本发明公开了一种洗衣素,包括按照重量份计的如下组份:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚20‑30份、月桂酰基谷氨酸钠10‑15份、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺2‑5份、抗冷凝剂2‑10份、植物精油0.2‑1份、防腐剂0.1‑0.3份、去离子水40‑70份。本发明中的洗衣素对多种表面活性剂及有效成分进行复配,去污力强,既能保持对油污优秀的乳化能力,又有效的防止污渍回沾;该洗衣素具有优秀的生物降解性能,其pH中性偏碱,温和不伤手;该洗衣素稳定性强,既能在‑25℃左右保持流动状态不变,也能在50‑60℃的高温下不发生分层、絮凝等现象。

本发明涉及日用化工技术领域,尤其涉及了一种洗衣素。
背景技术
目前市面上用于织物洗涤的主要是洗衣粉和洗衣液,洗衣粉虽成本较低,但不易溶解,需搅拌等待;洗衣粉pH值偏碱性,洗涤时会伤手,伤害衣物纤维且不易漂洗,产生的废液在自然界不能完全降解,对于环境会造成很大的污染。洗衣液主要成分是非离子表面活性剂,其结构包括亲水端和亲油端,其中亲油端与污渍结合,然后通过物理运动,如手搓或机器运动使污渍和织物分离。同时表面活性剂降低水的张力,使水能够达到织物表面,使有效成分发挥作用。洗衣液的去污能力强,且pH值偏中性,温和不伤手使用综合成本低,正被人们广泛的接受。
但是市面上绝多数洗衣液都存在着以下问题:对油渍的乳化能力较差,虽然去除了污渍,但污渍会发生回沾现象,污渍依然存在,导致衣物本身颜色变暗;另外市面上多数的洗衣液对染料或颜料的防沾效果很差,在衣物洗涤的过程中,如有其中一件衣物出现掉色,就沾会在其它衣物上,产生不好的效果。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种洗衣素,采用多种表面活性剂进行复配,又添加了抗冷凝剂及植物精油等其它功能性成分,该洗衣素绿色环保,生物降解性好,性质温和且抗冷凝效果优异,能用于棉、人棉、涤纶、锦纶及其混纺织物的柔顺的处理。

月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚具有优良的洗涤、润湿、增溶等功能;硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯具有优良的乳化分散能力且具有抗静电性。
羧甲基纤维素钠和聚丙烯酸钠均可有效防止污垢再沉积,两者复配使用具有更好的效果。

2、本发明中的洗衣素中含天然的表面活性剂,具有优秀的生物降解性能,该洗衣素pH中性偏碱,温和不伤手。
3、本发明的洗衣素性能稳定性,既能在-25℃左右保持流动状态不变,也能在50-60℃的高温下不发生分层、絮凝等现象。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步解说。
实施例1
一种洗衣素,包括按照重量份计的如下组份:
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚20份、月桂酰基谷氨酸钠15份、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺2份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚6份、硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯3份、抗再沉积剂20份、抗冷凝剂2份、植物精油1份、防腐剂0.1份、去离子水70份。
抗再沉积剂中基纤维素钠和聚丙烯酸钠按质量添加比例为10:1。
抗冷凝剂为乙醇;植物精油为玫瑰精油;防腐剂为苯甲酸钠。
实施例2
一种洗衣素,包括按照重量份计的如下组份:
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚30份、月桂酰基谷氨酸钠10份、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺5份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚2份、硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯7份、抗再沉积剂10份、抗冷凝剂10份、植物精油0.2份、防腐剂0.3份、去离子水40份。
抗再沉积剂中基纤维素钠和聚丙烯酸钠按质量添加比例为2:1。
抗冷凝剂为丙三醇;植物精油为檀香精油;防腐剂为苯甲酸钠。
实施例3
一种洗衣素,包括按照重量份计的如下组份:
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚25份、月桂酰基谷氨酸钠13份、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺4份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚3份、硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯5份、抗再沉积剂17份、抗冷凝剂4份、植物精油0.7份、防腐剂0.2份、去离子水50份。
抗再沉积剂中基纤维素钠和聚丙烯酸钠按质量添加比例为6:1。
抗冷凝剂为乙醇;植物精油为薄荷精油;防腐剂为苯甲酸钠。
实施例4
一种洗衣素,包括按照重量份计的如下组份:
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚28份、月桂酰基谷氨酸钠14份、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺5份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚5份、硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯4份、抗再沉积剂13份、抗冷凝剂5份、植物精油0.4份、防腐剂0.1份、去离子水60份。
抗再沉积剂中基纤维素钠和聚丙烯酸钠按质量添加比例为3:1。
抗冷凝剂为丙三醇;植物精油为玫瑰精油;防腐剂为苯甲酸钠。
实施例5
一种洗衣素,包括按照重量份计的如下组份:
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚22份、月桂酰基谷氨酸钠11份、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺3份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚4份、硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯6份、抗再沉积剂16份、抗冷凝剂9份、植物精油0.8份、防腐剂0.3份、去离子水45份。
抗再沉积剂中基纤维素钠和聚丙烯酸钠按质量添加比例为8:1。
抗冷凝剂为乙醇;植物精油为檀香精油;防腐剂为山梨酸钾。
实施例6
手洗三件衣服,该发明实施例3中的洗衣素的添加量为5g。
实施例7
使用滚筒洗衣机清洗10件衣物,该发明实施例3中的洗衣素的添加量为25g。
实施例8
使用涡轮洗衣机清洗10件衣物,该发明实施例3中的洗衣素的添加量为30g。
产品性能测试
1、pH值
参照GB/T6368对对照组及实施例中的洗衣素进行pH值检测。

结论:通过对pH值的测试,使用实施例1-5所制得的洗衣素均在7左右,呈中性偏碱,弱碱性的洗衣素在不损害皮肤和衣物的情况下去污力更好。
2、去污力
参照GB/T 13174-2008对对照组及实施例中的洗衣素进行去污力检测。

结论:通过表2去污力测试结果可知,与对照组相比,实施例1-5所制得的洗衣素去污效果好,对蛋白质类污垢具有突出的乳化性能。
3、稳定性
(1)测定对照组及实施例中的洗衣素在温度降低过程中开始出现絮凝、沉淀或浑浊现象时的温度;
(2)测定对照组及实施例中的洗衣素在温度升高过程中开始出现絮凝、沉淀或浑浊现象时的温度。
注:对照组为市售某品牌洗衣素
结论:通过表3稳定性测试结果可知,使用实施例1-5所制得的洗衣素均可在0℃以下保持稳定性,最低可以在-25℃保持流动状态不变;使用实施例1-5所制得的洗衣素均可在50℃以上保持稳定性,最高可以在60℃保持状态稳定,相对于对照组的稳定性有明显的提升,给使用者带来了方便。

Claims (8)
1.一种洗衣素,其特征在于,所述洗衣素包括按照重量份计的如下组份:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚20-30份、月桂酰基谷氨酸钠10-15份、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺2-5份、抗冷凝剂2-10份、植物精油0.2-1份、防腐剂0.1-0.3份、去离子水40-70份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣素,其特征在于,所述洗衣素还包括去污增效剂,所述去污增效剂包括月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚2-6份、硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯3-7份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣素,其特征在于,所述洗衣素还包括抗再沉积剂10-20份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种洗衣素,其特征在于,所述抗再沉积剂为羧甲基纤维素钠和聚丙烯酸钠。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种洗衣素,其特征在于,所述羧甲基纤维素钠和聚丙烯酸钠按质量添加比例为2:1-10:1。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣素,其特征在于,所述抗冷凝剂为乙醇或丙三醇。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣素,其特征在于,所述植物精油为玫瑰精油、檀香精油、薄荷精油中的一种。
8.根据权利要求1~7所述的一种洗衣素,其特征在于,所述洗衣素可用于手洗或机洗棉、人棉、涤纶等纺织物品。
