The driving mechanism comprises an electromagnet, a sliding block, a rotating seat, a limiting assembly and two elastic sheets, the electromagnet is fixedly connected in a brush handle of the electric toothbrush and connected with a battery of the electric toothbrush, the sliding block is connected in the brush handle in a sliding mode, a gap is reserved between the sliding block and the electromagnet, and the rotating seat is movably connected to one end of the brush handle and connected with a brush head of the electric toothbrush; the included angle between the two elastic sheets is an acute angle. The invention has the advantages of exquisite structure, good stability, good tooth cleaning effect, low manufacturing cost and low use cost on the whole.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of electric toothbrush structures, in particular to improvement of a brush head driving mechanism.
Background
At present, the electric toothbrushes are mostly divided into two categories, namely a rotary type and a vibration type, wherein the rotary type electric toothbrush is driven by a motor to rotate a circular brush head, so that the friction effect is enhanced while the action of a common toothbrush is performed; the vibrating electric toothbrush drives the brush head to swing at high frequency by the vibrating motor, thereby efficiently cleaning dirt between teeth.

one ends of the two elastic sheets are fixedly connected to one side of the sliding block, which is back to the electromagnet, and the other ends of the two elastic sheets are respectively and fixedly connected to two sides of the center of the rotating seat;
a gap is reserved between the two elastic pieces, the limiting assembly is a limiting shaft, one end of the limiting shaft is fixedly connected with the rotating seat, the other end of the limiting shaft is hinged in the brush handle, and the limiting shaft is located in the gap and coaxially arranged with the rotating seat.

The brush head is characterized in that a fixing sheet is fixedly connected to one side, back to the electromagnet, of the sliding block, a boss is arranged on one side, back to the brush head, of the rotating seat, connecting sheets are fixedly connected to the end faces of the two sides of the boss respectively, one end of each elastic sheet is connected with the fixing sheet into a whole, and the other end of each elastic sheet is connected with the connecting sheet into a whole.

Detailed Description
The invention is illustrated in fig. 1-5, where it is stated that, in order to ensure a clear illustration of the drawing, only a part of the handle outside the drive mechanism is shown, the handle outside the battery is not shown, the electric toothbrush comprises a brush head 1, a handle 2, a drive mechanism 3 and a battery 4, the brush head 1 is connected to one end of the handle 2, the drive mechanism 3 is connected between the brush head 1 and the battery 4 and is used for driving the brush head 1 to rotate;
the driving mechanism 3 comprises an electromagnet 31, a sliding block 32, a rotating seat 33, a limiting assembly 34 and two elastic sheets 35, the electromagnet 31 is fixedly connected in a brush handle 2 of the electric toothbrush and connected with a battery 4 of the electric toothbrush, the sliding block 32 is slidably connected in the brush handle 2 and has a gap with the electromagnet 31, and the rotating seat 33 is movably connected at one end of the brush handle 2 and connected with a brush head 1 of the electric toothbrush;
one end of each of the two elastic pieces 35 is fixedly connected to one side of the sliding block 32, which is opposite to the electromagnet 31, and the other end of each of the two elastic pieces 35 is fixedly connected to two sides of the center of the rotating seat 33, respectively, and an included angle between the two elastic pieces 35 is an acute angle;
a gap is reserved between the two elastic sheets 35, the limiting component 34 is a limiting shaft 342, one end of the limiting shaft 342 is fixedly connected with the rotating seat 33, the other end of the limiting shaft 342 is hinged in the brush handle 2, and the limiting shaft 342 is located in the gap and coaxially arranged with the rotating seat 33. Thereby the rotating seat can only rotate relative to the brush holder in synchronization with the limiting shaft. Therefore, when the electromagnet is electrified, the sliding block moves horizontally towards the electromagnet, the elastic sheet is stretched, and the included angle between the elastic sheet and the rotating seat and the included angle between the elastic sheet and the sliding block are gradually increased, so that the rotating seat is driven to rotate by a certain angle; when the electromagnet is powered off, the sliding block slides away from the electromagnet under the action of the self restoring force of the elastic sheet, and the rotating seat also resets in a reverse mode. When the electric toothbrush is started and the electromagnet is frequently electrified or deenergized under the influence of the control circuit, the rotating seat continuously rotates forwards or backwards.
One side of the sliding block 32, which faces away from the electromagnet 31, is fixedly connected with a fixing plate 320, one side of the rotating base 33, which faces away from the brush head 1, is provided with a boss 331, two side end faces of the boss 331 are respectively and fixedly connected with a connecting plate 330, one end of each elastic sheet 35 is connected with the fixing plate 320 into a whole, and the other end of each elastic sheet is connected with the connecting plate 330 into a whole. Therefore, 90-180 included angles are formed between the elastic sheet and the fixing sheet and between the elastic sheet and the connecting sheet, the elastic sheet has high connection stability, and meanwhile has good elastic deformation capacity and strong deformation resetting capacity through the folded angles between the elastic sheet and the fixing sheet and between the elastic sheet and the connecting sheet, and therefore the using effect of the elastic sheet is greatly improved, and the manufacturing difficulty and the installation difficulty of the elastic sheet are reduced.
The brush holder 2 is characterized in that one end of the brush holder is provided with a through hole for accommodating the rotating seat, the inner wall of the through hole is provided with at least one sealing groove, and the rotating seat 33 is externally sleeved with a sealing ring matched with the sealing groove. Thereby playing good effectual sealed, the guard action to the shell fragment to effectively prolong the holistic life of actuating mechanism.
A control switch and a control circuit are arranged between the electromagnet 31 and the battery 4. Therefore, after the electric toothbrush is started, the electromagnet is controlled to be rapidly switched between power-on and power-off.
The brush head is detachably connected to the rotary seat. Thereby enabling people to conveniently clean or replace the brush head.
The slider is a permanent magnet. Therefore, when the current directions in the electromagnets are opposite, the opposite polarities can be generated, so that the full restoring force is provided when the rotary seat is reversed, and the overall stability and reliability in use are effectively improved.
Claims (7)
1. A driving mechanism of a torsional electric toothbrush is characterized by comprising an electromagnet, a sliding block, a rotating seat, a limiting assembly and two elastic pieces, wherein the electromagnet is fixedly connected in a brush handle of the electric toothbrush and connected with a battery of the electric toothbrush;
one ends of the two elastic sheets are fixedly connected to one side of the sliding block, which is back to the electromagnet, and the other ends of the two elastic sheets are respectively and fixedly connected to two sides of the center of the rotating seat;
a gap is reserved between the two elastic pieces, the limiting assembly is a limiting shaft, one end of the limiting shaft is fixedly connected with the rotating seat, the other end of the limiting shaft is hinged in the brush handle, and the limiting shaft is located in the gap and coaxially arranged with the rotating seat.
2. The driving mechanism of a twisted electric toothbrush according to claim 1, wherein an included angle between the two resilient pieces is an acute angle.

The driving mechanism of a torsional electric toothbrush as claimed in claim 1, wherein a fixing plate is fixedly connected to a side of the slider facing away from the electromagnet, a boss is disposed on a side of the rotary base facing away from the brush head, connecting plates are respectively fixedly connected to end faces of both sides of the boss, one end of each of the two elastic plates is integrally connected to the fixing plate, and the other end of each of the two elastic plates is integrally connected to the connecting plate.

The driving mechanism of a torsional electric toothbrush as claimed in claim 1, wherein a through hole is formed at one end of the brush handle for receiving the rotary base, at least one sealing groove is formed on an inner wall of the through hole, and a sealing ring adapted to the sealing groove is sleeved outside the rotary base.
5. The driving mechanism of a twisted electric toothbrush according to claim 1, wherein a control switch and a control circuit are disposed between the electromagnet and the battery.
6. A drive mechanism for a torsional electric toothbrush according to claim 1, in which the brushhead is removably attached to the rotatable base.
7. The drive mechanism for a twisted electric toothbrush according to claim 1, wherein the slider is a permanent magnet.
