背景技术
胶黏剂对木材资源的充分利用起着举足轻重的作用,如传统的脲醛树脂、酚醛树脂、三聚氰铵—甲醛树脂等。现有的木工胶黏剂体系中,甲醛系胶黏剂致命的缺陷是,黏接的木制品在生产与使用过程中,不可避免地释放出游离甲醛等有害气体,从而危害生产者与消费者的身体健康;水性高分子异氰酸酯胶黏剂(API)虽然没有游离甲醛释放,但其黏性大、适用期短、成本高,限制了它在木材胶合中的广泛应用;作为天然胶黏剂的一种,淀粉胶的应用历史最为悠久,具有强度高、质量轻、无腐蚀、无污染、原料易得、价格低廉、使用方便等优点,被广泛地用于纸张、棉织物、商标等的黏接。淀粉胶粘剂是利用淀粉糊化或淀粉衍生物制成的粘合剂。但淀粉类胶黏剂的耐水性极差,限制其应用于木材制品胶合。
异氰酸酯胶黏剂具有胶接性能优良、耐水、耐老化、无甲醛等污染问题,对被胶接材料适应范围广,并有利于提高胶接产品的质量及木材的利用率。伴随着环境保护要求的日益加强,人们的环保意识提高,开发和使用无公害的高效木材加工用合成树脂胶黏剂已成为人们普遍关注的问题。针对淀粉胶黏剂的特点和不足,结合异氰酸酯胶黏剂的优点,目前的技术利用异氰酸酯对淀粉胶黏剂进行共混,将其少量加入淀粉胶黏剂中进行改性,以达到提高胶接强度和耐水性的功效,但是,仍存在一些不足,所以,还需要对木材用淀粉胶黏剂进行研究,解决它存在的耐水性和胶合强度不足的问题。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是:针对传统的淀粉基木材胶黏剂胶接强度和耐水性不佳的缺点,提供了一种淀粉基木材胶黏剂的制备方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种淀粉基木材胶黏剂的制备方法,具体制备步骤如下:
(1)将甘蔗渣汽爆,得汽爆甘蔗渣;
(2)将汽爆甘蔗渣与混合酶液按质量比1:20~1:30恒温酶解,过滤,干燥,炭化,降温,得炭化甘蔗渣;
(3)将淀粉与水按质量比1:10~1:20加热搅拌混合,滴加氢氧化钠溶液调节pH,接着加入淀粉质量0.3~0.5倍的双氧水,升温糊化,得预处理淀粉乳;
(4)按重量份数计,将20~30份炭化甘蔗渣,120~160份预处理淀粉乳,20~30份氧化石墨烯,10~20份改性添加剂,10~15份无水乙醇,3~5份酪素,0.3~0.5份硼砂,2~4份尿素,8~10份碳酸氢钙,0.3~0.5份消泡剂,8~10份增稠剂,8~10份胶粉混合球磨,出料,即得淀粉基木材胶黏剂。
步骤(2)所述混合酶液是由以下重量份数的原料组成:3~5份纤维素酶,3~5份果胶酶,3~5份甘油,20~30份去离子水。
步骤(3)所述淀粉为马铃薯淀粉,玉米淀粉或大豆淀粉中的任意一种。
步骤(4)所述改性添加剂的制备过程为:将(N-脒基)十二烷基丙烯酰胺与甲氧基聚乙二醇按质量比1:1~2:1混合,并加入甲氧基聚乙二醇质量0.1~0.2倍的对二氯苯和甲氧基聚乙二醇质量0.07~0.10倍的二茂铁,搅拌混合,即得改性添加剂。
步骤(4)所述消泡剂为乳化硅油,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚或聚二甲基硅氧烷中的任意一种。
步骤(4)所述增稠剂为羧甲基纤维素醚,聚乙烯醇或卡拉胶中的任意一种。
步骤(4)所述胶粉为桃胶粉,明胶粉,橡胶粉或骨胶粉中的任意一种。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过添加改性添加剂和氧化石墨烯,在制备过程中,添加剂有效成分中分子结构为具有双亲性能的嵌段共聚物,该物质的双亲性能可有效提高胶黏剂和体系中氧化石墨烯的相容性,使其稳定分散于体系中,另外,该嵌段共聚物可自组装形成囊泡结构,从而使体系内部分散有该囊泡结构,起到辅助降粘作用,在使用过程中,二氧化碳的产生可与该嵌段共聚物中的脒基团反应,而使脒基团带上电荷,由于同种电荷相互排斥使囊泡结构内部体积增大,氧化石墨烯表面的片层含有大量的羟基和羧基等活性基团,从而使其表面带负电荷,由于正负电荷相互吸引并抵消,使得氧化石墨烯与体系的结合力得到增强,从而使得体系的力学性能得到进一步的增强,同时,石墨烯经过球磨,片层结构得到剥离,石墨烯剥离界面不含活性官能团,从而增加体系的耐水性能。
具体实施方式
按重量份数计,将3~5份纤维素酶,3~5份果胶酶,3~5份甘油,20~30份去离子水置于1号烧杯中,并将1号烧杯置于数显测速恒温磁力搅拌器中,于温度为40~45℃,转速为300~500r/min条件下,恒温搅拌混合30~50min,得混合酶液;将(N-脒基)十二烷基丙烯酰胺与甲氧基聚乙二醇按质量比1:1~2:1置于2号烧杯中,并向2号烧杯中加入甲氧基聚乙二醇质量0.1~0.2倍的对二氯苯和甲氧基聚乙二醇质量0.07~0.10倍的二茂铁,于转速为300~500r/min条件下,搅拌混合30~50min,即得改性添加剂;将甘蔗渣置于汽爆罐中,于汽爆压力为2.5~3.5MPa,温度为160~180℃条件下,保压时间为60~90s,打开出料阀瞬间泄压,得汽爆甘蔗渣;汽爆甘蔗渣与混合酶液按质量比1:20~1:30置于3号烧杯中,并将3号烧杯置于数显测速恒温磁力搅拌器中,于温度为40~45℃,转速为200~300r/min条件下,恒温酶解40~60min,得混合酶解液,再将混合酶解液过滤,得滤渣,接着将滤渣置于烘箱中,于温度为105~110℃条件下,干燥至恒重,得干燥滤渣,接着将干燥滤渣置于炭化炉中,并以60~90mL/min速率向炉内充入氮气,于温度为450~550℃条件下,炭化1~2h后,随炉降至室温,得炭化甘蔗渣;将淀粉与水按质量比1:10~1:20置于4号烧杯中,并将4号烧杯置于数显测速恒温磁力搅拌器中,于温度为40~50℃,转速为300~500r/min条件下,加热搅拌混合40~40min,接着向4号烧杯中滴加质量分数为20~30%的氢氧化钠溶液调节pH至8.3~8.6,接着向4号烧杯加入淀粉质量0.3~0.5倍质量分数为20~30%的双氧水,于温度为70~80℃条件下,糊化40~60min,得预处理淀粉乳;按重量份数计,将20~30份炭化甘蔗渣,120~160份预处理淀粉乳,20~30份氧化石墨烯,10~20份改性添加剂,10~15份无水乙醇,3~5份酪素,0.3~0.5份硼砂,2~4份尿素,8~10份碳酸氢钙,0.3~0.5份消泡剂,8~10份增稠剂,8~10份胶粉置于球磨机中混合球磨40~60min后,出料,即得淀粉基木材胶黏剂。所述淀粉为马铃薯淀粉,玉米淀粉或大豆淀粉中的任意一种。所述消泡剂为乳化硅油,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚或聚二甲基硅氧烷中的任意一种。所述增稠剂为羧甲基纤维素醚,聚乙烯醇或卡拉胶中的任意一种。所述胶粉为桃胶粉,明胶粉,橡胶粉或骨胶粉中的任意一种。

将实例1至实例7所得的淀粉基木材胶黏剂及对比例产品进行性能检测,具体检测方法如下:
参照GB/T17657标准制样,耐水性能按GB/T9846标准进行测定;胶合强度按照GB/T9846标准,采用拉力机进行测定。

由表1检测结果可知,本发明技术方案制备的淀粉基木材胶黏剂具有优异的耐水性能和胶合强度的特点,在粘结剂制备技术行业的发展中具有广阔的前景。

(3)将淀粉与水按质量比1:10~1:20加热搅拌混合,滴加氢氧化钠溶液调节pH,接着加入淀粉质量0.3~0.5倍的双氧水,升温糊化,得预处理淀粉乳;
