Abstract
一种可降解食品包装袋,涉及包装袋技术领域。由低密度聚乙烯20‑45份、茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯25‑40份、无规共聚聚丙烯15‑35份、碳酸钙母粒5‑15份、硬脂酸偶联剂10‑20份、氧化油1‑15份、增塑剂3‑10份、桃叶珊瑚甙2‑8份和无机抗粘剂5‑9份制成。本发明的可降解食品包装袋,通过在可降解食品包装袋材料中添加了合理复配的添加剂,使得制备的可降解食品包装袋能够合理、快速的自然降解,使得其环保性能得到显著提高,且不会形成新的污染源。

技术领域
本发明涉及包装袋技术领域,具体是涉及一种可降解食品包装袋。
背景技术
塑料包装袋是日常生活中的易耗品,中国每年都要消耗大量的塑料购物袋。塑料包装袋在为消费者提供便利的同时,由于过量使用及回收处理不到位等原因,也造成了严重的能源资源浪费和环境污染。特别是超薄塑料购物袋容易破损,大多被随意丢弃,成为“白色污染”的主要来源。越来越多的国家和地区已经限制塑料购物袋的生产、销售、使用。我国为建设资源节约型和环境友好型社会,从源头上采取有力措施,督促企业生产耐用、易于回收的塑料购物袋,引导、鼓励群众合理使用塑料购物袋,促进资源综合利用,保护生态环境,进一步推进节能减排工作。
可降解包装袋产品在使用后,如丢弃在一般生物环境,即可自然分解为水、二氧化碳和细胞生物质,而且不会残留有机聚合物于土壤当中。但是,现有部分可降解包装袋在降解过程中容易形成新的污染环境的物质,从而继续影响生活环境。
因此,设计一种新的可降解食品包装袋,是势在必行的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可降解食品包装袋,该包装袋可降解,不会对环境形成新的污染源。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:

通过在可降解食品包装袋材料中添加了合理复配的添加剂,使得制备的可降解食品包装袋能够合理、快速的自然降解,使得其环保性能得到显著提高,且不会形成新的污染源。

一种可降解食品包装袋,由以下重量份的组分制成:
低密度聚乙烯30份、茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯35份、无规共聚聚丙烯20份、碳酸钙母粒12份、硬脂酸偶联剂13份、氧化油10份、增塑剂5份、桃叶珊瑚甙6份和无机抗粘剂6份。
制备方法为常规吹塑工艺。
实施例2
一种可降解食品包装袋,由以下重量份的组分制成:
低密度聚乙烯40份、茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯30份、无规共聚聚丙烯30份、碳酸钙母粒10份、硬脂酸偶联剂16份、氧化油5份、增塑剂8份、桃叶珊瑚甙4份和无机抗粘剂8份。
制备方法为常规吹塑工艺。
实施例3
一种可降解食品包装袋,由以下重量份的组分制成:
低密度聚乙烯35份、茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯32份、无规共聚聚丙烯25份、碳酸钙母粒11份、硬脂酸偶联剂14份、氧化油8份、增塑剂6份、桃叶珊瑚甙5份和无机抗粘剂7份。
制备方法为常规吹塑工艺。

一种可降解食品包装袋,由以下重量份的组分制成:
