Abstract
本发明涉及一种抗菌皮革服装面料,包括从外到内依次复合设置的皮革层(1)、弹力底料层(2)、抗菌吸汗层(3)和抗起毛包覆层(4)。与现有技术相比,本发明利用弹力底料层覆盖在皮革层下方,当制成紧身服装时,其可以与皮革层一起复合提供所需弹性约束力,大大提高了面料的抗拉伸强度,不易撕裂开,此外,抗菌吸汗层与抗起毛包覆层还提高了面料的抗菌吸湿效果与内层防起毛起绒,提高了面料的贴身舒适度。

技术领域
本发明涉及服装面料领域,尤其是涉及一种抗菌皮革服装面料。
背景技术
面料就是用来制作服装的材料。作为服装三要素之一,面料不仅可以诠释服装的风格和特性,而且直接左右着服装的色彩、造型的表现效果。
皮革面料制成的皮裤等贴身服装收到了广大消费者的追捧。但是,现有的服装面料往往具有以下缺点:1、贴身效果仅是由外表的皮革层提供束缚弹力,这样,皮革极易由于过度疲劳产生损坏;2、内衬层吸汗抗菌效果不明显,当制成皮裤等贴身服装时,很容易滋生细菌;3、内衬容易起毛,到时贴身舒适度不佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种抗菌皮革服装面料。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种抗菌皮革服装面料,包括从外到内依次复合设置的皮革层、弹力底料层、抗菌吸汗层和抗起毛包覆层。
优选的,所述的弹力底料层由弹力纤维与涤纶纤维分别作为经纱和纬纱按照每根经纱过一根纬纱,再压一根纬纱的方式循环浮沉编织而成。
更优选的,所述弹力纤维由95%的精梳棉与5%氨纶混纺而成。
优选的,所述的抗菌吸汗层采用由竹纤维与棉纤维交叉编织组成的抗菌吸汗纱线分别作为抗菌吸汗经纱与抗菌吸汗纬纱相互垂直交织而成,每股抗菌纱线的竹纤维与棉纤维交叉编织后形成多个交叉点,相邻两个交叉点之间形成交叉腔,相邻两股抗菌吸汗纬纱分别穿过同一股抗菌吸汗经纱上相邻的两个交叉腔,每股抗菌吸汗经纱的竹纤维与棉纤维分别穿过同一股抗菌吸汗纬纱上相邻的两个交叉腔,且每股抗菌吸汗经纱上的竹纤维或棉纤维与其相邻股抗菌吸汗经纱上的棉纤维或竹纤维一同穿过同一股抗菌吸汗纬纱的同一个交叉腔。
优选的,所述的抗起毛包覆层采用抗起毛纤维编织而成,并形成密布微孔的网状结构。
优选的,所述的皮革层的外表面还部分覆盖有藤编结构层和编织布层热压复合的藤编复合层,其中,藤编结构层采用藤条编织而成。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
(1)利用弹力底料层覆盖在皮革层下方,当制成紧身服装时,其可以与皮革层一起复合提供所需弹性约束力,大大提高了面料的抗拉伸强度,不易撕裂开。同时弹力底料层采用弹力纤维与涤纶纤维按1:1的方式浮沉编织而成,层间纤维编织密度高,使得整个面料能具有更强的弹力。
(2)抗菌吸汗层采用竹纤维丝与棉纤维丝复合的经纱与纬纱而成,棉纤维丝具有良好的吸汗效果,而竹纤维丝则具有较好的抗菌能力,两者复合编织可满足皮革面料的抗菌吸汗要求。此外,为了保证抗菌吸汗层具有足够的强度,不易损坏,同时,保证整个皮革面料的内衬部分具有较好的柔软度,竹纤维丝与棉纤维丝采用交叉编织方式组成经纱与纬纱,并使经纱与纬纱的交叉腔再相互交叉,保证足够的结合强度,还具有一定的蓬松柔软度。
(3)面料的最内层采用抗起毛包覆层,相当于采用网状包裹压住其与皮革层之间的易起毛起球的涤纶纤维与棉纤维丝,避免毛球等刺激贴身的皮肤,影响穿着舒适度,另一方面,层间密布微孔,不影响水分透过并由抗菌吸汗层吸收。
(4)皮革层外表面的藤编复合层一方面起到加强筋,进而提高皮革层强度,另一方面其可以根据需要设计成装饰图案,使得面料更加美观与个性化。

一种抗菌皮革服装面料,其结构如图1所示,包括从外到内依次复合设置的皮革层1、弹力底料层2、抗菌吸汗层3和抗起毛包覆层4。
本实施例中,弹力底料层2由弹力纤维与涤纶纤维分别作为经纱和纬纱按照每根经纱过一根纬纱,再压一根纬纱的方式循环浮沉编织而成。弹力纤维由95%的精梳棉与5%氨纶混纺而成。
如图2所示,本实施例中,所述的抗菌吸汗层3采用由竹纤维33与棉纤维34交叉编织组成的抗菌吸汗纱线分别作为抗菌吸汗经纱32与抗菌吸汗纬纱31相互垂直交织而成,每股抗菌纱线的竹纤维33与棉纤维34交叉编织后形成多个交叉点,相邻两个交叉点之间形成交叉腔,相邻两股抗菌吸汗纬纱31分别穿过同一股抗菌吸汗经纱32上相邻的两个交叉腔,每股抗菌吸汗经纱32的竹纤维33与棉纤维34分别穿过同一股抗菌吸汗纬纱31上相邻的两个交叉腔,且每股抗菌吸汗经纱32上的竹纤维33或棉纤维34与其相邻股抗菌吸汗经纱32上的棉纤维34或竹纤维33一同穿过同一股抗菌吸汗纬纱31的同一个交叉腔。
本实施例中,抗起毛包覆层4采用抗起毛纤维编织而成,并形成密布微孔41的网状结构。
实施例2
在实施例1的基础上,本实施例中进一步在皮革层1的外表面还部分覆盖有藤编结构层51和编织布层52热压复合的藤编复合层5,其中,藤编结构层51采用藤条编织而成,如图3和图4所示。
上述的对实施例的描述是为便于该技术领域的普通技术人员能理解和使用发明。熟悉本领域技术的人员显然可以容易地对这些实施例做出各种修改,并把在此说明的一般原理应用到其他实施例中而不必经过创造性的劳动。因此,本发明不限于上述实施例,本领域技术人员根据本发明的揭示,不脱离本发明范畴所做出的改进和修改都应该在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (6)
1.一种抗菌皮革服装面料,其特征在于,包括从外到内依次复合设置的皮革层(1)、弹力底料层(2)、抗菌吸汗层(3)和抗起毛包覆层(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌皮革服装面料,其特征在于,所述的弹力底料层(2)由弹力纤维与涤纶纤维分别作为经纱和纬纱按照每根经纱过一根纬纱,再压一根纬纱的方式循环浮沉编织而成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗菌皮革服装面料,其特征在于,所述弹力纤维由95%的精梳棉与5%氨纶混纺而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌皮革服装面料,其特征在于,所述的抗菌吸汗层(3)采用由竹纤维(33)与棉纤维(34)交叉编织组成的抗菌吸汗纱线分别作为抗菌吸汗经纱(32)与抗菌吸汗纬纱(31)相互垂直交织而成,每股抗菌纱线的竹纤维(33)与棉纤维(34)交叉编织后形成多个交叉点,相邻两个交叉点之间形成交叉腔,相邻两股抗菌吸汗纬纱(31)分别穿过同一股抗菌吸汗经纱(32)上相邻的两个交叉腔,每股抗菌吸汗经纱(32)的竹纤维(33)与棉纤维(34)分别穿过同一股抗菌吸汗纬纱(31)上相邻的两个交叉腔,且每股抗菌吸汗经纱(32)上的竹纤维(33)或棉纤维(34)与其相邻股抗菌吸汗经纱(32)上的棉纤维(34)或竹纤维(33)一同穿过同一股抗菌吸汗纬纱(31)的同一个交叉腔。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌皮革服装面料,其特征在于,所述的抗起毛包覆层(4)采用抗起毛纤维编织而成,并形成密布微孔(41)的网状结构。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌皮革服装面料,其特征在于,所述的皮革层(1)的外表面还部分覆盖有藤编结构层(51)和编织布层(52)热压复合的藤编复合层(5),其中,藤编结构层(51)采用藤条编织而成。
