Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present invention, not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Fig. 1 schematically illustrates a structural diagram of a cabinet according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the cabinet 101 includes a cabinet body 102 and a support structure 103 disposed in the cabinet body. At least one server 104 is disposed within the cabinet. Wherein the support structure is provided with a first wiring mechanism 105 and a second wiring mechanism 106, wherein the first wiring mechanism 105 is located on a first plane and the second wiring mechanism 106 is located on a second plane. The weak cable 107 of any one of the at least one server is connected to a weak work module through the first wiring mechanism 105; the strong electric cable 108 of any one of the at least one server bypasses the first wiring mechanism 105 and is connected to the strong electric module 109 through the second wiring mechanism 106.
Because the cabinet in the embodiment of the invention is provided with the first wiring mechanism and the second wiring mechanism, the first wiring mechanism is responsible for wiring the weak electric cable, and the second wiring mechanism is responsible for wiring the strong electric cable, so that the weak electric cable and the strong electric cable can be separated, the strong electric cable and the weak electric cable are prevented from interfering with each other, the problems of cross winding and disorder caused by wiring the internal cable from the response module end into the cabinet in the prior art are effectively avoided, and the internal cable of the cabinet is neat and attractive, and is simple and convenient to wire.
The cabinet designed in the embodiment of the invention can be suitable for various scenes, and is particularly suitable for cabinets with more internal cables, such as server cabinets, network cabinets, console cabinets and the like.
In the embodiment of the invention, the weak current working module refers to a working module adopting 24V or below power supply, such as equipment connected through a wired network, a wireless network, a monitoring line, a video line, an audio line and the like. The weak current work module may be located below the support structure 103, inside the cabinet body of the cabinet; the strong electric power module refers to a device having an operating voltage of 220V or more, such as a power distribution unit (Power Distribution Unit, PDU) device, with respect to the weak electric power module. The strong electric power module 109 may be mounted on the support structure 103 above the second wiring mechanism 106 in such a manner that the first wiring mechanism is close to the weak electric power module, and the second wiring mechanism is close to the strong electric power module, so as to facilitate the access of the weak electric cable and the strong electric cable.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the side of the support structure 103 near the server may be sequentially provided with the first wiring mechanism 105, the second wiring mechanism 106, and the power-on electrical module 109 according to a preset direction, where the preset direction refers to a direction from the cabinet body to the support structure.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the weak cable 107 of the server refers to a cable for transmitting weak electricity, including but not limited to a network cable, an optical fiber, and a control cable; the strong cable 108 of the server refers to a cable for transmitting strong electricity, including but not limited to a power cable. Furthermore, the specification of the weak electric cable is not limited in the embodiment of the invention, and a possible implementation mode is adopted to prefabricate the weak electric cables with various different length specifications, so that the quality problem during field installation is avoided, and the labor waste is caused.
The supporting structure 103, the first wiring mechanism 105, and the second wiring mechanism 106 in the embodiment of the present invention will be specifically described below, respectively.
(1) Supporting structure
The support structure 103 is located above the cabinet body of the cabinet, and the support structure 103 may have various structural manners, and one possible implementation manner is that the support structure 103 is a support plate for connecting two opposite side plates of the cabinet body, where the two side plates are in a shape such as isosceles trapezium in a side view direction. The connection between the support structure and the two side plates may be: the supporting structure is perpendicular to the two side plates and is contacted with the midpoints of the upper side and the lower side of the isosceles trapezoid. Further, the bottoms of the two side plates can be respectively provided with a baffle plate. The baffle can be of an L-shaped bending structure, and a wire passing hole is formed in the L-shaped bending structure, so that a weak current cable of the server or a strong current cable of the server can pass through conveniently.
(2) First wiring mechanism
The first wiring mechanism 105 may be a slot structure. Fig. 2 schematically illustrates a first wiring mechanism according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the first wiring mechanism includes a tank 201, and the tank 201 includes two side plates 2011 and a bottom plate 2012.
A plurality of first via holes 203 are provided in the side plate 2011 of the tank 201. The first via 203 may be circular, rectangular, or other shapes, and is not particularly limited. The embodiment of the invention also does not limit the specific position of the first wire through hole on the first wiring mechanism, and one possible implementation manner is that the position of the first wire through hole is arranged at the position corresponding to the position of the server, so that the weak electric cable of the server can enter the first wiring mechanism at the shortest distance, thereby shortening the cable length and saving the cost.
Further, the first routing mechanism may also include a slot cover 202. The slot cover 202 may be a separate component from the slot body 201, i.e., the slot cover 202 is not connected to the slot body 201, but is merely placed at the opening of the slot body 201 to perform a covering function. Alternatively, the slot cover 202 may be fixedly connected to one side plate of the slot body 201, and non-fixedly connected to the other side plate of the slot body, so that the slot cover 202 may be turned over with the fixedly connected position as an axis, so that an operator can conveniently open or close the slot cover, and the cable can be overhauled or replaced conveniently. In the embodiment of the present invention, there are various manners of non-fixed connection, for example, the slot cover 202 and the other side plate of the slot body are connected by the anti-drop bolt 204.
The first routing mechanism 105 may be disposed at a lower portion of the support structure 103. In embodiments of the present invention, the first wiring mechanism 105 and the support structure 103 may be two separate components, and the first wiring mechanism 105 may be mounted on the lower portion of the support structure 103 in various manners, for example, the first wiring mechanism may be fixed on the support structure by bolts.
Further, considering that the strong cable 108 of the server in the embodiment of the present invention bypasses the first wiring mechanism and is connected with the strong electric module 109, in order to facilitate the routing of the strong cable 108, a gap may be reserved between the first wiring mechanism 105 and the supporting structure 103, and the size of the gap is not specifically limited, so that the strong cable can be ensured to pass through.
When the first wiring mechanism is provided, the plane where the plurality of first wire through holes are located may be perpendicular to the bottom plate of the cabinet body, and the side plate having the plurality of first wire through holes is close to the server.
(3) Second wiring mechanism
In the embodiment of the present invention, the second wiring mechanism 106 is disposed on the upper portion of the supporting structure, specifically, the second wiring mechanism 106 and the supporting structure 103 may be two independent components, and the second wiring mechanism 106 is mounted on the upper portion of the supporting structure 103 in various manners, for example, two side plates in the second wiring mechanism are fixed on the supporting structure by bolts.
The second wiring mechanism 106 may be a plate structure (e.g., an L-shaped steel plate structure), or may be a groove structure. These two possible cases are each specifically described below.
Case one: the second wiring mechanism can be a plate structure
Fig. 3 is a schematic view of a second wiring mechanism in a plate structure, and as shown in fig. 3, the second wiring mechanism includes a first side plate 301 and a second side plate 302.
Further, the first side plate 301 may be provided with a plurality of second via holes 303. The second via 303 may be circular, rectangular, or other shapes, and is not particularly limited. The embodiment of the invention does not limit the specific position of the first wire through hole on the first wiring mechanism, and one possible implementation mode is that the second wire through hole is arranged at the position corresponding to the position of the jack of the strong electric working module, so that the strong electric cable of the server can be conveniently accessed into the corresponding strong electric working module at the shortest distance, thereby shortening the cable length and saving the cost.
Case one: the second wiring mechanism may be a slot structure
Fig. 4 is a schematic view of a second wiring mechanism in a groove structure, and as shown in fig. 4, the second wiring mechanism includes a first side plate 401, a second side plate 402, and a bottom plate 403.
Further, a plurality of second via holes 404 are provided on the first side plate 401 and the second side plate 402, and positions of the plurality of second via holes 404 provided on the first side plate 401 and the second side plate 402 are in one-to-one correspondence. The second via 404 may be circular, rectangular, or other shapes, and is not particularly limited. In the embodiment of the present invention, in the case where the second wiring mechanism 106 is a slot structure, the second wiring mechanism 106 may be opened toward the support structure 103 and disposed at an upper portion of the support structure 103.
When the second wiring mechanism is provided, the plane where the plurality of second wire passing holes are located can be parallel to the bottom plate of the cabinet body.
The structures inside the cabinet are required to be connected with each other through cables of the server (including the strong cable of the server and the weak cable of the server), based on this, the embodiment of the invention provides a front view of the cabinet (see fig. 5) and a left view of the cabinet (see fig. 6, i.e. a cross-sectional view of fig. 5 along the F-F axis direction in fig. 6), and fig. 5 and 6 specifically illustrate a wiring scheme of the strong cable of the server and a wiring scheme of the weak cable of the server in the invention.
As can be seen in fig. 1, 5 and 6, the weak cable 107 of the server is led out from the lower side of the server 104, enters the first wiring mechanism 105 from the first wire through hole (position a in fig. 1) corresponding to the position where the server is located, and then passes out of the first wiring mechanism 105 from the first wire through hole (position B in fig. 1) corresponding to the position where the weak current working module is located and is connected with the weak current working module; the strong cable 108 of the server is routed from under the server 104, routed around the outside of the first routing mechanism 105 (position C in fig. 1), and then connected to the corresponding jack on the strong electrical module (position E in fig. 1) through a second via (position D in fig. 1).
By adopting the mode, the weak electric cables of the server enter the first wiring mechanism through different first wire passing holes respectively, so that the phenomenon that the weak electric cables of the server are mutually crossed and wound is avoided; the strong electric cables of the server pass through the second wiring mechanism through different second wire passing holes respectively, so that the phenomenon that the strong electric cables of the server are mutually crossed and wound is avoided; in addition, as the weak cable of the server and the strong cable of the server are respectively routed by the first routing mechanism and the second routing mechanism, the weak cable and the strong cable can be separated, the mutual interference of the strong cable and the weak cable is prevented,
further, as shown in fig. 6, when the weak cable 107 and the strong cable 108 of the server are led out from the lower side of the server, in order to facilitate the wiring of the cables, the cabinet may further include a plurality of wire-separating frames 110, and fig. 7 schematically illustrates a structure of the wire-separating frames according to an embodiment of the present invention. The frame 110 may be disposed below the supporting structure, and the frame 110 may be a metal frame, which is not limited in particular. The wire separation frame and the cabinet body can be fixedly connected through bolts. In the embodiment of the invention, the two wire separation frames can be arranged corresponding to one server, and the width of the interval between the two wire separation frames can be smaller than or equal to the width of the corresponding server, and the method is not particularly limited.
As shown in fig. 6, by providing the wire-dividing frames 110, the weak cable 107 of the server is led out from the lower side of the server 104, can be led out along the interval between two adjacent wire-dividing frames 110 corresponding to the server, and is connected with the weak working module through the first wiring mechanism 105. After the strong cable 108 of the server is led out from the lower portion of the server 104, the strong cable may pass through the space between two adjacent wire separation frames 110 corresponding to the server, and be connected to the weak working module through the second wiring mechanism 106.
In the embodiment of the invention, the cable led out from the lower part of different servers can be isolated by adopting the cable isolating frame, so that the phenomenon that the cables of different servers are mutually crossed and wound is avoided.
The foregoing describes the routing scheme of the server cable (including the strong cable of the server and the weak cable of the server) in the embodiment of the present invention, because the cable led from the outside of the cabinet, for example, the weak cable of the cabinet and the strong cable of the cabinet, also need to be connected to the weak working module and the strong working module in the cabinet, respectively, and based on this, referring to fig. 8 (i.e. the cross-sectional view in the G-G axis direction in fig. 5), the routing scheme of the cable led from the outside of the cabinet in the embodiment of the present invention is specifically illustrated.
Fig. 8 schematically illustrates a structural schematic diagram of another cabinet according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the cabinet includes a cabinet body 102, a first slot 801 disposed at a junction between two adjacent side plates of the cabinet body, and a second slot 802 disposed at a junction between two other adjacent side plates of the cabinet body; wherein, the weak cable 803 of the cabinet is connected with the weak working module through the first wire inlet groove 801; the strong electric cable 804 of the cabinet is connected to the strong electric module through a second wire inlet slot 802.
Specifically, a wire arranging hook can be arranged on the side plate of the cabinet body and used for fixing the cable and playing a guiding role.
The first wire inlet groove 801 may have a bent shape, or may have a structure without a bent shape, which is not particularly limited. Likewise, the second wire inlet groove 802 may have a bent shape, or may have a structure without a bent shape, which is not particularly limited.
Fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of a wire inlet slot according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the wire inlet slot may be a first wire inlet slot or may be a second wire inlet slot. As shown in fig. 9, the wire feeding slot comprises a slot body 901 and wire tying hooks 902, wherein the wire tying hooks 902 are positioned on a side plate on one side of the slot body and used for fixing cables, and the number and specific distribution positions of the wire tying hooks in the invention can be set according to actual conditions.
It should be noted that in the embodiment of the present invention, the number, classification and specific distribution positions of the wire inlet grooves may have various manners, for example, one wire inlet groove is provided for the weak electric cable of the cabinet, and the wire inlet groove is located at the junction of the two side plates of the cabinet body; a wire inlet groove is arranged for the strong electric wires of the cabinet, and the wire inlet groove is positioned at the joint of the other two side plates of the cabinet body. For another example, two wire inlet grooves are arranged for the weak electric cables of the cabinet, and the two wire inlet grooves are positioned at two ends of a side plate of the cabinet body; two incoming grooves are arranged for the strong electric cables of the cabinet, and the two incoming grooves are positioned at two ends of the other side plate of the cabinet body.
