Description

Composite emulsifier and skin-moistening facial cleanser containing same
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of daily skin care products, and particularly relates to a composite emulsifier and a skin-moistening face-cleaning lotion containing the same.
Background
With the rapid development of the economy of China and the improvement of the living standard of people, the skin care consciousness is gradually enhanced. The face cleanser has been developed from an initial simple cleansing function to a multifunctional direction of cleansing, skin care, whitening, acne removal and the like. But also increasingly used as one of the skin cleaning products essential to the life of modern people.
The face cleansing cream is mainly divided into three categories, namely foam type, solvent type and foamless type. Among them, the foam type facial cleanser is most popular with consumers; the cleaning agent contains the surfactant, can generate foam, is soft and comfortable to touch in use, is strong in cleaning capacity, enables oil and fat dirt to stably exist in water through the surfactant, and is dissolved in water to achieve a cleaning effect. The solvent type face cleansing cream mainly uses an oily solvent, removes oily dirt by means of the dissolving capacity of oil and oil, and mainly aims at the oily dirt. The non-foaming face cleanser combines the characteristics of the two types, not only uses a proper amount of oil but also contains partial surfactant, but also has little or no foam due to the need of emulsified oil, and has good moisturizing property and insufficient cleaning capability after use.
Because the cleansing cream has obvious advantages, manufacturers pay more attention to the research and development of the foam type cleansing cream, and try to overcome the defects of excessive cleansing, large irritation, dry skin after use and the like. Currently, the mainstream foam facial cleanser has the following modes for improving the dryness of the skin after washing:
the soap-based facial cleanser system has the advantages that the pure soap-based facial cleanser system is neutralized by animal vegetable oil and alkali to form soap, the foaming is rapid, the foam is richest and gentler, the pH value is high, the alkalinity is strong, the skin is stimulated, the sebum eluting capacity is strong, and the skin is tight and dry. Manufacturers mostly compound water-soluble fat-endowing agents, humectants or cationic conditioners to improve the skin moistening degree, but the effect is not obvious in a soap-based system.
The other is a pure surfactant system, and the degreasing force in the foam is adjustable. Manufacturers mainly use various surfactants to compound surfactants with low mild degreasing force (such as amino acid surfactants and the like) as foaming cleaning components, have low skin irritation, and compound water-soluble fat-endowing components; although the effect is slightly better, the water-soluble skin moisturizing and lipid-forming component has the defect that the water-soluble skin moisturizing and lipid-forming component is easy to wash away in washing, and the skin moisturizing effect is limited after actual use.
And the soap surface compound system has foam performance close to that of a soap base system and skin feel of a surfactant system, and the pH value, the degreasing capability and the skin dryness after use are between the two.
Fourthly, the face cleanser contains oil and has a special stable system. The cleanser is foamed and stabilized by using a large amount of a specific surfactant, so that a high oil content can be contained and a high foam amount can be maintained. The skin is moist after washing, and the comfort level is high. Secondly, a special thickening stabilizer is used for stabilizing grease, and then the grease is forcibly foamed by a surfactant with high content and high foaming amount (the surfactant is converted into at least 15 percent of active matter), so that the corresponding foaming amount is achieved. However, in the first case, the oil content is limited, generally only hydrogenated vegetable oil or non-polar oil can be used, polar oil cannot be used, and meanwhile, the cost is difficult to control due to the addition of a large amount of special surfactants, and a severe and complicated production process is also used, so that the production cost is high, and the product sale is influenced; in the second case, only hydrogenated vegetable oils are generally used to reduce the antifoaming properties, while the addition of large amounts of high foaming surfactants leads to a significant increase in formulation costs, while large amounts of surfactants further lead to increased cleansing power, increased skin irritation, and increased degreasing capacity, thus counteracting some of the emollient effects of the oils.
Disclosure of Invention
In one aspect, the invention provides a compound emulsifier for solving the defects in the prior art.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a composite emulsifier comprises PEG40 stearate and PEG60 hydrogenated castor oil.
As a further improvement to the technical scheme, the weight ratio of the PEG40 stearate to the PEG60 hydrogenated castor oil is 1: 2-10: 1.
PEG40 stearate and PEG60 hydrogenated castor oil are matched with each other, so that the grease can be stably solubilized and emulsified, an emulsified body is in a special stable state, and the foaming performance of the surfactant is slightly influenced by the composite emulsifier. Particularly, when the weight ratio of PEG40 stearate to PEG60 hydrogenated castor oil is within the above range, the stabilizing effect is better and the influence on the foaming property of the surfactant is less.
As a further improvement to the technical scheme, in the composite emulsifier, the weight ratio of PEG40 stearate to PEG60 hydrogenated castor oil is 3: 1. Compared with other weight ratios, the composite emulsifier obtained when the weight ratio of the PEG40 stearate to the PEG60 hydrogenated castor oil is 3:1 has better using effect.
On the other hand, the invention also provides a skin-moistening facial cleanser which comprises the compound emulsifier and the grease.
As a further improvement on the technical scheme, the weight percentage content of the composite emulsifier in the skin-moistening facial cleanser is 1-4%; the weight percentage content of the grease is 0.5-10%. When the dosage of the compound emulsifier and the grease is in the above range, the compound emulsifier has better stabilizing effect on the grease.
The grease can be various polar or nonpolar greases, including inorganic grease, animal and vegetable grease and the like; as a further improvement of the technical scheme, the grease is at least one selected from mineral oil, petrolatum, isopropyl palmitate, hydrogenated grape seed oil, supercritical extraction camellia oil, caprylic/capric triglyceride and C15-19 alkane.
As a further improvement to the technical scheme, the skin-moistening facial cleanser further comprises a thickening stabilizer; the weight percentage content of the thickening stabilizer is 0.5 percent to 5 percent. The thickening stabilizer is added for stabilizing an emulsified body generated after the compound emulsifier provided by the invention emulsifies grease, and can help the system to be stable through emulsification assisting and dispersion suspension, and when the weight percentage of the thickening stabilizer is 0.5-5%, the stabilizing effect is better.
The skin-moistening facial cleanser is realized by compounding one or more corresponding thickening stabilizers, and as a further improvement of the technical scheme, the thickening stabilizers are selected from at least one of xanthan gum, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, guar gum, hydroxyethyl cellulose, carrageenan, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and acrylic acid (ester) copolymers.
As a further improvement to the technical scheme, the skin-moistening facial cleanser further comprises a surfactant; the weight percentage of the surfactant is 5-20% (before the active matter is converted). Under the condition of using the compound emulsifier of the invention, the addition amount of the surfactant for foaming and cleaning can reach moderate foam amount under the condition of relatively low addition amount, the mass percentage content of the actual active matter after the conversion accounts for 5-10% of the total formula amount, and the actual active content of the common like products after the conversion is at least more than 15%. The reduction of the dosage of the surfactant is beneficial to the reduction of the formula cost, and simultaneously, the irritation of the surfactant to the skin can be reduced, the sebum elution capability is reduced, and the skin adsorption of grease is facilitated.
As a further improvement of the technical proposal, the surfactant is at least one selected from sodium laureth sulfate, cocamidopropyl betaine, sodium laureth sulfate, sodium C12-14 olefin sulfonate, sodium cocoyl glutamate, sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, C12-16 alkyl glucoside and potassium lauryl phosphate.
As a further improvement of the technical scheme, the skin-moistening facial cleanser further comprises at least one of a humectant, essence, an antioxidant, a preservative and deionized water. The specific raw materials of these components are not necessarily limited to the present invention, and do not have a major influence on the effects of the present invention, so that only a part of the raw materials is selected, and the following raw materials having the corresponding effects can be selected without being limited thereto. The skin care product can be added with the auxiliary materials and the auxiliary agents according to the needs of the product, and certainly, the auxiliary materials and the auxiliary agents are not limited to the above materials, and other suitable auxiliary materials and auxiliary agents can be selected and added by a person skilled in the art according to the needs.
As a further improvement to the technical scheme, the humectant is selected from at least one of sorbitol, propylene glycol, glycerin, 1, 3-butanediol, PEG400, hydroxyethyl urea and the like;
the antioxidant is at least one selected from butylated hydroxyanisole and butylated hydroxytoluene.
The preservative is at least one selected from methylisothiazolinone, methylchloroisothiazolinone and DMDM hydantoin.
As a further improvement to the technical scheme, the skin-moistening facial cleanser comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 1-4% of compound emulsifier, 0.5-5% of thickening stabilizer, 0.5-8% of grease, 5-20% of surfactant (before conversion of active substances), 1-10% of humectant, 0.01-0.1% of antioxidant, 0.1-0.8% of essence, 0.1-0.5% of preservative and the balance of deionized water.
In order to achieve the goal of higher oil content in the foaming cleanser, the nonionic stabilizing emulsifier critical to the cleanser of the present invention is that a specific emulsifier combination, i.e., the complex emulsifier of the present invention, must be used. The compound emulsifier is added into the facial cleanser in a proper amount, so that the oil can be stably solubilized and emulsified, and an emulsified body is in a special stable state. The emulsifying product of the common emulsifier has great influence on the foaming performance of the surfactant, so that the product has no bubbles and less bubbles. The composite emulsifier provided by the invention has little influence on foam by an emulsified body generated after the compound emulsifier emulsifies the grease, and the grease is released and adsorbed on the skin after being cleaned, so that the moistening feeling is obvious.
The skin-moistening facial cleanser is simple and easy to produce. The preparation method of the skin-moistening facial cleanser comprises the following steps: adding deionized water, an emulsifier, grease, a surfactant and an antioxidant into an emulsifying pot, stirring at a low speed in a vacuum state (the vacuum degree is less than or equal to-0.02 MPa) at a stirring speed of 20-50 r/min, heating to 75-80 ℃, keeping the temperature for 20-50 min, adding a thickening stabilizer, cooling, adding essence and a preservative at 45 ℃, stopping stirring at 39 ℃, starting discharging, inspecting and filling after qualification, thus obtaining the skin-moistening facial cleanser.
In still another aspect, the invention also provides the application of the compound emulsifier in cosmetics.
The complex emulsifier of the present invention can be used in cosmetics as an emulsifier in, for example, a shampoo, a conditioner, an emollient, a lotion, or a cream.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the skin-moistening facial cleanser disclosed by the invention uses the specific compound emulsifier, so that the oil can be stably solubilized and emulsified, and an emulsified body is in a special stable state; meanwhile, an emulsified body generated after the compound emulsifier emulsifies the grease has small influence on foam, the grease is released and adsorbed on the skin after being cleaned, and the moistening feeling is obvious.
The skin-moistening facial cleanser does not need to be added with water-soluble oil easy to wash, and can also be added with no cationic skin conditioner. The use effect of the product is obviously improved by adding a proper amount of grease, the cost is low, the production is simple and convenient, the skin is not easy to tighten after the use, and the moistening feeling is good.
