Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of imitated microfiber, in particular to a waterborne polyurethane imitated microfiber and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
At present, synthetic leather is applied to various fields in people's lives, and the variety is various. The imitated microfiber is a product developed in the synthetic leather industry in recent years and has the advantages of light weight, tear resistance, heat resistance, toughness, good cold resistance, high tensile strength and the like. At present, the imitated microfiber is still manufactured by a solvent type polyurethane wet method and a water-based polyurethane dry method, wherein DMF (dimethyl formamide) in the solvent type polyurethane is replaced by water by a wet method process, so that a coating has continuous air holes, and a certain thickness is achieved to increase the stereoscopic effect. However, a large amount of DMF is used in the coating slurry, and the solvent cannot be completely recovered by water washing and replacement, so that not only is the solvent residue harmful to the health of consumers, but also the investment cost and a large amount of energy consumption are required for recovering the solvent. The dry method for manufacturing the waterborne polyurethane is a direct drying method after impregnation is finished, and the problems of difficult control of hand feeling and production efficiency are solved. The waterborne polyurethane resin takes water as a dispersion medium, is environment-friendly and nontoxic, is a substitute of solvent type polyurethane resin, and carries out great policy and fund support on the preparation of synthetic leather by waterborne polyurethane in partial areas of China. In recent years, the research on the preparation of the waterborne polyurethane synthetic leather has been greatly advanced, but the research on the imitated microfiber is still under the progress of the traditional manufacturing process and the semi-waterborne process, and particularly, the research on achieving the hand feeling of the microfiber or the real leather and the ecological environmental protection needs to be further developed.

(5) grinding the skin: and (3) polishing the surface of the woven fabric treated in the step (3) by using a skin-polishing machine to enable the surface to have stronger velvet feeling, wherein the mesh number of the selected abrasive paper in the skin-polishing machine is 120 meshes, and the water-based polyurethane microfiber can be obtained after the skin-polishing treatment.
And (3) detection results:
the aqueous polyurethane microfiber-like material prepared by the method of the present invention was tested for flexibility in hand, structural compactness, metallic luster, brightness, and three-dimensional property, and the results are shown in table 1:
TABLE 1 Performance parameter test results
As can be seen from Table 1, the waterborne polyurethane microfiber-like product prepared by the method for preparing the waterborne polyurethane microfiber-like product has the advantages of compact and compact structure, high tearing strength, flexible hand feeling, bright metal luster, high brightness and strong stereoscopic impression, completely meets the requirements of the existing market for microfiber-like products, and can solve the problems that the waterborne dry microfiber-like product is difficult to control the hand feeling, the production efficiency is low and the cost is high. In addition, the aqueous polyurethane resin slurry is adopted, so that the imitated microfiber does not contain any organic solvent in the preparation and use processes, the problem of solvent residue pollution of solvent-based wet-process imitated microfiber in the prior art is solved, and clean production is realized.
Therefore, the invention effectively overcomes various defects in the prior art and has high industrial utilization value.
The foregoing embodiments are merely illustrative of the principles and utilities of the present invention and are not intended to limit the invention. Any person skilled in the art can modify or change the above-mentioned embodiments without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Accordingly, it is intended that all equivalent modifications or changes which can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and technical spirit of the present invention be covered by the claims of the present invention.
