanent magnetic members, and the permanent magnetic members may be made of magnetic steel, for example, the magnetic steel may be sheet-shaped, and the plurality of magnetic steels are stacked to form the permanent magnetic members. Or in other embodiments, the permanent magnet member may be formed by arranging a plurality of magnets in a ring shape.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the magnetic active driving member 4 may be externally arranged outside the outer tub 2, and the magnetic active driving member 4 is opposite to the inner tub assembly driving rotor 3 and is separated from the bottom wall of the outer tub 2, that is, the inner tub assembly driving rotor 3 is located above the bottom wall of the outer tub 2, the magnetic active driving member 4 is located below the bottom wall of the outer tub 2, and the inner tub assembly driving rotor 3 is configured as a disc shape, and the magnetic active driving member 4 is also configured as a disc shape, and meanwhile, the radial dimensions of the inner tub assembly driving rotor 3 and the magnetic active driving member 4 are substantially the same, so that the inner tub assembly driving rotor 3 and the magnetic active driving member 4 are indirectly connected through magnetic effects, thereby avoiding the hidden water leakage caused by shaft penetration at the bottom of the outer tub 2.
In other embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, a recess 21 may be formed at the boundary between the bottom wall of the outer tub 2 and the peripheral wall of the outer tub 2, the recess 21 may be for accommodating the magnetic active driving member 4, preferably, the recess 21 may be an annular recess 21, accordingly, the magnetic active driving member 4 is configured in a circular ring shape, and the magnetic active driving member 4 is embedded in the annular recess 21, the inner tub assembly driving rotor 3 is configured in a disc shape, and the outer peripheral surface of the inner tub assembly driving rotor 3 is close to the inner peripheral surface of the annular recess 21, and the magnetic active driving member 4 is sleeved outside the inner tub assembly driving rotor 3.

the inner barrel body and the impeller are driven by the inner barrel body assembly driving rotor, and the impeller is arranged in the inner barrel body.
3. The washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the magnetic active drive member is isolated from the inner tub assembly drive rotor by a bottom wall of the outer tub.
4. The washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the magnetic active driving member is spaced from the bottom wall of the outer tub by a distance of 1mm to 2mm.
