本发明提供一种浓缩型洗洁精,原料以质量百分数计包含以下组分:皂基15‑20%、阴离子表面活性剂35‑45%、两性表面活性剂7‑15%、非离子表面活性剂8‑13%、香精0.2%、粘度调节剂0.1‑0.3%、润肤剂0.5‑2%以及余量水;所述皂基采用餐厨垃圾提取制得;所述粘度调节剂为改性后的聚脲化合物。采用本发明的浓缩型洗洁精,皂基由厨余垃圾制得,粘度调节剂的用量小,成本低;将厨余垃圾合理利用,环境友好;整体配方成本低,洗涤效果好。本发明还公开一种上述浓缩型洗洁精的制作方法,步骤精简,工艺容易控制,适于工业化生产。

本发明涉及日用化学技术领域,特别地,涉及一种浓缩型洗洁精及其制作方法。
背景技术
餐厨废弃物里面含有大量的食用油脂,统计显示,我国餐厨垃圾占城市生活垃圾的比重大致范围为37%-62%,中国主要城市每年产生餐厨垃圾不低于6000吨,这类垃圾不仅成为一种环境污染物,更冲击着食品安全。
洗洁精用来精洗餐具、水果、蔬菜等,其产品的性能直接影响到人类的健康。普通洗洁精在生产过程中加入大量的水以保障在使用过程中洗洁精有较低的粘度以方便使用,导致洗洁精本身的有效成份不高;此外,长期使用洗洁精会导致皮肤粗糙,甚至开裂;含有家有洗涤剂的污水不经处理就排放到水体中,极易造成水体环境污染。
现有技术中有很多种类洗洁精,但此些洗洁精均不能兼顾成本和洗涤效果。因此,开发一种成本低、洗涤效果好的洗洁精具有重要意义。
发明内容
本发明的第一目的在于提供一种成本低、洗涤效果好的洗洁精,具体技术方案如下:
一种浓缩型洗洁精,原料以质量百分数计包含以下组分:皂基15-20%、阴离子表面活性剂35-45%、两性表面活性剂7-15%、非离子表面活性剂8-13%、香精0.2%、粘度调节剂0.1-0.3%、润肤剂0.5-2%以及余量水;
所述皂基采用餐厨垃圾提取制得;
所述粘度调节剂为改性后的聚脲化合物,所述聚脲化合物的相对分子质量不小于4100,固含量大于等于50%,NH含量大于等于3%。
以上技术方案中优选的,所述皂基的制作方法包括以下步骤:
步骤A、将油脂、碱、无水乙醇和水按比例混合得到混合物,以重量分数计油脂、碱、无水乙醇和水的配比是200:110:250:440;所述碱为氢氧化钠和氢氧化钾中的至少一种;
步骤B、将混合物搅拌并加热30min,加热温度为85℃,搅拌速度为300r/min;
步骤C、冷却后得到皂基。
以上技术方案中优选的,所述步骤A中的油脂的制备方法是:取一定量的餐厨垃圾,将其通过机械搅拌打浆后超声振荡5min,静置6h后取上层食用油脂放入烧瓶中,加入一定量的活性炭,搅拌加热至80℃保持30min,趁热用纱布减压过滤,过滤后得到油脂;所述餐厨垃圾和活性炭的质量配比为50:1。

以上技术方案中优选的,所述改性后的聚脲化合物的制备方法是:在搅拌下依次加入羟基丙烯酸树脂、溶剂、六亚甲基-1,6-二异氰酸酯,用水浴冷却至10℃以下,搅拌反应3小时即得改性后的聚脲化合物,其中:搅拌速率为100-300r/min。
应用本发明的洗洁精,效果是:本发明所采用的皂基是使用餐厨垃圾提取制备而得,资源回收利用的;本发明采用的一种改性的聚脲化合物作为粘度调节剂,用量少,效果明显,粘度调节剂的加入能显著降低洗洁精浓缩液的粘度(改性聚脲化合物在体系中与洗洁精主要成分形成氢健作用,在剪切力的作用下有很好的触变性:如果剪切力消失,氢键很快形成,黏度韧带增大,因此,在相对静止的情况下,可以增强体系的黏度,即量少的情况下就可以起到调节体系粘度的作用),提高单位体积洗洁精的有效成份含量,降低洗洁精原液中水的含量;本发明采用的是物美价廉且环境友好的原材料甘油,成本低,保温润肤效果好;本发明作为一个完整的技术方案,具有成本低、环境友好且洗涤效果好的特征。
本发明还公开了一种上述浓缩型洗洁精的制备方法,将皂基、阴离子表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、香精、粘度调节剂、润肤剂以及余量水按比例混合;搅拌加热至75-80℃;冷却后得到浓缩型洗洁精,其中搅拌速率为100-300r/min,加热升温速率为2-5℃/min。本发明制备方法步骤精简,工艺容易控制,适于工业化生产。

具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明,但是本发明可以根据权利要求限定和覆盖的多种不同方式实施。
实施例1:
一种浓缩型洗洁精,原料以质量百分数计包含以下组分(总量1000g):皂基150g、阴离子表面活性剂400g、两性表面活性剂100g、非离子表面活性剂100g、香精2g、粘度调节剂2g、润肤剂20g以及水226g。
所述阴离子表面活性剂为月桂酰羟乙基磺酸钠、十六烷基苯磺酸钠以及十二烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠中的至少一种;所述两性表面活性剂为棷油基咪唑啉、棷油酰胺丙基二甲基甜菜碱以及十二烷基二甲基磺丙基甜菜碱中的至少一种;所述非离子表面活性剂为:烷基糖苷、棷油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺以及棷油脂肪酸单乙醇胺中的至少一种;所述香精为金银花提取液、栀子花提取液以及桂花提取液中的至少一种;所述润肤剂为甘油。
所述皂基采用餐厨垃圾提取制得,具体包括以下步骤:步骤A、将油脂、碱、无水乙醇和水按比例混合得到混合物,以重量分数计油脂、碱、无水乙醇和水的配比是200:110:250:440;所述碱为氢氧化钠;步骤B、将混合物搅拌并加热30min,加热温度为85℃,搅拌速度为300r/min;步骤C、冷却后得到皂基。
上述步骤A中的油脂的制备方法是:取一定量的餐厨垃圾,将其通过机械搅拌打浆后超声振荡5min,静置6h后取上层食用油脂放入烧瓶中,加入一定量的活性炭,搅拌加热至80℃保持30min,趁热用纱布减压过滤,过滤后得到油脂;所述餐厨垃圾和活性炭的质量配比为50:1。
所述粘度调节剂为改性后的聚脲化合物,所述聚脲化合物的相对分子质量不小于4100,固含量大于等于50%,NH含量大于等于3%;所述改性后的聚脲化合物的制备方法是:在搅拌下依次加入羟基丙烯酸树脂、溶剂(卞氨)和六亚甲基-1,6-二异氰酸酯,用水浴冷却至10℃以下,搅拌反应3小时即得改性后的聚脲化合物,其中:搅拌速率为100-300r/min。
本实施例所述浓缩型洗洁精的制作方法,具体是:将皂基、阴离子表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、香精、粘度调节剂、润肤剂以及余量水按比例混合;搅拌加热至75-80℃;冷却后得到浓缩型洗洁精,其中搅拌速率为100-300r/min,加热升温速率为2-5℃/min。
通过上述制备方法得到的洗洁精,有怡人的香味,无悬浮物或沉淀。
经检测,活性物含量为60%,去污能力强;在25℃条件下,0.1%浓度的洗洁精pH值为8.5,洗精精的性能温和,不刺激皮肤,并有保护手部皮肤的作用;洗洁精稳定性好,在5℃冰箱中放置24h,取出恢复到室温时观察,不分层,无沉淀,产品透明清澈。进一步检测,每1g洗洁精中的甲醇、甲醛的含量均小于1mg,重金属含量、菌落总数均符合洗手液标准要求。

Claims (6)
1.一种浓缩型洗洁精,其特征在于:原料以质量百分数计包含以下组分:皂基15-20%、阴离子表面活性剂35-45%、两性表面活性剂7-15%、非离子表面活性剂8-13%、香精0.2%、粘度调节剂0.1-0.3%、润肤剂0.5-2%以及余量水;
所述皂基采用餐厨垃圾提取制得;
所述粘度调节剂为改性后的聚脲化合物,所述聚脲化合物的相对分子质量不小于4100,固含量大于等于50%,NH含量大于等于3%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的浓缩型洗洁精,其特征在于:所述皂基的制作方法包括以下步骤:
步骤A、将油脂、碱、无水乙醇和水按比例混合得到混合物,以重量分数计油脂、碱、无水乙醇和水的配比是200:110:250:440;所述碱为氢氧化钠和氢氧化钾中的至少一种;
步骤B、将混合物搅拌并加热30min,加热温度为85℃,搅拌速度为300r/min;
步骤C、冷却后得到皂基。
3.根据权利要求2所述的浓缩型洗洁精,其特征在于:所述步骤A中的油脂的制备方法是:取一定量的餐厨垃圾,将其通过机械搅拌打浆后超声振荡5min,静置6h后取上层食用油脂放入烧瓶中,加入一定量的活性炭,搅拌加热至80℃保持30min,趁热用纱布减压过滤,过滤后得到油脂;所述餐厨垃圾和活性炭的质量配比为50:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的浓缩型洗洁精,其特征在于:所述阴离子表面活性剂为月桂酰羟乙基磺酸钠、十六烷基苯磺酸钠以及十二烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠中的至少一种;所述两性表面活性剂为棷油基咪唑啉、棷油酰胺丙基二甲基甜菜碱以及十二烷基二甲基磺丙基甜菜碱中的至少一种;所述非离子表面活性剂为:烷基糖苷、棷油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺以及棷油脂肪酸单乙醇胺中的至少一种;所述香精为金银花提取液、栀子花提取液以及桂花提取液中的至少一种;所述润肤剂为甘油。
5.根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的浓缩型洗洁精,其特征在于:所述改性后的聚脲化合物的制备方法是:在搅拌下依次加入羟基丙烯酸树脂、溶剂、六亚甲基-1,6-二异氰酸酯,用水浴冷却至10℃以下,搅拌反应3小时即得改性后的聚脲化合物,其中:搅拌速率为100-300r/min。
6.一种如权利要求1-5任意一项所述的浓缩型洗洁精的制作方法,其特征在于:将皂基、阴离子表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、香精、粘度调节剂、润肤剂以及余量水按比例混合;搅拌加热至75-80℃;冷却后得到浓缩型洗洁精,其中搅拌速率为100-300r/min,加热升温速率为2-5℃/min。
