本发明属于涂料领域,涉及一种水性涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
钢结构工程是以钢材制作为主的结构,是现代主要的工业和建筑结构类型之一,但其容易腐蚀的特点给国民经济带来了巨大的损失。为了保护钢材不生锈,常采用在其表面涂装一层涂料。以往在使用涂料前,必须对基材彻底除锈,甚至要求完成露出金属基体本色。大型的钢铁装置和设施,例如储油罐,铁架、铁桥,水闸门、船舶等,往往只能采用手工除锈的方式,不仅劳动强度大、效率低,而且锈难以除净。中小型钢铁制件可采用喷丸除锈的方式,尽管除锈效果好,但因粉尘大、噪音大、严重污染环境且工价昂贵,受到种种限制。随着工业的发展,钢铁架桥、大型管道等工程越来越多,以上除锈方法远不能满足工程需要,因此有必要开发一种可直接涂刷锈蚀钢材表面的涂料。
申请号为201410165201.7公开的一种水性带锈防锈涂料及其制备方法,由苯丙乳液、水溶性环氧树脂、水溶性丙烯酸树脂、氧化铁红、石墨烯、氧化锌、硫酸钡、转化剂、转化促进剂、流平剂、消泡剂、分散剂、增稠剂和水制成,该涂料不含有机溶剂,对环境友好、无污染,具有底面合一的特点和优异的物理化学防锈、转锈功能,既适用于有锈蚀、坚硬氧化皮层或旧漆膜的钢材表面的防锈,又适用于无锈钢材表面的防锈,其制备方法简单,施工方便,涂料中两种转化剂的复配增强了涂料与铁锈的结合力,可在生锈的钢材表面直接涂刷,适用于喷涂、刷涂和淋涂等多种施工方式,涂装成本低,能够完全满足城市道路设施、桥梁、油气管道、工程机械设备和船舶等的防锈保护要求,但是该发明的表干时间为1.5小时,实干时间为24小时以内,时间较长,难以满足船厂的涂刷使用。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种水性带锈防锈涂料,将表干时间控制在1小时以内,将实干时间控制在20小时以内。
经研究,本发明提供如下技术方案:
水性带锈防锈涂料,其特征在于,其配方按质量百分比计由以下组分组成:苯丙乳液15%~25%,水溶性环氧树脂5%~10%,水溶性丙烯酸树脂1%~5%,氧化铁红1%~5%,石墨烯0%~5%,氧化锌1%~2%,硫酸钡20%~30%,转化剂1%~1.5%,转化促进剂0.5%~1%,流平剂0.05%~0.20%,消泡剂0.05%~0.20%,分散剂0.1%~0.3%,增稠剂1%~2%,乙醚3%~5%,余量为水;
所述转化剂为水杨酸、没食子酸、茶多酚、单宁酸、抗坏血酸和草酸中任意两种的混合物;所述转化促进剂为间苯三酚或邻苯二酚;所述流平剂为聚丙烯酸酯类;所述消泡剂为磷酸三丁酯或水性硅油;所述分散剂为不饱和聚氨基酰胺;所述增稠剂为聚丙烯酸盐、羟甲基纤维素、海藻酸盐和琼脂中的任一种。
作为本发明的另一方面,水性带锈防锈涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a.取配方量的氧化铁红、石墨烯、氧化锌、硫酸钡、分散剂和水以及配方量三分之二的消泡剂,混合,分散,得颜填料料浆;
b.将步骤a所得颜填料料浆研磨至细度小于50微米;
c.在搅拌条件下,向步骤b研磨后的颜填料料浆中加入配方量的苯丙乳液、水溶性环氧树脂、水溶性丙烯酸树脂、转化剂、转化促进剂、流平剂和增稠剂以及配方量三分之一的消泡剂,搅拌使分散,用水调节粘度,过滤,加入乙醚,即得水性带锈防锈涂料。
本发明有益效果在于:本发明提供了一种水性的、适用于钢材表面的带锈外防护涂料,该涂料不含有机溶剂,对环境友好、无污染,具有底面合一的特点和优异的物理化学防锈、转锈功能,既适用于有锈蚀、坚硬氧化皮层或旧漆膜的钢材表面的防锈,又适用于无锈钢材表面的防锈;制备方法简单,施工方便,涂料中两种转化剂的复配增强了涂料与铁锈的结合力,可在生锈的钢材表面直接涂刷,适用于喷涂、刷涂和淋涂等多种施工方式,涂装成本低,能够完全满足城市道路设施、桥梁、油气管道、工程机械设备和船舶等的防锈保护要求,将表干时间控制在1小时以内,将实干时间控制在20小时以内。

1.水性涂料,其特征在于,其配方按质量百分比计由以下组分组成:苯丙乳液15%~25%,水溶性环氧树脂5%~10%,水溶性丙烯酸树脂1%~5%,氧化铁红1%~5%,石墨烯0%~5%,氧化锌1%~2%,硫酸钡20%~30%,转化剂1%~1.5%,转化促进剂0.5%~1%,流平剂0.05%~0.20%,消泡剂0.05%~0.20%,分散剂0.1%~0.3%,增稠剂1%~2%,乙醚3%~5%,余量为水;
所述转化剂为水杨酸、没食子酸、茶多酚、单宁酸、抗坏血酸和草酸中任意两种的混合物;所述转化促进剂为间苯三酚或邻苯二酚;所述流平剂为聚丙烯酸酯类;所述消泡剂为磷酸三丁酯或水性硅油;所述分散剂为不饱和聚氨基酰胺;所述增稠剂为聚丙烯酸盐、羟甲基纤维素、海藻酸盐和琼脂中的任一种。
2.权利要求1所述的水性涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a.取配方量的氧化铁红、石墨烯、氧化锌、硫酸钡、分散剂和水以及配方量三分之二的消泡剂,混合,分散,得颜填料料浆;
b.将步骤a所得颜填料料浆研磨至细度小于50微米;
c.在搅拌条件下,向步骤b研磨后的颜填料料浆中加入配方量的苯丙乳液、水溶性环氧树脂、水溶性丙烯酸树脂、转化剂、转化促进剂、流平剂和增稠剂以及配方量三分之一的消泡剂,搅拌使分散,用水调节粘度,过滤,加入乙醚,即得水性带锈防锈涂料。
