Abstract
本发明的目的在于公开“一种祛毒除臭复合酶生物制剂”,本发明的内容通过海洋提取物和生命精华素及有益微生物等活性物,精密配制来实现的。能有效的祛毒除臭,尤其是对家庭室内外、农家院内外、办公室内外、娱乐场所、饭店宾馆内外、卫生间、宠物寝舍、禽畜养殖场内外、屠宰场内外及鞋袜等所产生的毒素恶臭的祛除有着特殊的效果,即:用3‑5滴喷洒,在几分钟之内就可以祛除室内外、卫生间、宠物寝舍及鞋袜等恶臭。对祛除粪污场、养殖厂、鱼肉加工厂的毒素恶臭效果也很好。对此,可满足环保和人们身体健康的需求。

技术领域
本发明公开了“一种祛毒除臭复合酶生物制剂”的配方和制作方法,属于环保领域。
背景技术
现行以环境保护为宗旨的空气净化产品种类繁多,以满足人们的环保需求。这些产品多是:1饲料添加剂除臭,2除臭遮蔽剂,3物理除臭,4除臭吸附剂,5化学除臭剂,6生物除臭,这些产品在净化空气中起到了不同程度的作用,但在快速祛毒除臭、坚持长久等方面还有不尽人意的地方。本发明的目的在于公开“一种祛毒除臭复合酶生物制剂”对家庭室内外、农家院内外、办公室内外、娱乐场所、饭店宾馆内外、卫生间、宠物寝舍、禽畜养殖场内外、屠宰场内外及鞋袜等所产生的毒素恶臭的祛除有着特殊的效果,即:用3-5滴喷洒,在几分钟之内就可以祛除室内外、卫生间、宠物寝舍及鞋袜等恶臭。对祛除粪污厂、养殖厂、鱼肉加工厂等的毒素恶臭效果也很好。对此,可满足环保和人们身体健康的需求。
日前,中华人民共和国国务院令第643号文件、农业部和财政部办公厅2016年5月24日文件,再一次确定了必须解决的这一祛毒除臭,环境保护和人们身体健康的重大课题,各级政府及有关部门都已将此问题列入了重大的环境治理项目。
发明内容
本发明的内容通过海洋提取物和生命精华素及有益微生物等活性物,精密配制来实现的,内含有多种氨基酸、蛋白质、有机酸等,能有效的祛毒除臭净化空气,尤其是各种有害化合物和人体散发出来的各种有害气体。
一、毒素臭味的来源
1、凡含有羟基、醛基、羰基、羧基的有机物都发臭如:甲醛(CHCO)、苯酚(C6H5OH)、丙酮(CHCO)、铬酸(CHCUOH)等化合物。
2、还有恶臭原子团的化合物其分子结构中含有硫(S)、巯基(-SH)、硫氰基(-SCN)等原子团的化合物均能发出恶臭伤害身体。
3、人体和周围环境散发出的氨(NH3)、硫化氢(H2S)及烂洋葱味的乙基硫氰化物(CHSCN)及甲硫醇等臭味,对身体也极为有害。
二、毒素臭味的危害
目前凭人的嗅觉感知的恶臭物质有4000多种。按产生源可以分为生活源和工 业源。生活源是指日常生活中产生的恶臭,如家用卫生间、公厕、污水处理厂、垃圾转运站以及受污染的湖泊、水沟等地方会扩散出恶臭气体污染周边环境给家庭生活或周围居民带来很大的不便工业源是指工业生产中产生的恶臭,如养殖厂、涂料厂、制药厂、食品加工厂、化工厂等。
恶臭气体从其组成可分为五类。一是含硫化合物、二是含氮的化合物、三是卤素及其衍生物、四是烃类,五是含氧的有机物。这些恶臭物质,除硫化氢和氨大都为有机物。恶臭对人们的影响是多方面的。它不仅使大量的传播疾病的昆虫、细菌滋生繁衍,而且直接通过嗅觉系统,对呼吸系统、神经系统、循环系统、内分泌系统产生强烈的刺激作用。短时间的作用,使人产生厌恶感、恶心、呕吐等症状,长时间的刺激可导致内分泌失调、心血管疾病等严重的症状。氨、乙烯醇、硫化氢、甲烷、二甲胺等毒素恶臭,有的是强烈的神经毒素,对粘膜有强烈刺激作用,其毒素作用于中枢神经系统和呼吸系统,并伴有心脏等多器官的损害,对毒素作用最敏感的组织是脑和粘膜接触部位。人吸入70~150mg/m3/1~2h,会出现呼吸道及眼刺激症状,吸入300mg/m3/1h,6~8分钟出现眼急性刺激症状,吸入760mg/m3/15~60分钟,发生肺水肿、支气管炎及肺炎、头痛、头昏、步态不稳、恶心、呕吐。吸入1000mg/m3/数秒钟,很快出现急性中毒,呼吸加快后呼吸麻痹而死亡。上述的污染和毒素,严重地危害着人们的身体健康。
三、祛毒除臭的原理
微生物法祛毒除臭的原理是利用能够转化或者降解恶臭物质的特殊微生物的高效吸附吸收和降解作用对生活污水和生活垃圾等散发的含硫、含氮等恶臭气体进行净化,将硫化氢、硫醇和氨气等恶臭成分转化为无害无臭的物质,达到改善空气质量、保护人民身体健康的目的。恶臭物质的活性基团一旦氧化,气味就消失。不溶于水的臭气先附着在微生物体外,由微生物分泌的细胞外酶分解为可溶性物质,再渗入细胞,臭气进入细胞后,在体内作为营养物质为微生物所分解、利用、使臭气得以去除。微生物除臭是多种微生物共同作用的结果,多种微生物共同作用更有利于吸收、分解SO2、H2S、CH4等具恶臭味的有害气体。同时,这些微生物又可以产生无机酸,形成不利于腐败微生物生活的酸性环境,并从根本上降解分解时产生恶臭气体的物质。
四、主要原料
1)、复合酵素(中国把“酵素”称呼为“酶”,日本把“酶’称呼为“酵素”),所以,充分利用上述元素对酶的激活作用。
酵素就是“酶”、是新陈代谢的催化剂,它蕴含多种复合酶,本品富含蛋白酶、淀粉酶、果胶酶、纤维素酶、木聚糖酶、β-葡聚糖酶等、真菌α-淀粉酶、纤维素酶、脂肪酶等,其特点是:分解有害的毒素、臭蛋白等,祛除神经毒 素和恶臭。
复合酶是非常优良的抗菌剂,能彻底杀死细菌,长期使用,可明显减轻畜禽粪便臭味和畜舍氨气,能有效的分解化学污染物,改善养殖环境。
2)、EM菌原液
EM菌群是由乳酸菌类、酵母菌类、光合细菌类、发酵用的丝状菌类、革兰氏阳性放线菌类等5种10属80余种微生物组成的,具有净化环境、除臭的功效。
EM菌群中既有分解性细菌,又有合成性细菌,即有好氧菌,又有厌氧菌和兼性菌。作为多种细菌共存的一种生物体,激活后的EM能迅速生长繁殖,快速分解有机物,同时依靠相互间共生增殖及协同作用,代谢出抗氧化物质,形成稳定而复杂的生态系统,抑制有害微生物的生长繁殖,抑制含硫、氮等恶臭物质产生的臭味,和一般生物制剂相比,它具有结构复杂、性能稳定、功能齐全的优势,表现出前所未有的高科技水平。迄今为止,EM已狂风般席卷日本、美国、巴西、法国、台湾等90多个国家和地区。可促进有机污染物分解,消除环境恶臭,抑制有害病原菌。
3)、黄腐酸(BFA)
黄腐酸通过专用菌种生物发酵和化学处理后,含有小分子的芳香羧酸化合物,其主要成份含黄腐酸(即富里酸)、氨基酸、微量元素等,同时还含有核酸、水杨酸、糖类、吲哚酸类、胶原蛋白等生化活性物质和植物内源激素,具有较高的阳离子交换能力、螯合能力、缓冲能力、吸附能力和催化作用,并可直接参与氧化还原,提高多种酶的活性,生化黄腐酸的五大特点:一是生化黄腐酸分子量小,渗透能力强,容易被生物吸收利用;二是水溶性好,抗硬水能力强,不絮凝,不沉淀,使用方便;三是活性基团团含量高,生理活性大,对金属离子络合、螯合能力强;四是饱和溶解度大,与微量元素有良好的相溶性;五是不含重金属与其它有害物质。

α-羟基酸(甘醇酸AHA)分子式C2H4O3分子量76.05,α-羟基酸类化合物是多种酶催化物。
7)、激活剂
在本发明的活化剂是:Zn、Mg、Mn、Fe++元素。酵素的主要成分是复合酶,酶的种类很多,大约有5000多种,其中可以通过补充的酵素达2000多种。其中:Zn元素是200多种酶的活化剂,Mg元素是数百种重要酶的活化剂,因而镁元素与 碳水化合物的转化和降解以及氮代谢有关,镁元素还是核糖核酸聚合酶的活化剂,DNA和RNA的合成以及蛋白质合成中氨基酸的活化过程都需镁元素的参加,Fe++元素参与组成过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶和细胞色素氧化酶等,Mn元素是多种酶的活化剂,补充锰可以辅助超级氧化歧化酶系统,提高抗氧化剂活动。所以,本发明采用的Zn、Mg、Mn、Fe++元素,作为复合酶的活化剂,充分的发挥了活性物的作用;(中国把“酵素”称呼为“酶”,日本把“酶’称呼为“酵素”)。以上,Zn、Mg、Mn、Fe++元素,是有机盐也可是无机盐。
8)、海藻多糖
对含有的Zn Mg Mn Fe++等元素有络合作用,能充分的、有效的发挥这些元素的作用;海藻多糖也起到了抗病毒、抗肿瘤、抗突变、抗辐射和增强免疫力等作用和对营养素的保护作用。
9)、负离子水
本发明的配方如下:

(一)、称量
称取15份复合酵素备用
称取30份EM菌备用
称取8份黄腐酸(BFA)备用
称取5份乳酸菌备用
称取5份孤草芽泡杆菌备用
称取2份海藻多糖备用
称取α-羟基酸5份备用
称取5份激活剂备用其中:
镁元素2份、锌元素0.5份
锰元素0.5份、亚铁元素2份
其余由负离子水补齐到100份
(二)、混合搅拌
把上述原料依次按比例放入不锈钢反应釜中混合搅拌配制,其特征是:在30-35℃、转速30-50转/min,常压下操作搅拌均匀、静止沉放72小时、过滤、去除沉淀物,滤液包装即为本产品。
Claims (6)
1.“一种祛毒除臭复合酶生物制剂”其特征在于该“一种祛毒除臭复合酶生物制剂”是由以下物质的重量百分组成,即:复合酵素、黄腐酸(BFA)、EM益生菌、乳酸菌、孤草芽泡杆菌、海藻多糖、α-羟基酸、激活剂(由镁元素、锌元素、锰元素、亚铁元素组成),负离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所的述“一种祛毒除臭复合酶生物制剂”组合物中各原料的重量百分的比优选量是:黄腐酸(BFA)5-10%、EM益生菌10-50%、乳酸菌3-10%、孤草芽泡杆菌3-5%、复合酵素10-15%、海藻多糖1-3%、α-羟基酸3-5%、激活剂3-5%、余量:负离子水加至100%。
3.根据权利要求1、2所述的一种用于“一种祛毒除臭复合酶生物制剂”的实施量是:

4.根据权利要求1、2、3所述一种用于“一种祛毒除臭复合酶生物制剂”中5%的“激活剂”中镁元素为2%、锌元素为0.5%、锰元素为0.5%,亚铁元素为2%。
5.根据权利要求1、2、3、4所述一种用于“一种祛毒除臭复合酶生物制剂”的镁元素锌元素、锰元素、亚铁元素选自螯合有机盐或无机盐。
6.根据如权利要求1所述将上述复合酵素、黄腐酸(BFA)、EM益生菌、乳酸菌、孤草芽泡杆菌、海藻多糖、α-羟基酸、激活剂、负离子水,按比例依次放入不锈钢反应釜中混合搅拌配制,其特征是:在30-35℃、转速30-50转/min,常压下操作搅拌均匀,静止沉放72小时、过滤、去除沉淀物,滤液包装即为本产品。
