Abstract
本发明为颈肩腰腿痛治疗仪，属医疗保健器械，
由电源变压器、桥式整流器、π形滤波器、脉冲发生
器、电极板、调节器、开关、电流表等组成。它是利用
电磁效应及电脉冲来改善病变局部血液循环。具有
直流电疗，药物离子导入，低频脉冲，电子针刺等多种
功能。

颈肩腰腿痛治疗仪属于医疗保健器械。
目前使用的直流电疗机，脉冲电疗机，电针治疗仪等体积大，结构复杂，价格昂贵，功能单一，一种仪器只能实施一种或两种电疗。
本发明的目的是提供一种把直流电疗，药物离子导入，低频脉冲，电子针刺合为一体的颈肩腰腿痛治疗仪。该治疗仪对疾病的治疗适用范围较广，特别是对于软组织劳损，扭挫伤，风湿等引起的颈肩腰腿痛有明显疗效。
医学研究证明，直流电疗，药物离子导入，50HZ低频脉冲和电子针刺疗法，对扩张血管、消炎止痛有良好的作用。本发明基本治疗原理是：通过电磁效应扩张血管，改善病变局部血液循环，而减少了致痛物质浓度，消除无菌性炎症;脉冲输出50HZ的电流振颤，调节病变组织神经肌肉兴奋性，使痛觉传导闸门关闭;解除软组织痉挛，恢复局部力学平衡，捉进颈肩腰腿痛康复。
本发明颈肩腰腿痛治疗仪由于采用了直流电疗，药物离子导入，低频脉冲，电子针刺相结合，因此，耗电量低，最大功率为3.5W，尤其是脉冲发生器产生的随机脉冲为不规则双向波克服了常用脉冲治疗仪的人体组织适应现象，且无电解作用、不灼伤皮肤，其脉动频率大于50HZ，具有良好的肌肉收缩作用，能使损伤组织复位平顺。该仪器对疾病治疗范围广，对于颈椎病、肩周炎、骨质增生、腰肌劳损、退行性关节及风湿性关节等疾病均有明显的疗效，且无付作用，同时功能齐全，操作简单，价格便宜，治疗电流连续可调。

本发明的颈肩腰腿痛治疗仪，由电源变压器，桥式整流器，π形滤波器，脉冲发生器，电极板，调节器，开关，电流表，负载电阻，电容器等所组成。
以下结合附图对本发明具体实现上述多种电疗功能作进一步描述。
开关1接通后，经电源变压器2降压，次线圈上的桥式整流器3全波整流，再由电容器4、电阻5、电容器6组成的π形滤波器滤波获得平稳的直流电，通过调节器7输出电流，直流输出电压为0-40伏，电流为0-21毫安，（当电阻9负载一仟欧电阻时，）可用作直流电疗和药物离子导入。
电源直接并联电容器16和由两个并联氖灯泡组成的脉冲发生器15产生不规则振荡，再经电源变压器14降压后产生医用的不规则交变波、棘状波，其频率为50HZ，电流量由调节器13调制。电阻11和二极管12单管整流对电流表起到保护作用。可用于脉冲电疗和电子针刺治疗。
使用时，通电将电流变压器降压至安全电压，各种输出均由电流表显示，脉冲发生器兼有电源指示作用，开关10可切换输出方式。电容器16有交直流阻止作用。

- 颈肩腰腿痛治疗仪，其特征是：电源上直接并联一个由两个并联氖灯泡组成的脉冲发生器，变压器的次级接有桥式整流器，π型滤波器。具体使用时，通过开关切换电路，可分别实施直流电疗，药物离子导入，低频脉冲及电子针刺等多种电疗功能。
