本发明公开了一种新材料轻质耐磨的PVC配方,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:邻苯二甲酸二辛酯14‑18份,重钙6‑10份,ACR改性3‑9份,碳酸钙12‑17份,钛白粉7‑12份,氯化石蜡4‑8份,硬脂酸2‑8份,PE蜡0.5‑3份,六甲基磷酰三胺6‑8份,抗冲剂1‑2份,助剂0.5‑1.3份。本发明的有益效果是:其具有质轻、耐磨、阻燃、防滑、防潮等优势,而且成比较低,适合推广应用,而且成比较低,适合推广应用。

一种新材料轻质耐磨的PVC配方
技术领域
本发明涉及塑胶管道技术领域,具体涉及一种新材料轻质耐磨的PVC配方。
背景技术
PVC管材的主要成分是聚氯乙烯,另外加入其它成分来增强其耐热性、韧性、延展性等。PVC在当今世界上深受喜爱,是颇为流行并广泛应用的一种合成材料。PVC管材是一种成熟的管材,主要应用于给排水工程。PVC管材具有耐酸、耐碱、耐腐蚀、强度高等优点,但抗冲性能比较差。
发明内容
本发明提供一种新材料轻质耐磨的PVC配方,利用该配方制造出来的PVC管材可以增强抗冲性能及强度。
为达到上述目的,本发明一种新材料轻质耐磨的PVC配方,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:邻苯二甲酸二辛酯14-18份,重钙6-10份,ACR改性3-9份,碳酸钙12-17份,钛白粉7-12份,氯化石蜡4-8份,硬脂酸2-8份,PE蜡0.5-3份,六甲基磷酰三胺6-8份,抗冲剂1-2份,助剂0.5-1.3份。
作为优选,由下列最优配比原料制成:邻苯二甲酸二辛酯16份,重钙8份,ACR改性6份,碳酸钙13份,钛白粉8份,氯化石蜡5份,硬脂酸4份,PE蜡2份,六甲基磷酰三胺7份,抗冲剂1.4份,助剂0.6份。
作为优选,助剂为增塑剂、润湿剂、稳定剂中的一种或两种以上组成。
本发明的有益效果是:其具有质轻、耐磨、阻燃、防滑、防潮等优势,而且成比较低,适合推广应用。

助剂为增塑剂、润湿剂、稳定剂中的一种或两种以上组成。
实施例2
本发明一种新材料轻质耐磨的PVC配方,由下列重量份的原料制成:邻苯二甲酸二辛酯17份,重钙8份,ACR改性8份,碳酸钙13份,钛白粉9份,氯化石蜡5份,硬脂酸6份,PE蜡0.8份,六甲基磷酰三胺8份,抗冲剂2份,助剂1.3份。
助剂为增塑剂、润湿剂、稳定剂中的一种或两种以上组成。
实施例3,为本发明的最优实施例:
本发明一种新材料轻质耐磨的PVC配方,由下列重量份的原料制成:邻苯二甲酸二辛酯18份,重钙7份,ACR改性8份,碳酸钙13份,钛白粉8份,氯化石蜡6份,硬脂酸4份,PE蜡0.9份,六甲基磷酰三胺6份,抗冲剂1.4份,助剂0.9份。
助剂为增塑剂、润湿剂、稳定剂中的一种或两种以上组成。
综上所述,其具有质轻、耐磨、阻燃、防滑、防潮等优势,而且成比较低,适合推广应用。

2.如权利要求1所述的一种新材料轻质耐磨的PVC配方,其特征在于由下列最优配比原料制成:邻苯二甲酸二辛酯16份,重钙8份,ACR改性6份,碳酸钙13份,钛白粉8份,氯化石蜡5份,硬脂酸4份,PE蜡2份,六甲基磷酰三胺7份,抗冲剂1.4份,助剂0.6份。
