技术领域
本发明属于无机化工技术领域。
背景技术
本发明涉及到两个方面的背景技术,一方面是硫酸钙晶须方面的背景技术,另一方面是硝酸铵肥料方面的背景技术。首先介绍硫酸钙晶须的技术背景,硫酸钙晶须是指具有均匀的横截面,完整的外形,完善的内部结构的纤维状单晶体。当CaSO4含量≥98%,硫酸钙晶须的平均长径比为10~200。硫酸钙晶须被广泛的应用于高分子材料中,它不仅可以增加材料的强度和韧性,还可以起到增稠,耐热,耐磨,耐油的作用。硫酸钙晶须比其它的晶须产品价格便宜很多,性能相当,制作工艺简单,其优良的性价比使得硫酸钙晶须的需求市场十分广阔。
关于硝酸铵的背景技术,硝酸铵是一种含氮量为35%的纯氮肥,极易溶于水,容易吸湿结块,在受到猛烈撞击或高温时,容易发生爆炸性分解反应。自2002年起,我国将硝酸铵列为民用爆炸品,从此我国肥料市场禁止纯硝酸铵氮肥买卖。法律要求对农用硝酸铵肥料进行改良,使其失去爆炸性且不可还原后方可作为肥料销售和使用。目前市场上对硝酸铵的改良品主要是硝酸铵钙和尿素硝酸铵溶液(液体肥),这两种肥料产品都符合我国的法律法规,并且由于其良好的肥效在肥料市场上一直供不应求。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的有两点,其一,提供了一种产品纯度高,晶型好,能耗低,工艺简单,对环境无污染的硫酸钙晶须制备方法;其二为尿素硝酸铵溶液提供了一个新的生产途径。
本发明采用如下的技术方案来实现以上目的,具体生产步骤为:
1.调配质量浓度为15%~80%的硝酸钙溶液和质量浓度为10%~50%的硫酸铵溶液。将实际参与化学反应的硝酸钙和硫酸铵的物质的量比控制在1︰1左右,相对应的质量比大约为1.24︰1。
2.将两种溶液混合,并且加入结晶辅助剂,(辅助剂可以是结晶导向剂硫酸钙晶须,也可以是结晶改良剂氧化镁或硫酸镁),其中结晶导向剂的质量大约是生成硫酸钙质量的1%,结晶改良剂的质量是硝酸钙质量的0.1%~3%,控制温度在20℃~100℃,搅拌速度为50~300RPM,混合搅拌时间为20~80分钟,使两种溶液充分反应。
3.将所得混合液过滤,对所得滤渣洗涤,并且充分干燥,所得产品即为硫酸钙晶须。
4.过滤之后所得滤液是硝酸铵溶液,根据需要调配的尿素硝酸铵溶液的硝酸铵浓度值,将滤液进行浓缩或者稀释,然后在溶液中加入需要剂量的尿素,充分搅拌后,所得产品即为尿素硝酸铵溶液。
5.将两种产品分别包装,并检验入库。
此技术方案使用的原料是硝酸钙和硫酸铵,来源充足,价格便宜。所得硫酸钙晶须产品,晶型好,纯度大于99%,白度大于95%。所得另一个产品是尿素硝酸铵溶液,属于纯氮液体肥,含有硝态氮,铵态氮和脲态氮,肥效好。所需的生产设备简单,工艺成熟,整个生产过程绿色环保,没有有毒有害的副产品产生。

1.一种硫酸钙晶须和尿素硝酸铵溶液的联合生产法,其主要特征是:将硝酸钙溶液和硫酸铵溶液混合反应,反应中加入结晶辅助剂,待反应完成后,将所得混合液进行过滤,将所得的硫酸钙滤渣洗涤,并且进行干燥,从而得到硫酸钙晶须。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种硫酸钙晶须和尿素硝酸铵溶液的联合生产法,其主要特征是:对所得的硝酸铵滤液的浓度进行调和,并添加需要剂量的尿素进行混合,从而得到尿素硝酸铵溶液。
