Description

对在冷轧和带式运输设备出口的冷轧带材进行干燥的装置
本发明涉及一种在冷轧和带式运输设备出口侧、借助在带材输出口区域排出轧制润滑液和/或去除吸附在带材上表面的喷液的机构对冷轧带材进行干燥的装置。
生产者们对“冷轧带材”产品提出最优先的要求是:除了良好的表面平坦度和最佳带厚公差之外,还有冷轧和带式运输设备出口的冷轧带材的干燥度,这样操作是为了避免由于表面缺陷如斑点对带材再加工。
在现有技术中披露了许多目的在于获得无水份和无轧制介质的干燥带材的装置和措施。为此,根据不同情况使用了吹风装置、挡板、挡风装置以及上述装置和措施的组合。
例如在DE 4422422A1中公开了一种将在一个轧机机座出口的一个工作辊与一块挡板之间的缝隙不接触地密封起来的装置,该装置的特征如下:a)挡板有一个端部挡隔件,该挡隔件相对工作辊表面大致切向的位置,并且与工作辊上表面和轧件上表面距离相当小;b)挡隔件是有至少一个接通压缩空气源的压缩空气导入槽,该导入槽在轧制辊方向沿着轧制表面延伸的缝隙或喷嘴以很小的距离通入;c)缝隙式喷嘴的吹气方向与一条由喷口向工作辊转轴延伸的法线之间产生一个交角,该交角沿轧辊转动方向为0-45度,最好是30度角;d)挡隔件端部在其前侧有一个大致切向设置的、距离轧辊上表面很近的、呈刀形减小的端部件,该端部件如此的构成并且设置,即根据喷射器技术,该端部件在其与轧辊上表面之间形成一个其横截面连续扩宽的流动通道,该流动通道至少在轧件宽度上与工作辊平行地延伸。

-轧制介质由轧辊携带并甩向流出的带材,

-雾气在装置出口区域冷凝并落到带材上。
为了获得充份去除造成麻烦的水份的冷轧带材,一种装置必须具备复杂的机构,它必须同时考虑由于水份而在流出的带材上表面形成冷凝物的所有原因并且补偿这些原因造成的影响。
由于这种现有技术,本发明的任务在于提供一种简单的、可以由适用于轧机的结构部件制成的装置,在由冷轧和带式运输设备输出时,该装置能够防止或清除带材上表面的湿气冷凝物,在结构部件成本和能量消耗合理的情况下可以生产该结构部件,并且它可以毫无问题地安装在一个轧机机架的出口区域内,该装置在更换轧辊和调整辊缝时不会造成干扰,并同时产生一个低噪音级。
根据本发明的在冷轧和带式运输设备出口侧、借助在带材输出口区域排出轧制润滑液和/或去除吸附在带材上表面的喷液的机构对冷轧带材进行干燥的装置,其特征在于,在共同作用时,该机构逻辑配置而归属于一个功能单元,这种装置具有如下结构部件:
a)一块固定设置的挡板,其一部份在带材输出口上方连接到平台,另一部份在带材输出口下方连接到底板;
b)一块带有可移动部件的、用于顺利实现轧辊更换的可移动的挡板;

通过一块固定设置的挡板将潮湿的轧制区与精轧带材有利地隔断开,所述挡板的一部分由输出带材以上通到机架平台,另一部份由输出带材以下通到底板。一块由可移动部件构成的附加的挡板用于尽可能地将潮湿的轧制区与精轧带材隔断开,但是由于部件的可移动性,轧辊的可接触性(如进行轧辊的更换)是可以实现的。同时,这些可移动的部件使一个带材引出装置和/或一个带材传导装置起作用。此外,所述由构成挡板的可移动部件可以有选择地机械固定或可以根据辊身磨损情况进行调整。
