2) When the cable terminal is connected: placing a power cable intermediate joint and a terminal head manufacturing support at a joint operation station, placing a cable shaft 12 at the outer end of the power cable intermediate joint and the terminal head manufacturing support, placing a cable 15 pulled out from the cable shaft 12 on an auxiliary rotating wheel 3 and a driving traction wheel 11, placing an arched part of the cable 15 upwards, pressing down one end of a straightening roller 17 on a straightening roller support arm, enabling the straightening roller 17 to be close to and attached to the upper end of the cable 15 through screwing a large screw rod 6, further screwing the large screw rod 6 to flatten the upwards arched part of the cable 15 through two straightening rollers 17, rotating a hand wheel 7, dragging the cable 15 to extend forwards along the straight line direction through rotating the driving traction wheel 11, and finally performing joint operation on the cable 15.
Before use, the length and the height of the platform frame 4 can be properly adjusted according to the size of the field and the installation height of the joint, and the length of the base 1 can be properly adjusted at the same time.
