本发明公开了一种防蚀绝缘环保涂料,按照重量份由以下成分组成:丙烯酸树脂35‑55份、二氧化钛10‑15份、乙二酸聚酯15‑25份、蓖麻油15‑20份、云母粉7‑10份、氮化硼5‑8份、硅灰石粉8‑18份、苯基氧化膦3‑7份、环氧树脂12‑26份和玻璃微球3‑10份。本发明制作简单,原料生产成本低,涂料具备绝缘和耐腐蚀的功能,涂料的成膜性、防腐效果好,且涂料表面光滑度极大提高,能长期的保持表面清洁。

技术领域
本发明涉及化工领域,特别是一种防蚀绝缘环保涂料。
背景技术
中国涂料行业在高速成长的房地产、汽车、船舶、等下游行业的推动下,以高于GDP5%-10%的速度增长,成为世界涂料生产和消费第二大国,总体上2008年我国涂料行业整体经济运行质量有较大提高,市场不断向大企业,品牌企业集中,行业盈利能力和抗风险能力增强,整体上呈现良性发展态势。
环保涂料是一种能牢固覆盖在物体表面,起保护、装饰、标志和其他特殊用途的化学混合物涂料。油漆因其防腐防潮的保护功能和装饰美化功能,而广受装修者的青睐,但现有油漆大多添加苯等有机溶剂,对人体危害较大,也会对环境造成一定的影响,抗氧化力不强,防火阻燃性能差,耐磨耐油能力差,随着人们对环保的意识越来越强,这就需要一种性能可靠,对人体和环境无污染的环保油漆。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防蚀绝缘环保涂料,解决上述技术缺陷。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种防蚀绝缘环保涂料,按照重量份由以下成分组成:丙烯酸树脂35-55份、二氧化钛10-15份、乙二酸聚酯15-25份、蓖麻油15-20份、云母粉7-10份、氮化硼5-8份、硅灰石粉8-18份、苯基氧化膦3-7份、环氧树脂12-26份和玻璃微球3-10份。
进一步的,所述一种防蚀绝缘环保涂料,按照重量份由以下成分组成:丙烯酸树脂45-55份、二氧化钛13-15份、乙二酸聚酯20-25份、蓖麻油18-20份、云母粉8-10份、氮化硼6-8份、硅灰石粉12-18份、苯基氧化膦5-7份、环氧树脂22-26份和玻璃微球8-10份。
进一步的,所述一种防蚀绝缘环保涂料,按照重量份由以下成分组成:丙烯酸树脂45份、二氧化钛13份、乙二酸聚酯20份、蓖麻油18份、云母粉8份、氮化硼6份、硅灰石粉12份、苯基氧化膦5份、环氧树脂22份和玻璃微球8份。

一种防蚀绝缘环保涂料,按照重量份由以下成分组成:丙烯酸树脂55份、二氧化钛15份、乙二酸聚酯25份、蓖麻油20份、云母粉10份、氮化硼8份、硅灰石粉18份、苯基氧化膦7份、环氧树脂26份和玻璃微球10份。
实施例3
一种防蚀绝缘环保涂料,按照重量份由以下成分组成:丙烯酸树脂45份、二氧化钛13份、乙二酸聚酯20份、蓖麻油18份、云母粉8份、氮化硼6份、硅灰石粉12份、苯基氧化膦5份、环氧树脂22份和玻璃微球8份。
本发明制作简单,原料生产成本低,涂料具备绝缘和耐腐蚀的功能,涂料的成膜性、防腐效果好,且涂料表面光滑度极大提高,能长期的保持表面清洁。

2.根据权利要求1所述一种防蚀绝缘环保涂料,其特征在于,按照重量份由以下成分组成:丙烯酸树脂45-55份、二氧化钛13-15份、乙二酸聚酯20-25份、蓖麻油18-20份、云母粉8-10份、氮化硼6-8份、硅灰石粉12-18份、苯基氧化膦5-7份、环氧树脂22-26份和玻璃微球8-10份。
