Description
Technical Field
The application relates to but is not limited to the technical field of daily chemical washing, in particular to but not limited to a multilayer laundry detergent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In China, along with the improvement of the living standard of people, the requirements of consumers on washing products are higher and higher, and particularly, the requirements on convenience, high cleaning ability, safety, environmental protection and the like of the washing products are pursued. The laundry tablets are a novel detergent, and are favored by some consumers due to the advantages of being super-concentrated, fast in dissolving, not injuring hands, convenient to use and the like.
Laundry tablets have many advantages, but are not ideal in terms of detergency, which is a concern to consumers, mainly due to the fact that laundry tablets do not contain a detergent enzyme preparation or the enzyme preparation has poor stability. At present, most of the market laundry tablets do not contain enzyme, so that the laundry tablets are difficult to remove cleanly when encountering stains such as protein, grease and the like in actual washing. In addition, enzymes are mostly added into slurry in a few enzyme-containing laundry tablets, the enzymes are easy to inactivate when meeting high temperature during batching and drying, and the enzyme-containing laundry tablets are easy to be affected by the environment due to the fact that the enzymes are exposed in the air, and are easy to inactivate when meeting high temperature, humidity, peracid and over-alkali environments. Therefore, the conventional enzyme-containing laundry tablets have poor stability and are difficult to exhibit high detergency.
In addition, the softening agent, the color protection agent and the antibacterial agent are added into the laundry sheet, so that the washing performance of the laundry sheet can be better improved, the laundry is soft and bright in color and has no peculiar smell, the laundry is better cared, and more laundry requirements of consumers are met. However, most of softening agents, color fixatives and antibacterial agents are unstable and easily lose their effects in environments such as high temperature and over-acid and over-alkali environments, and are difficult to exert their effects during washing.

In addition, most of the current laundry tablets contain insoluble substances such as corn starch, talcum powder, kaolin, silicon dioxide and the like, the water solution obtained by dissolving the laundry tablets is turbid, the insoluble substances can be deposited on the surface of the fabric in the washing process, the washing effect is influenced, and the clothes are yellow and hard after a long time, so that the hand feeling and the attractiveness are influenced. However, these insoluble substances are often used as a molding aid for laundry tablets, and in actual production, without these molding aids, laundry tablets are difficult to mold and have poor moisture absorption resistance. The multilayer laundry piece can be well formed by controlling the proportion of the components in the laundry piece and the adding sequence of the components during the preparation of the laundry piece without using the insoluble forming auxiliary agent, the moisture absorption resistance of the laundry piece is good, the obtained laundry piece belongs to a complete clear water piece, and an aqueous solution obtained after dissolution is clear, so that the problem of deposition of insoluble substances in the laundry piece on clothes is fundamentally solved.
When the method is used for preparing the multilayer laundry pieces, the existing laundry piece preparation process is not required to be changed, and only equipment for coating or spraying biological enzyme, spice, color fixative, softening agent and antibacterial agent and bonding equipment are required to be added behind a laundry piece preparation device, so that the cost for improving the process is saved.

Test example 1
The multi-layer laundry tablets prepared in examples 1 to 7 and the commercially available laundry tablets were examined for detergency in comparison with the standard laundry detergent in the national standard according to the national standard GB/T13174-2008, and the results are shown in Table 8.
TABLE 8
From the above stain removal results, the stain removal effect of the multi-layer laundry tablets prepared in examples 1 to 6 of the present application is superior to that of the commercially available laundry tablet, and particularly, the stain removal effect on JB02 stain cloth (protein stain cloth) is significantly superior to that of the commercially available laundry tablet sample.
Test example 2
The laundry tablets prepared according to examples 1 to 7 and the commercially available laundry tablets were investigated for their relative ash content in comparison with the standard laundry detergent according to the national standard GB/T13174-2008, the results of which are reported in Table 9.
TABLE 9
As can be seen from the above ash measurements, the relative ash content of the multi-layer laundry tablets prepared in examples 1-7 of the present application is significantly less than that of the commercially available laundry tablets, indicating that the multi-layer laundry tablets prepared in examples 1-7 have no insoluble deposits on the laundry during use.
Although the embodiments disclosed in the present application are described above, the descriptions are only for the convenience of understanding the present application, and are not intended to limit the present application. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the disclosure as defined by the appended claims.
