Abstract
本发明公开了一种高速机用包装食品保鲜专用膜及其制备方法,由内层、中层和外层三层材料共挤而成,按质量分数计,内层材料占比10~20%、中层材料占比50~70%、外层材料占比10~20%。内层、外层、中层材料的原材料分别置于三个混合反应釜中搅拌均匀,然后通过挤出螺杆加热挤成熔融状态,将上层、中层、下层的熔融状态材料分别挤入模头的内腔、中间腔和外腔中;通过夹紧和拉伸装置,在模头上端将模头内的熔融状态材料上端夹住并向上牵引拉伸,使内中外三层材料粘在一起形成保鲜膜。本发明制得的保鲜膜具有自粘性佳、高拉伸性能,并且是一种无塑化剂的聚烯烃(PO)保鲜膜,适用于高速食品包装加工,满足了高速机要求的高拉伸性、高强度和韧性。

本发明涉及包装材料技术领域,具体涉及一种高速机用包装食品保鲜专用膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
食品保鲜膜是一种塑料制品,广泛应用于食品加工、包装等领域。保鲜膜以其方便,经济,美观等特点受到人们的青睐。
保鲜膜根据所用材料及添加塑化剂的不同,主要有两种材质的保鲜膜:无塑化剂的聚乙烯(PE)保鲜膜在材质安全性方面符合食品安全要求,在自粘性和拉伸性能方面较难符合高速食品包装机的对这两方面的要求,经常造成断膜停机。和聚乙烯(PE)保鲜膜相比,尽管聚氯乙烯PVC材质的保鲜膜在自粘性和拉伸性能等方面能达到高速机用包装的要求,但是由于在生产聚氯乙烯保鲜膜过程中要添加相当量塑化剂,塑化剂对人体健康的安全影响也受到人们的广泛关注。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了弥补现有技术的不足,提供了一种高速机用包装食品保鲜专用膜及其制备方法,满足了高速机要求的高拉伸性、高强度和韧性。
为了达到本发明的目的,技术方案如下:
按质量分数计,所述内层材料包括:
乙烯-乙烯乙酸聚合物 10-20%
线性低密度聚乙烯聚合物 70-80%
功能母粒 5-10%;
按质量分数计,所述中层材料含有:
茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯 20-30%
聚丙烯聚合物 40-50%;
按质量分数计,所述外层材料包括:
乙烯-乙烯乙酸聚合物 10-20%
线性低密度聚乙烯聚合物 70-80%
功能母粒 5-10%
所述内层材料和外侧材料中的功能母粒为甘油单油酸酯和长链脂肪酸酯的混合物。
优选地,在所述中层材料中,聚丙烯聚合物的分子量在10-15万。
一种高速机用包装食品保鲜专用膜的制备方法,包括步骤:
1)、将内层、外层、中层材料的原材料-塑料粒子分别置于三个混合反应釜中,常温,搅拌均匀,然后通过挤出螺杆,加热170℃-190℃,挤成熔融状态,
2)、将上层、中层、下层的熔融状态材料分别挤入模头的内腔、中间腔和外腔中,模头为圆柱形结构;
3)、通过夹紧和拉伸装置,在模头上端将模头内的熔融状态材料上端夹住并向上牵引拉伸,使内中外三层材料粘在一起形成保鲜膜,拉伸后的保鲜膜形成了内部具有空腔的圆柱形形状;
4)、在将保鲜膜向上拉伸的过程中,向保鲜膜形成的圆柱形空腔内吹入气体,吹入的气体使圆柱形保鲜膜直径膨胀进行横向拉伸,
同时,向保鲜膜吹冷风进行固化,
5)、分卷加工:
在复卷机的两侧安装折边模具,所述折边模具是呈L型的金属压片,
(a)将保鲜膜输送至复卷机内,通过折边模具,使保鲜膜两端各向上翻边折起1-3mm范围;
(b)翻边折起后,经压轮辊挤压后膜卷两端有1-3mm宽度的自然平整膜卷折边。
优选地,在复卷机内,与保鲜膜接触的辊轴均做防粘处理,防粘处理方式为:在接触辊轴的表面涂覆一层四氟乙烯涂层。
本发明具有的有益效果:
制得的保鲜膜具有自粘性佳、高拉伸性能,并且是一种无塑化剂的聚烯烃(PO)保鲜膜,适用于高速食品包装加工,满足了高速机要求的高拉伸性、高强度和韧性。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步描述,但本发明的保护范围不仅仅局限于实施例。
按质量分数计,所述内层材料包括:

线性低密度聚乙烯聚合物 75%
功能母粒 10%;
按质量分数计,所述中层材料含有:

一种高速机用包装食品保鲜专用膜的制备方法,包括步骤:
1)、将内层、外层、中层材料的原材料-塑料粒子分别置于三个混合反应釜中,常温,搅拌均匀,然后通过挤出螺杆,加热180℃,挤成熔融状态,
2)、将上层、中层、下层的熔融状态材料分别挤入模头的内腔、中间腔和外腔中,模头为圆柱形结构;
3)、通过夹紧和拉伸装置,在模头上端将模头内的熔融状态材料上端夹住并向上牵引拉伸,使内中外三层材料粘在一起形成保鲜膜,拉伸后的保鲜膜形成了内部具有空腔的圆柱形形状;
4)、在将保鲜膜向上拉伸的过程中,向保鲜膜形成的圆柱形空腔内吹入气体,吹入的气体使圆柱形保鲜膜直径膨胀进行横向拉伸,

对本发明制得的保鲜膜性能进行测试,测试结果如下:
结合图1和图2所示,一种高速机用包装食品保鲜专用膜的加工设备,具有模具1、冷却管组3、吹风管4、测量装置5和夹紧拉伸装置6,结合图2所示,所述模具1在设备的最底部且侧边开有熔浆进料口10,设备工作时制作保鲜膜的熔浆就由进料口进入模具内部,模具的内部分有内层11、中层12和外侧13三个隔层,这样当制膜时三个隔层分别吹拉出一层膜来,并在模具上方进行冷却粘结形成三层膜共挤工艺,模具最上部有圆形的出料口14,设备工作时,三层膜就由出料口吹拉而出。
所述的冷却管组3固定在模具出料口14的正上方,冷却管组3由两组围成半圆形的冷却管31组成,两组冷却管均包围着从出料口出来的圆柱状的膜,并为他们降温冷却,使得熔融状态的膜迅速降温成型。
模具的出料口上安装一根吹风管4,吹风管4顶部出风口41在冷却管组上方,吹风管的出风口不断吹风进入圆柱形膜的内部,并在内部形成一定气压使得圆柱形膜膨胀进而得到横向拉伸。
测量装置5在冷却管组上方,测量装置5包裹着圆柱形膜外侧并测量出圆柱状的直径反馈到控制箱。
设备最顶部为夹紧拉伸装置6,拉伸装置6将圆柱状膜的顶部加紧使得圆柱状内部处于封闭状态并且可以不断向上拉伸圆柱状膜,拉伸完成的圆柱状膜由夹紧拉伸装置顶部离开整个设备并进行收集利用。
所述的保鲜膜2模具上部的出料口被拉伸出来后形成圆柱状,圆柱状保鲜膜内部有吹风管且下部为小直径21上部为大直径22,圆柱状保鲜膜从下到上依次穿过冷却管组和测量装置,圆柱状保鲜膜最上部由夹紧拉伸装置夹紧并向上拉伸。
优选地,在加工设备的一侧连接着控制箱7,控制箱7连接着模具1并由控制开关71,测量装置5也连接到控制箱7并将测量结果反馈到控制箱。
本发明的设备工作时,经过加热并处于熔融状态的内层材料、中层材料和外层材料由进料口进入模具,在模具内部分别进入三个隔腔中,并在上部出料口一起拉伸出模具,三层材料粘合在一起形成薄膜,由出料口出来后三层薄膜紧密粘结在一起并经过冷却管冷却降温固化,出料口内的吹气管不断吹风进入圆柱形膜的内部,并在内部形成一定气压使得圆柱形膜的空腔膨胀得到横向拉伸。测量装置5包裹着圆柱形膜外侧并测量出圆柱状的直径反馈到控制箱。控制箱控制吹气管出风量控制圆柱形膜内部气压来控制圆柱形直径,拉伸装置将圆柱状膜的顶部加紧使得圆柱状内部处于封闭状态并且可以不断向上拉伸圆柱状膜,拉伸完成的圆柱状膜由夹紧拉伸装置顶部离开整个设备并进行收集利用。

乙烯-乙烯乙酸聚合物 10-20%
线性低密度聚乙烯聚合物 70-80%
功能母粒 5-10%;
按质量分数计,所述中层材料含有:

按质量分数计,所述外层材料包括:
乙烯-乙烯乙酸聚合物 10-20%
线性低密度聚乙烯聚合物 70-80%
功能母粒 5-10%
所述内层材料和外侧材料中的功能母粒为甘油单油酸酯和长链脂肪酸酯的混合物;在所述中层材料中,聚丙烯聚合物的分子量在10-15万;
高速机用包装食品保鲜专用膜的加工设备,包括模具(1)、冷却管组(3)、吹风管(4)、测量装置(5)和夹紧拉伸装置(6);所述模具(1)在设备的最底部且侧边开有熔浆的进料口(10),设备工作时制作保鲜膜的熔浆就由进料口(10)进入模具内部,模具的内部分有内层(11)、中层(12)和外侧(13)三个隔层,这样当制膜时三个隔层分别吹拉出一层膜来,并在模具上方进行冷却粘结形成三层膜共挤工艺,模具最上部有圆形的出料口(14),设备工作时,三层膜就由出料口吹拉而出;
所述的冷却管组(3)固定在模具出料口(14)的正上方,冷却管组(3)由两组围成半圆形的冷却管( 31) 组成,两组冷却管均包围着从出料口出来的圆柱状的膜,并为他们降温冷却,使得熔融状态的膜迅速降温成型;
模具的出料口上安装一根吹风管(4),吹风管(4)顶部出风口(41)在冷却管组上方,吹风管的出风口不断吹风进入圆柱形膜的内部,并在内部形成一定气压使得圆柱形膜膨胀进而得到横向拉伸;
测量装置(5)在冷却管组上方,测量装置(5)包裹着圆柱形膜外侧并测量出圆柱状的直径反馈到控制箱;
设备最顶部为夹紧拉伸装置(6),拉伸装置(6)将圆柱状膜的顶部加紧使得圆柱状内部处于封闭状态并且可以不断向上拉伸圆柱状膜,拉伸完成的圆柱状膜由夹紧拉伸装置顶部离开整个设备并进行收集利用;
所述的保鲜膜(2)模具上部的出料口被拉伸出来后形成圆柱状,圆柱状保鲜膜内部有吹风管且下部为小直径(21)上部为大直径(22),所述圆柱状保鲜膜从下到上依次穿过冷却管组和测量装置,圆柱状保鲜膜最上部由夹紧拉伸装置夹紧并向上拉伸;
在加工设备的一侧连接着控制箱(7),控制箱(7)连接着模具(1)并由控制开关(71),测量装置(5)也连接到控制箱(7)并将测量结果反馈到控制箱;
制备方法的步骤:
1)、将内层、外层、中层材料的原材料-塑料粒子分别置于三个混合反应釜中,常温,搅拌均匀,然后通过挤出螺杆,加热170℃-190℃,挤成熔融状态,
2)、将上层、中层、下层的熔融状态材料分别挤入模头的内腔、中间腔和外腔中,模头为圆柱形结构;
3)、通过夹紧和拉伸装置,在模头上端将模头内的熔融状态材料上端夹住并向上牵引拉伸,使内中外三层材料粘在一起形成保鲜膜,拉伸后的保鲜膜形成了内部具有空腔的圆柱形形状;
4)、在将保鲜膜向上拉伸的过程中,向保鲜膜形成的圆柱形空腔内吹入气体,吹入的气体使圆柱形保鲜膜直径膨胀进行横向拉伸,
同时,向保鲜膜吹冷风进行固化,
5)、分卷加工:
在复卷机的两侧安装折边模具,所述折边模具是呈L型的金属压片,
(a)将保鲜膜输送至复卷机内,通过折边模具,使保鲜膜两端各向上翻边折起1-3mm范围;
(b)翻边折起后,经压轮辊挤压后膜卷两端有1-3mm宽度的自然平整膜卷折边。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高速机用包装食品保鲜专用膜的制备方法,其特征在于,在复卷机内,与保鲜膜接触的辊轴均做防粘处理,防粘处理方式为:在接触辊轴的表面涂覆一层四氟乙烯涂层。
