The invention provides a preparation method of an environment-friendly antibacterial interior wall coating, which comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing crop starch, grinding and sieving with a 800-900-mesh sieve to obtain powder, baking and stirring the powder at the temperature of 70-80 ℃ for 20-30 min, and further grinding and sieving with a 1200-1400-mesh sieve;
(2) and sequentially adding the rest raw materials according to the proportion, uniformly mixing to obtain slurry components, conveying the slurry components into a high-speed dispersion kettle, continuously stirring and dispersing at the rotating speed of 500-800 r/min for 60-80 min, conveying the dispersed slurry components into a sand mill for wet sand milling and dispersion to obtain the environment-friendly antibacterial interior wall coating.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the coating has the advantages of good construction performance, high curing speed, good adhesive force, wear resistance, stain resistance, low volatility, environmental protection and no pollution, can effectively purify air and improve the indoor environment, and specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) according to the invention, the rosin resin and the acrylic emulsion are added into the raw materials, the rosin resin is natural resin, so that the drying property, hardness and water resistance of the coating are improved, the rosin resin and the acrylic emulsion are mixed, a synergistic effect is achieved, the bonding capacity of the rosin resin can be improved, and the coating has better water resistance and washability;
(2) according to the invention, the modified bamboo pulp fiber is added as one of the raw materials of the natural antibacterial agent, and the chitosan, sericin, hydrogen peroxide solution and sodium periodate solution are adopted to modify the bamboo pulp fiber, so that the surface of the wall body coated with the coating is free of bacteria, and the effects of sound absorption, heat preservation, water resistance and moisture resistance are improved;
(3) according to the invention, the natural antibacterial agent and the inorganic antibacterial agent are added into the raw materials and are used cooperatively, so that the problem of poor stability caused by the pure use of the natural antibacterial agent is solved, and the problem of high cost caused by the single use of the inorganic antibacterial agent is also avoided;
(4) according to the invention, the inorganic antibacterial agent is added into the raw materials, so that the antibacterial effect is achieved, and besides, the inorganic antibacterial agent can effectively adsorb and decompose free formaldehyde, benzene, ammonia, sulfide and other harmful substances in the air, so that the peculiar smell of the air is obviously reduced; in addition, the nanoscale material can be tightly embedded with the raw materials, and gaps among the raw materials are filled, so that the coating is wear-resistant, the surface layer is smooth and flat, and the toughening and reinforcing effects are achieved;
(5) the invention adds the shell powder into the raw materials, contains rich natural chitin adhesives and active substances, is completely nontoxic, has good adhesive property and water and corrosion resistance, strengthens the adhesive effect, and is used for improving the adhesive force and preventing the coating from falling off; the corn starch, the sweet potato starch and the potato starch are added into the raw materials, so that the surface tension of the coating can be reduced, the surface free energy infiltration is increased, meanwhile, the intermolecular acting force of the substances is expanded, and the coating can be excellently adhered and attached to a wall surface;
(6) the environment-friendly antibacterial interior wall coating can be directly coated or mixed with water according to a certain proportion for use, can be directly used on a blank wall, does not need to be puttied and used with emulsion paint, and therefore, dust flying caused by polishing can be avoided, the construction environment is not polluted, the construction is simple, and the construction time is saved;
(7) the invention has the advantages of safe and environment-friendly raw materials and good construction performance, and can absorb harmful substances such as formaldehyde, benzene and the like emitted from indoor floors, furniture and the like after being coated on the wall surface, thereby improving the indoor air quality.

The invention will be further illustrated with reference to the following specific examples. These examples are intended to illustrate the invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Example 1
An environment-friendly antibacterial interior wall coating comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 58 parts of rosin resin, 52 parts of acrylic emulsion, 35 parts of shell powder, 29 parts of natural antibacterial agent, 26 parts of inorganic antibacterial agent, 23 parts of crop starch, 20 parts of alkaloid, 18 parts of vegetable gum, 16 parts of pigment, 10 parts of auxiliary agent and 60 parts of water;
the natural antibacterial agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15 parts of modified bamboo pulp fiber, 10 parts of ginkgo leaf extract, 8 parts of pomegranate peel extract and 5 parts of coconut oil essence;
the inorganic antibacterial agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 13 parts of nano zinc oxide, 10 parts of nano titanium dioxide and 5 parts of nano silicon dioxide;
the auxiliary agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2 parts of film forming additive, 2 parts of antifreezing agent, 1 part of curing agent, 1 part of dispersing agent, 0.8 part of defoaming agent and 0.6 part of water-retaining agent.
Wherein,
the modified bamboo pulp fiber comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5 parts of bamboo pulp fiber, 1 part of chitosan, 1 part of sericin, 0.8 part of hydrogen peroxide solution and 0.6 part of sodium periodate solution.
The preparation method of the modified bamboo pulp fiber comprises the following steps: weighing bamboo pulp fibers, adding the bamboo pulp fibers into a sodium periodate solution, stirring for 10min at a rotating speed of 200r/min, adding an acid solution to adjust to be neutral, sequentially adding chitosan, sericin and a hydrogen peroxide solution, carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 1h, filtering to obtain filter residues, putting the filter residues into an oven, and drying to obtain the bamboo pulp fibers.
The crop starch comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10 parts of corn starch, 8 parts of sweet potato starch and 5 parts of potato starch.
The alkaloid is herba Ephedrae alkaloid, and the vegetable gum is Aloe vegetable gum.
The pigment is carbon black.

(2) and sequentially adding the rest raw materials according to the proportion, uniformly mixing to obtain slurry components, conveying the slurry components into a high-speed dispersion kettle, continuously stirring and dispersing for 60min at the rotating speed of 500r/min, conveying the dispersed slurry components into a sand mill for wet sand milling, and dispersing to obtain the environment-friendly antibacterial interior wall coating.
Example 2
An environment-friendly antibacterial interior wall coating comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60 parts of rosin resin, 55 parts of acrylic emulsion, 36 parts of shell powder, 31 parts of natural antibacterial agent, 28 parts of inorganic antibacterial agent, 25 parts of crop starch, 22 parts of alkaloid, 19 parts of vegetable gum, 18 parts of pigment, 13 parts of auxiliary agent and 63 parts of water;
the natural antibacterial agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 16 parts of modified bamboo pulp fiber, 12 parts of ginkgo leaf extract, 9 parts of pomegranate bark extract and 6 parts of coconut oil essence;
the inorganic antibacterial agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 16 parts of nano zinc oxide, 12 parts of nano titanium dioxide and 10 parts of nano silicon dioxide;
the auxiliary agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3 parts of film forming additive, 3 parts of antifreezing agent, 2 parts of curing agent, 2 parts of dispersing agent, 1.2 parts of defoaming agent and 0.8 part of water-retaining agent.

the modified bamboo pulp fiber comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 8 parts of bamboo pulp fiber, 2 parts of chitosan, 2 parts of sericin, 1.2 parts of hydrogen peroxide solution and 0.8 part of sodium periodate solution.
The preparation method of the modified bamboo pulp fiber comprises the following steps: weighing bamboo pulp fibers, adding the bamboo pulp fibers into a sodium periodate solution, stirring at the rotating speed of 300r/min for 20min, then adding an acid solution to adjust to be neutral, sequentially adding chitosan, sericin and a hydrogen peroxide solution, carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 2h, filtering to obtain filter residues, putting the filter residues into an oven, and drying to obtain the bamboo pulp fibers.
The crop starch comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 12 parts of corn starch, 9 parts of sweet potato starch and 6 parts of potato starch.
The alkaloid is herba Ephedrae alkaloid, and the vegetable gum is Aloe vegetable gum.
The pigment is iron oxide red.
The film-forming aid is alcohol ester twelve, the antifreezing agent is calcium carbonate, and the curing agent is phenol aldehyde amine.
The dispersing agent is a polycarboxylate dispersing agent, the defoaming agent is a silicone defoaming agent, and the water-retaining agent is high-viscosity methyl hydroxypropyl cellulose ether.
The embodiment provides a preparation method of an environment-friendly antibacterial interior wall coating, which comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing crop starch, grinding and sieving with a 900-mesh sieve to obtain powder, baking and stirring the powder at 80 ℃ for 30min, and further grinding and sieving with a 1400-mesh sieve;
(2) and sequentially adding the rest raw materials according to the proportion, uniformly mixing to obtain slurry components, conveying the slurry components into a high-speed dispersion kettle, continuously stirring and dispersing for 80min at the rotating speed of 800r/min, conveying the dispersed slurry components into a sand mill for wet sand milling, and dispersing to obtain the environment-friendly antibacterial interior wall coating.
Example 3
An environment-friendly antibacterial interior wall coating comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 59 parts of rosin resin, 53.5 parts of acrylic emulsion, 35.5 parts of shell powder, 30 parts of natural antibacterial agent, 27 parts of inorganic antibacterial agent, 24 parts of crop starch, 21 parts of alkaloid, 18.5 parts of vegetable gum, 17 parts of pigment, 11.5 parts of auxiliary agent and 61.5 parts of water;
the natural antibacterial agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15.5 parts of modified bamboo pulp fiber, 11 parts of ginkgo leaf extract, 8.5 parts of pomegranate bark extract and 5.5 parts of coconut oil essence;
the inorganic antibacterial agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 14.5 parts of nano zinc oxide, 11 parts of nano titanium dioxide and 7.5 parts of nano silicon dioxide;
the auxiliary agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2.5 parts of film forming additive, 2.5 parts of antifreeze, 1.5 parts of curing agent, 1.5 parts of dispersant, 1 part of defoamer and 0.7 part of water-retaining agent.

The crop starch comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 11 parts of corn starch, 8.5 parts of sweet potato starch and 5.5 parts of potato starch.
The alkaloid is herba Ephedrae alkaloid, and the vegetable gum is Aloe vegetable gum.
The pigment is titanium dioxide.
The film-forming aid is alcohol ester twelve, the antifreezing agent is calcium chloride, and the curing agent is phenol aldehyde amine.
The dispersing agent is an ammonium polycarboxylate dispersing agent, the defoaming agent is a mineral oil defoaming agent, and the water-retaining agent is high-viscosity methyl hydroxypropyl cellulose ether.
The embodiment provides a preparation method of an environment-friendly antibacterial interior wall coating, which comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing crop starch, crushing, grinding and sieving with a 850-mesh sieve to obtain powder, baking and stirring the powder at the temperature of 75 ℃ for 25min, and then further crushing, grinding and sieving with a 1300-mesh sieve;
(2) and sequentially adding the rest raw materials according to the proportion, uniformly mixing to obtain slurry components, conveying the slurry components into a high-speed dispersion kettle, continuously stirring and dispersing for 70min at the rotating speed of 650/min, conveying the dispersed slurry components into a sand mill for wet sand milling, and dispersing to obtain the environment-friendly antibacterial interior wall coating.

Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. The environment-friendly antibacterial interior wall coating is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 58-60 parts of rosin resin, 52-55 parts of acrylic emulsion, 35-36 parts of shell powder, 29-31 parts of natural antibacterial agent, 26-28 parts of inorganic antibacterial agent, 23-25 parts of crop starch, 20-22 parts of alkaloid, 18-19 parts of vegetable gum, 16-18 parts of pigment, 10-13 parts of auxiliary agent and 60-63 parts of water;
the natural antibacterial agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15-16 parts of modified bamboo pulp fiber, 10-12 parts of ginkgo leaf extract, 8-9 parts of pomegranate bark extract and 5-6 parts of coconut oil essence;
the inorganic antibacterial agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 13-16 parts of nano zinc oxide, 10-12 parts of nano titanium dioxide and 5-10 parts of nano silicon dioxide;
the auxiliary agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2-3 parts of a film forming additive, 2-3 parts of an antifreezing agent, 1-2 parts of a curing agent, 1-2 parts of a dispersing agent, 0.8-1.2 parts of a defoaming agent and 0.6-0.8 part of a water-retaining agent.

The environment-friendly antibacterial interior wall coating according to claim 1, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 59 parts of rosin resin, 53.5 parts of acrylic emulsion, 35.5 parts of shell powder, 30 parts of natural antibacterial agent, 27 parts of inorganic antibacterial agent, 24 parts of crop starch, 21 parts of alkaloid, 18.5 parts of vegetable gum, 17 parts of pigment, 11.5 parts of auxiliary agent and 61.5 parts of water;
the natural antibacterial agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15.5 parts of modified bamboo pulp fiber, 11 parts of ginkgo leaf extract, 8.5 parts of pomegranate bark extract and 5.5 parts of coconut oil essence;
the inorganic antibacterial agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 14.5 parts of nano zinc oxide, 11 parts of nano titanium dioxide and 7.5 parts of nano silicon dioxide;
the auxiliary agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2.5 parts of film forming additive, 2.5 parts of antifreeze, 1.5 parts of curing agent, 1.5 parts of dispersant, 1 part of defoamer and 0.7 part of water-retaining agent.

The environment-friendly antibacterial interior wall coating material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the modified bamboo pulp fiber comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-8 parts of bamboo pulp fiber, 1-2 parts of chitosan, 1-2 parts of sericin, 0.8-1.2 parts of hydrogen peroxide solution and 0.6-0.8 part of sodium periodate solution.

The environment-friendly antibacterial interior wall coating according to claim 3, wherein the preparation method of the modified bamboo pulp fiber comprises the following steps: weighing bamboo pulp fibers, adding the bamboo pulp fibers into a sodium periodate solution, stirring at a rotating speed of 200-300 r/min for 10-20 min, adding an acid solution, adjusting to be neutral, sequentially adding chitosan, sericin and a hydrogen peroxide solution, carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 1-2 h, filtering to obtain filter residues, putting the filter residues into an oven, and drying to obtain the bamboo pulp fibers.
5. The environment-friendly antibacterial interior wall coating according to claim 1, wherein the crop starch comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-12 parts of corn starch, 8-9 parts of sweet potato starch and 5-6 parts of potato starch.
6. The environmentally friendly antibacterial interior wall coating of claim 1, wherein the alkaloid is ephedra alkaloid, and the vegetable gum is aloe vera vegetable gum.
7. The environment-friendly antibacterial interior wall coating according to claim 1, wherein the pigment is one or more of carbon black, iron oxide red and titanium dioxide.
8. The environment-friendly antibacterial interior wall coating according to claim 1, wherein the film forming aid is alcohol ester dodeca, the anti-freezing agent is calcium chloride or calcium carbonate, and the curing agent is phenol aldehyde amine.

The environmentally friendly antibacterial interior wall coating material according to claim 1, wherein the dispersant is an ammonium polycarboxylate dispersant, the defoamer is a mineral oil type or silicone type defoamer, and the water retention agent is high viscosity methyl hydroxypropyl cellulose ether.
10. The preparation method of the environment-friendly antibacterial interior wall coating according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) weighing crop starch, grinding and sieving with a 800-900-mesh sieve to obtain powder, baking and stirring the powder at the temperature of 70-80 ℃ for 20-30 min, and further grinding and sieving with a 1200-1400-mesh sieve;
(2) and sequentially adding the rest raw materials according to the proportion, uniformly mixing to obtain slurry components, conveying the slurry components into a high-speed dispersion kettle, continuously stirring and dispersing at the rotating speed of 500-800 r/min for 60-80 min, conveying the dispersed slurry components into a sand mill for wet sand milling and dispersion to obtain the environment-friendly antibacterial interior wall coating.
