Abstract
本发明涉及一种自蓄光发光微棱镜反光膜,其包括上至下依次复合排列的微棱镜层、发光层、密封层、基材薄膜层、压敏胶层和可剥离层。本发明其解决了目前该类型反光膜存在材料层间附着性不佳,蓄光发光与反光功能兼容性差、功能弱化等问题,本发明涉及制造方法先进,生产效率高,成本低,操作可控,蓄光发光、反光功能结合优良,色彩多样,不影响发光和反光效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种自蓄光发光微棱镜反光膜,具体地说是一种自蓄光发光微棱镜反光膜及其相关的生产制造方法。
背景技术
微棱镜型反光膜使用了微晶立方体反射,是一种具有高反光亮度新型反光膜,广泛用于各种道路交通安全标志等领域,可起到明显的安全警示作用。反光膜虽不需要自带光源发光,但依然依赖外部光源照射。
反光膜定向反光给车辆行驶带来了有效指示和安全警示作用。但在部分稀少车辆行驶路段,比如环境优雅的乡间小路,路灯稀少的乡镇道路,亦或在夜晚的普通道路上,道路指示、交通临时警示等仅依靠车辆光照发光是不够的,非机动车以及行人无法识别道路交通安全信息,给行人和非机动车带来了不便和安全隐患,该方案解决了反光膜无光源环境下可使用的问题,拓宽了使用范围。
目前具备生产微棱镜型反光膜的企业不多,而自蓄光发光反光膜更是停留在研发阶段,将发光膜用压敏胶复合在反光膜前面或背面,因反光膜和发光层均非高度透明的 ,造成反光效果较差,同时也达不到好的发光效果。因材料和设计方案等因素,无成熟的技术和产品面世。本发明充分考虑了兼顾反光和发光功能,巧妙解决了发光层与微棱镜密封层结合的技术,生产工艺类似微棱镜型反光膜,基本不增加生产工序,成本低,易控制,蓄光发光反光环保高效。
发明内容
为了解决反光膜必须依赖光源照射的不足问题,本发明提供一种兼顾反光、蓄光发光效果的微棱镜反光膜,使得夜晚道路指示牌在无机动车光照下,依然能发光,给行人和非机动车提供便利和安全。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:
一种自蓄光发光微棱镜反光膜,包括上至下依次复合排列的微棱镜层、发光层、密封层、基材薄膜层、压敏胶层和可剥离层。
作为本发明的进一步改进:所述发光层厚度为20至50微米,密封层厚度为10至20微米。
本发明中发光层的原理为:所述发光层是将余辉时间久的发光树脂高速分散溶解在具有热活性的聚酯树脂涂料中,制备方法是将一定比例的有机发光体材料、聚酯树脂涂料混合高速分散,再加入氰酸酯,金属类催化剂,最后加有机溶剂调节粘度至可涂布上机,80℃至140℃烘干成膜。
本发明所述的发光层中,所述的发光树脂优选为聚三苯基胺、聚咔唑或聚吡咯中的一种。
所述的聚酯树脂涂料为对苯二甲酸(TPA)、乙二醇或丁二醇和1,4-环己烷二甲醇三种单体,按照质量百分比40%-60%:20%-30%:20%-30% 的比例混合,采用(CHDM)酯交换法缩聚成聚酯树脂。
所述的氰酸树脂可以是TDI、HDI、IPDI中的一种。
所述的催化剂类可以是丁基锡氧化物或铋、镍、镁、锶、钡等其他金属氧化物中的一种。
所述的溶剂类可以是甲苯、二甲苯、丁酮、环己酮等有机溶剂中的一种。
发光涂料中各原材料组分(质量分数):发光树脂 15~40%;聚酯树脂涂料15~40%;有机溶剂40~60%;催化剂 0.05~0.5%;氰酸脂 0.5~5%。
作为本发明的优选实施例:基材薄膜厚度为25至75微米,基材薄膜为白色PET。
本发明中所述的发光层、密封层与微棱镜成型压制面复合,并经带有雕花图案压辊高温压花,压花辊温度为170℃至250℃,压力为3到5公斤,车速为3至6米每分钟。
本发明中所述发光层为添加有机发光材料的聚酯树脂,耐老化性、耐腐蚀性好,密封性强,余辉时间久。
本发明微棱镜层与发光层、密封层压花后,花纹轮廓清晰立体,维持高反光亮度和发光亮度,耐异常气候,耐水泡,且生产成本低,效率高。

具体实施方式
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步详细描述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不对本发明的保护范围构成限定。
如图1所示:本发明涉及一种自蓄光发光微棱镜型反光膜,包括上至下依次复合排列的微棱镜层1、发光层2、密封层3、基材薄膜层4、压敏胶层5和可剥离层6。
本实施例中的微棱镜层1,厚度为120微米,采用高度透明的聚氯乙烯树脂材料,经高温压制成膜。
本实施例中的发光层2是将余辉时间久的发光树脂高速分散溶解在具有热活性的聚酯树脂涂料中,制备方法是将一定比例的发光树脂、聚酯树脂涂料混合高速分散,再加入氰酸酯,金属类催化剂,最后加有机溶剂调节粘度至可涂布上机,80℃至140℃烘干成膜。
所述聚酯树脂涂料为对苯二甲酸(TPA)、乙二醇和1,4-环己烷二甲醇三种单体,按照质量百分比50%:23%:27%的比例混合,采用(CHDM)酯交换法缩聚成聚酯树脂。
本实施例中发光层的具体操作如下:将聚三苯基胺35kg、聚酯树脂涂料20kg混合高速分散搅拌,加入2kg的HDI,0.1kg二月桂酸丁基锡,用环己酮42.9kg调节配置成粘胶涂料;将粘胶涂料采用涂布上胶方式涂布在密封层上,逐级烘烤80℃至140℃,逐级烘烤15分钟,干燥固化成膜,干胶厚度为40微米。
本发明的总体生产工艺为:在密封层3上涂布粘胶涂料,烘烤干燥形成发光层2,其中密封层3厚度为15微米;将微棱镜层1、发光层2与密封层3同等幅宽的发光、密封层复合,其中高温压制花纹,带有雕花图案的压花辊温度为170℃至250℃,压力为3到5公斤,车速为3至6米每分钟;在可剥离层6上涂布压敏胶粘剂形成压敏胶黏层5,最后与基材薄膜4复合。
本实施例中,所述基材薄膜4采用白色PET,厚度35微米,白色PET对发光反射效果更有利。
本发明解决了目前该类型反光膜存在材料层间附着性不佳,蓄光发光与反光功能兼容性差、功能弱化等问题,本发明制造方法先进,生产效率高,成本低,蓄光发光、反光功能结合优良,色彩多样,不影响发光和反光效果。
Claims (6)
1.一种自蓄光发光微棱镜反光膜,其特征在于:包括上至下依次复合排列的微棱镜层、发光层、密封层、基材薄膜层、压敏胶层和可剥离层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自蓄光发光微棱镜反光膜,其特征在于:所述发光层厚度为20至50微米,密封层厚度为10至20微米。
3.根据权利要求1所述的自蓄光发光微棱镜反光膜,其特征在于:所述微棱镜层采用高透光率的聚碳酸酯成型。
4.根据权利要求1所述的自蓄光发光微棱镜反光膜,其特征在于:所述发光层的生产工艺为:
a)按照质量百分比配比:发光树脂15~40%;聚酯树脂涂料 15~40%;有机溶剂 40~60%;金属类催化剂 0.05~0.5%;氰酸脂 0.5~5%;
b)将发光树脂混合高速分散溶解在聚酯树脂涂料中,再加入氰酸酯、金属类催化剂,最后加入有机溶剂调节粘度至可涂布上机,然后刮刀涂布上胶,80℃至140℃烘干成膜。
5.根据权利要求4所述的自蓄光发光微棱镜反光膜,其特征在于:所述的发光树脂为聚三苯基胺、聚咔唑、聚吡咯中的一种;所述的聚酯树脂涂料为对苯二甲酸(TPA),乙二醇、丁二醇和1,4-环己烷二甲醇(CHDM)酯交换缩聚物;所述的氰酸树脂为TDI、HDI、IPDI中的一种;所述的催化剂类为丁基锡氧化物或铋、镍、镁、锶、钡金属氧化物中的一种;所述的溶剂类为甲苯、二甲苯、丁酮、环己酮中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的自蓄光发光微棱镜反光膜,其特征在于:所述基材薄膜层为白色PET膜,厚度在25微米至75微米。
