本发明公开了一种熔模铸造用高强度合金配方,包括铁、钴化钨、钴、磷、镍、钼、镁、钛、铬、钒。本发明能使成品强度好,提高成品良品率。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种熔模铸造用高强度合金配方,属于熔模铸造技术领域。
背景技术
熔模铸造最大的优点就是由于熔模铸件有着很高的尺寸精度和表面光洁度,所以可减少机械加工工作,只是在零件上要求较高的部位留少许加工余量即可,甚至某些铸件只留打磨、抛光余量,不必机械加工即可使用。由此可见,采用熔模铸造方法可大量节省机床设备和加工工时,大幅度节约金属原材料。
熔模铸造方法的另一优点是,它可以铸造各种合金的复杂的铸件,特别可以铸造高温合金铸件。如喷气式发动机的叶片,其流线型外廓与冷却用内腔,用机械加工工艺几乎无法形成。用熔模铸造工艺生产不仅可以做到批量生产,保证了铸件的一致性,而且避免了机械加工后残留刀纹的应力集中。
所以熔模铸造铸造高强度合金件是有非常大的优势的。
发明内容
为克服上述不足,本发明目的提供一种熔模铸造用高强度合金配方。
本发明的方案如下:一种熔模铸造用高强度合金配方,按照重量份数由以下原料组成:铁80~150份、钴化钨3~5份、钴4~7份、磷0.8~1.5份、镍0.2~0.5份、钼0.1~0.2份、镁0.5~1份、钛0.05~0.1份、铬0.3~0.8份、钒0.2~0.6份。
进一步,按照重量份数由以下原料组成:铁90份、钴化钨3.2份、钴4.2份、磷0.9份、镍0.3份、钼0.15份、镁0.6份、钛0.07份、铬0.4份、钒0.3份。
进一步,按照重量份数由以下原料组成:铁120份、钴化钨4份、钴5.5份、磷1.2份、镍0.4份、钼0.18份、镁0.7份、钛0.08份、铬0.5份、钒0.4份。
进一步,按照重量份数由以下原料组成:铁135份、钴化钨4.2份、钴6.7份、磷1.3份、镍0.35份、钼0.16份、镁0.8份、钛0.06份、铬0.6份、钒0.5份。
本发明的有益效果:本发明能使成品强度好,提高成品良品率。

实施例1
一种熔模铸造用高强度合金配方,按照重量份数由以下原料组成:铁90份、钴化钨3.2份、钴4.2份、磷0.9份、镍0.3份、钼0.15份、镁0.6份、钛0.07份、铬0.4份、钒0.3份。
实施例2
一种熔模铸造用高强度合金配方,按照重量份数由以下原料组成:铁120份、钴化钨4份、钴5.5份、磷1.2份、镍0.4份、钼0.18份、镁0.7份、钛0.08份、铬0.5份、钒0.4份。
实施例3
一种熔模铸造用高强度合金配方,按照重量份数由以下原料组成:铁135份、钴化钨4.2份、钴6.7份、磷1.3份、镍0.35份、钼0.16份、镁0.8份、钛0.06份、铬0.6份、钒0.5份。

1.一种熔模铸造用高强度合金配方,其特征在于,按照重量份数由以下原料组成:铁80~150份、钴化钨3~5份、钴4~7份、磷0.8~1.5份、镍0.2~0.5份、钼0.1~0.2份、镁0.5~1份、钛0.05~0.1份、铬0.3~0.8份、钒0.2~0.6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种熔模铸造用高强度合金配方,其特征在于,按照重量份数由以下原料组成:铁90份、钴化钨3.2份、钴4.2份、磷0.9份、镍0.3份、钼0.15份、镁0.6份、钛0.07份、铬0.4份、钒0.3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种熔模铸造用高强度合金配方,其特征在于,按照重量份数由以下原料组成:铁120份、钴化钨4份、钴5.5份、磷1.2份、镍0.4份、钼0.18份、镁0.7份、钛0.08份、铬0.5份、钒0.4份。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种熔模铸造用高强度合金配方,其特征在于,按照重量份数由以下原料组成:铁135份、钴化钨4.2份、钴6.7份、磷1.3份、镍0.35份、钼0.16份、镁0.8份、钛0.06份、铬0.6份、钒0.5份。
