Abstract
本发明属于一种复合的全营养型动物保健品,主
要用于促进乳猪断奶前的生长和提高其免疫功能。
本发明是根据乳猪生长发育需要,选用乳猪必需的多
种营养成分,特别是选用了甘氨酸络合铁、富马酸铁
等加工制成的乳膏剂。乳猪一次性口服后能明显促
进其生速度,避免缺铁性贫血的发生,增强免疫功能、
减少大肠杆菌等疾病的发生,提高乳猪断奶体重,使
饲养者获得显著的经济效益。
Description
本发明属于一种复合型动物营养保健品,主要用于促进乳猪断奶前的生长和提高其免疫功能。
目前,国内外经济动物的生长促进剂研究得不多。有些研究采用激素来促进生长。例如采用蛋白同化激素,但因激素会给人类带来严重的影响,大多数国家都不准使用。而另一些研究都以饲料添加剂的形式针对某些营养成分的缺乏进行补充,因而直接促进生长的作用不明显。而专一的生长促进剂目前还未见有报道和生产。根据检索,查到了一些类似能起到部分补充营养作用的资料,例如:美国专利4362710,这是一种仔猪用饲料添加剂。又如日本专利JPK昭53-38629,这是一种猪用补铁剂。这两种专利产品均为颗粒化浓缩高含铁制剂,都选用优质铁剂、高级芳香剂和甜味剂,采用特殊工艺制成颗粒,因而成本高,加工工艺复杂,而且乳猪要从3日龄开始一直服用到断奶。实际上目前在乳猪普遍,采用5日龄补饲全价乳猪料后,这类产品已无实用价值。除此以外,又如为了防止乳猪因缺铁产生的营养性贫血症,提出了1、在母猪乳头上涂布铁溶液;2、采用铁剂肌肉注射补铁;3、采用含铁的舔食剂;4、应用含铁糊剂在2日龄后给乳猪口服。这些方法都存在着明显的缺点。在母猪乳头涂布铁溶液,由于乳猪摄取量得不到保证,补铁的效果不确实,而且每天要给每头母猪涂布,十分花费劳力。肌肉注射补铁,每头乳猪要在3日龄时逐头捉起进行注射,工作量大,同时这一刺激对乳猪生长不利,而且注射点可能引起肌肉萎缩而致畸形。采用含铁的舔食剂,由于该制剂含有乳脂、高级芳香剂和甜味剂,成本高,并且暴露在湿润高温的环境中易变质腐败。含铁糊剂在2日龄后要每日喂服,工作量大,实际工作中无法使用。
本发明的目的是提供一种使用方便并能有效促进生长,提高免疫功能,减少疾病发生,又能为饲养者愿意接受的对乳猪无任何危害和副作用的营养型高效生长促进剂。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用了一种适合乳猪补给的全新配方,并制成凝胶体,用软管包装,便于日后使用。这种含有稀释液、果糖或乳糖的乳猪用营养型生长促进剂,其特征在于其中含有重量为8-20%的甘氨酸络合铁、20-40%的富马酸铁和0.05-0.15%的赋形剂,这种赋形剂可用淀粉,特别是β糊精,也可用多种食用胶体,例如琼脂、果胶、食用明胶和阿拉伯胶等。
这种营养型生长促进剂的生产方法是这样的:取赋形剂用稀释液稀释后,加入果糖或乳糖、甘氦酸络合铁和富马酸铁混和调匀成乳膏状,装入一种无毒软体塑料小瓶中,封口即成。
在生长促进剂中还可加入乳猪生长需要的微量元素、维生素和香味剂。
本营养型生长促进剂的使用,一般在乳猪出生接产后即由饲养者给乳猪一次性喂服2.5毫升,断奶前只口服一次即可。
本发明经使用表明:乳猪口服后,取得了明显的效果;乳猪皮肤红润、健壮活泼。血液中血红蛋白上升很快,并保持一定的高水平,营养性缺铁性贫血症状消失,白痢病减少、死亡率降低、生长速度提高,育成率提高。到45日龄时断奶体重可比对照组提高20%以上。
下面是一组对比试验的情况。分别为口服营养型生长促进剂(1组),注射补铁剂(2组)和空白(3组),增重情况见表一,对血红蛋白的影响见表二。

上述对比试验结果表明:通过不同的补剂途径和不同的液剂,对乳猪进行补剂,增重效果均很明显,血红蛋白含量均明显高于空白组;但口服营养型生长促进剂与注射补铁剂相比,口服在接产时使用,不必在三日龄再捉猪,更为方便,大大降低的劳动强度,更能为广大养殖户接受,可取得较为显著的社会效益。
以下结合实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步说明:
乳猪用营养型生长促进剂的成份配比为:
甘氨酸络合铁 300mg
富马酸铁 600mg
硫酸铜 0.2mg
硫酸锌 0.2mg
硫酸锰 0.1mg
氯化钴 0.1mg
维生素C 80mg
果糖 100mg
β糊精 2.5mg
香味剂 适量
蒸溜水 加至2500mg
这种营养型生长促进剂的加工方法为:取β糊精用蒸溜水经加温调至适当浓度并同进加入果糖、乳糖,另将甘氨酸络合铁、富马酸铁及上述配比中的其它微量元素研磨过200目筛,混和后慢慢加入调匀,等降至常温后加入香味剂调匀,然后以一般一头猪需要的补给量用塑料软管分装成2.5毫升一支,最后封口即成。
Claims (2)
1、一种含有稀释液、果糖或乳糖的乳猪用营养生长促进剂,其特征在于其中含有重量为8-20%的甘氨酸络合铁、20-40%的富马酸铁和0.05-0.15%的赋形剂。
2、根据权利要求1所述的生长促进剂,其特征在于赋形剂为淀粉或食用胶体。
