Description

Laser treatment hand tool with adjustable spot size
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of optical treatment, in particular to a laser treatment hand tool with adjustable spot size.
Background
Along with the development of medical technology, the application of the laser technology in the medical field is also becoming widespread, and the continuous development of medical laser equipment is promoted. The application of the medical laser device has the following advantages: only acts on pathological tissues, has small damage to peripheral healthy tissues, high precision, short treatment period, few complications, no electrical stimulation, easy recovery after operation and the like.
The basic principle of laser therapy is to irradiate skin, acupoints or affected parts with laser to treat diseases. The laser treatment hand tool is a key component of laser treatment, the laser output is transmitted to pathological tissues through the treatment hand tool to achieve the purpose of treatment, the core technology of the laser treatment is regulation and control of laser power density, the power density is closely related to the spot area of the laser, if the light spot is larger than a focus part in the regulation process, the healthy tissues around the focus can be greatly influenced, if the light spot is smaller than the focus part in the regulation process, the whole focus can not be completely removed at one time, and therefore, the light spot size and the energy density of the laser are accurately controlled, so that the treatment of different pathological changes is realized.
In the operation process, operators usually adopt different spot sizes to finish treatment in one treatment process, so the treatment hand tool has the function of adjusting the spot size, and the energy density can be changed along with the adjustment of the spot size when the energy is fixed. The laser treatment hand tool structure in the prior art has the following two structures:
the first structure is a hand tool which can not continuously adjust light spots, and the specific structure is as follows: the detachable treatment head is arranged below the hand tool body, and a lens is arranged in the detachable treatment head. Because the positions of the lenses in the treatment heads outputting light spots with different treatment sizes are different in the treatment process, operators need to frequently replace different treatment heads according to different lesion treatment requirements in the same treatment process. It has mainly the following two disadvantages: 1. the manual tool for frequent disassembly treatment can increase the working intensity of operators, cause overlong waiting time of patients, and consequently, the best treatment effect cannot be achieved, and frequent replacement is easy to cause misoperation, so that other injuries are brought to the patients; 2. keeping the spare treatment head increases the daily cleaning maintenance and the work load of keeping, and causes the waste of cost.
The second structure is a hand tool capable of continuously adjusting light spots, and the specific structure is as follows: a potentiometer and a lens component are arranged in the hand tool body. During operation, the size of a required therapeutic light spot is determined according to the light spot size scale marked on the hand tool body, the hand tool body is rotated to drive the position of the lens in the hand tool body to change, and meanwhile, the potentiometer is driven to adjust the sliding tap at the resistor end, so that the output voltage of the hand tool is changed, the voltage signal is sent to the microcontroller, the microcontroller recognizes the light spot signal according to the received voltage signal, and the light spot size is judged to be finally displayed on the interface of the host computer. It has the following disadvantages: 1. the electrical parameter at the same mechanical position in the potentiometer has larger discreteness, and parameter compensation is needed; 2. because the sliding tap of the potentiometer moves along with the adjustment of the light spot, the potentiometer in the hand tool body can be worn after long-time use, and the service life of the hand tool is reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the defects that the treatment head of the spot hand tool cannot be continuously adjusted, the best treatment effect cannot be achieved due to frequent replacement and the cost is increased in the prior art, and the potentiometer of the spot hand tool can be continuously adjusted, so that parameter compensation is needed, and the service life is short, the application provides the laser treatment hand tool with adjustable spot size.
