本发明属于生物洗涤技术领域,具体涉及植物提取物、微生物菌群复配而成的一种酵素马桶清洗剂配制方法。
背景技术
马桶是排泄脏物的通道,也是我们每天必须使用的洁具,每次打扫卫生间马桶就是一个卫生死角,而且马桶也是一个细菌滋生的地方,马桶上有不易清洁的小缝隙和死角,如果你的清洁方法不对,马桶肯定还是带味。要是我们没有养成定期清洗马桶的好习惯,那么会对我们自身的健康还有呼吸道造成不好的影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的是根据上述不足之处,而研制一种能快速清洁卫生间顽固污垢、尿渍、黑斑,无需费力擦洗,强效去污、水锈清洁、去除异味、快速除菌、安全环保,不伤马桶不伤瓷釉的功效的酵素马桶清洗剂配制方法。
本发明的酵素马桶清洗剂技术方案是这样实现,它由汉防己提取物、AES、纳豆发酵提取物、燕麦多肽 、神经酰胺、小麦胚芽、 L-抗坏血酸钠、长柄木霉 、青春双歧杆菌、 益生菌群、甲基乙基酯、鱼胶原蛋白、TX10乳化剂、海藻糖、卡松2 、多库酯钠、酵素、醋酸、苹果香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:

汉防己提取物 1.5% AES 2.9% 纳豆发酵提取物 1.7%
燕麦多肽 1.1% 神经酰胺1.9% 小麦胚芽 1.6%
L-抗坏血酸钠 1.5% 长柄木霉 1.7% 青春双歧杆菌 2%
益生菌群 2.8% 甲基乙基酯 1.3% 鱼胶原蛋白1.2%
TX10乳化剂 1.2% 海藻糖 1.8% 卡松2 1.5%
多库酯钠 1.3% 酵素 2.2% 醋酸 1.9%
苹果香 1.1% 水67.8%
配制工艺
本发明酵素马桶清洗剂是按上述重量百分比配齐,混合制成,其步骤:将具有抗过敏作用的汉防己提取物与AES、纳豆发酵提取物加入恒温31.7°C的水中搅拌122分钟,再加入燕麦多肽 、神经酰胺、小麦胚芽、 L-抗坏血酸钠、长柄木霉 、青春双歧杆菌高速搅拌125分钟,并配以益生菌群、甲基乙基酯、鱼胶原蛋白、TX10乳化剂、海藻糖、卡松2 、多库酯钠恒温在33.7°C均质搅拌126分种,将容器恒温在29.7°C密封发酵24.7小时,再加入酵素、醋酸、苹果香高速搅拌128分钟,它能快速清洁卫生间顽固污垢、尿渍,然后恒温在34.7°C容器内静置30.7小时即为成品。
有益效果:
能快速清洁卫生间顽固污垢、尿渍、黑斑,无需费力擦洗,强效去污、水锈清洁、去除异味、快速除菌、安全环保,不伤马桶不伤瓷釉的功效。
具体实施方式
本发明的酵素马桶清洗剂主要由下述重量百分比原料组成,
