Abstract
本发明是关于奶牛饲料复合添加剂舔块的配制
与生产,生产工艺由原料预处理、混合搅拌和压制成
型等三部分组成,具有原料来源广、操作简便、能耗低
和无污染等特点。配方含有15种营养物质,以非蛋
白氮、能量矿物质和维物素为主,起到为奶牛补充营
养物质,提高奶牛生产、繁殖性能和牛群体质的作用,
可提高奶牛每头日平均产奶量6.7%,提高牛生长日
增重15.5%,提高受胎率12.16%,降低总发病率
22.50%。
Description
舍饲奶牛采食量大,食入饲料因季节、市场等原因,常造成奶牛营养供给不平衡、导致生产、繁殖性能下降。对于奶牛饲料供应和营养物质摄入量不平衡的现实,必须采取营养物质的补加措施,方能达到增产的目的。国外畜牧业发达的国家,如美国、荷兰、新西兰和澳大利亚等国家均使用块状饲料添加剂,这种添加剂已进入商品市场,主要补充营养物质,有助于粗纤维和有机物的消化和利用。我国内蒙伊克昭盟和甘肃草原生态研究所研制了适用于绵羊的尿素砖,一九八八年开始,散见于有关报导之中。对奶牛块状饲料添加剂尚未见诸报端和有关文献。
奶牛复合添加剂舔块的机理在于:反刍家畜依据自身“营养智慧”的调节,对富含营养物质的块状饲料添加剂进行经常性和长期性舔食,从而获得可溶性氮、可溶性碳水化合物、氨基酸、微量元素和维生素,为瘤胃提供一个极为有效的发酵环境,有利于瘤胃微生物的大量繁殖,进而增加采食量和促进各种饲料,特别是纤维性饲料的消化、吸收和利用。本发明在甘肃进行舍饲奶牛的饲养调查后,对奶牛的蛋白质、能量、矿物质和维生素的不足进行分析,利用计算机进行配方筛选。配方由大量料和微量料组成,前者包括尿素、糖蜜、食盐、玉米粉、膨润土、氢氧化钙或水泥、骨粉等组分,其含量达97%;后者包括硫酸锌、硫酸锰、硫酸铜、硫酸亚铁、氯化钴、碘化钾、亚硒酸钠、维生素A、D、E,抗生素等组分,其含量为3%。本发明奶牛复合添加剂舔块的生产工艺必须按下图示进行加工:

生产工艺中,采用糖蜜包被尿素,使尿素免于吸湿;随后加食盐,扩散糖蜜,使其便于与干粉料充分混合,这就是预处理过程。压制时混合料温度保持在30℃以上。
舔块成品为扁园形,直径256mm、厚80mm,块重 7.5Kg。抗破碎强度为 43.95 Kg/cm2,质地混合均匀,不散落、不潮解,贮存数年而质地不变。经七个不同场户 344头黑白花奶牛饲喂试验和中间试验结果表明,可提高奶牛头日平均产奶量 6.7%,提高生长牛日增重 15.5%,提高受胎率 12.16%,降低总发病率 22.50%。
奶牛复合添加剂舔块配方原料普通,从市场可以购到,在无专门生产设备的奶牛场、畜牧场可以自选设备、付诸实施,有极高的经济价值,便利实用,如从事商品化生产,只要解决了压块成形设备,也可大规模生产,使成品进入饲料添加剂的商品市场。
Claims (5)
1、具有对奶牛营养物质代谢有良好作用的奶牛复合添加剂舔块配方,是尿素,糖蜜,食盐,玉米粉(麸皮),钙盐,膨润土,骨粉,硫酸锌,硫酸锰,硫酸型,硫酸亚铁,氯化钴,碘化钾,亚硒酸钠,维生素A、维生素D3、维生素E,土霉素或四环素等十七种成份组成。
2、根据权利要求1的组分,产奶牛的添加剂舔块配方特征是,尿素 16%,糖蜜 8%,食盐 46%,膨润土 11.20%,氢氧化钙 10%,硫酸锌 2.4%,硫酸锰 1.0%,硫酸铜 0.37%,氯化钴 0.005%,碘化钾 0.015%,亚硒酸钠 0.007%,维生素D30.003%。
3、根据权利要求2的组分,育成牛的添加剂舔块配方特征是,尿素 12%,糖蜜 10%,食盐 46%,膨润土 15%,玉米粉 5%,氢氧化钙 10%,硫酸锌 0.85%,硫酸锰 0.884%,硫酸铜0.26%维生素D30.006%。
4、根据权利要求3的组分,犊牛的添加剂舔块配方特征是,糖蜜 15%,食盐 42.8%,玉米粉 10%,膨润土 15%,氢氧化钙 10%,硫酸锌 0.436%,硫酸锰 0.246%,硫酸亚铁 1.39%,亚硒酸钠 0.004%,维生素D30.002%,维生素E 0.02%,土霉素 0.1%。
5、根据权利要求,舔块加工工艺其特征是大料的预处理,即糖蜜包被尿素,食盐扩散糖蜜,预处理的顺序、时间及温度和保温预处理后热压成形。
