and 7, cutting the leather material to manufacture the automobile steering wheel sleeve.
Further, in the step 2, the method further includes: and coating the primer on the surface of the leather, airing, then pressing patterns on the leather, and vibrating and softening overnight after the patterns are pressed.
Further, in the step 2, a concrete method of embossing is: the leather was pressed using an embosser for three seconds at a temperature of 110 c and a pressure of 100 tons.
Further, in the step 6, the method further includes: and ironing the dried leather by a pass ironing machine at the temperature of 110 ℃.
Further, the color of the pigment paste in the primer is selected according to the color to which the automobile steering wheel cover is changed as required.
In summary, due to the adoption of the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
the color of the steering wheel cover of the automobile produced by the invention can be changed by changing the temperature, and the color of the steering wheel cover can be changed no matter the temperature is increased by sunshine or the temperature is increased by holding the steering wheel cover by hands. Therefore, in the driving process, the color of the automobile steering wheel sleeve can be automatically changed when the automobile steering wheel sleeve reaches a certain temperature, so that visual impact is brought, fatigue driving can be relieved, traffic accidents are reduced, and the aim of improving safe driving is fulfilled.
Detailed Description
The following describes in further detail embodiments of the present invention.
The invention provides a method for manufacturing an automobile steering wheel sleeve capable of relieving fatigue driving, which at least comprises the following steps:
step 1, preparing a base paint, wherein the base paint is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 20-30% of water, 30-40% of polyurethane resin, 15-20% of acrylic resin, 10-15% of flatting filler, 5-15% of hand feeling wax and 10-15% of pigment paste; the raw materials are mixed to prepare the primer.
And 2, coating the base paint on the surface of the leather, airing, pressing patterns on the leather after airing, and oscillating and softening overnight after the patterns are pressed. The concrete method for embossing comprises the following steps: the leather was pressed using an embosser for three seconds at a temperature of 110 c and a pressure of 100 tons.
Step 3, preparing a rolling coating, wherein the rolling coating is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 25-30% of water, 30-40% of polyurethane resin, 5-15% of acrylic resin, 10-20% of color-changing powder and 10-15% of an adhesive; the raw materials are uniformly mixed to prepare the rolling paint.
And 4, uniformly rolling the roll coating on the surface of the leather material by using a roll coating machine, wherein the number of times of the roll coating is determined according to the actual situation, and the roll coating needs to be performed twice in general.
Step 5, preparing a spray coating, wherein the spray coating is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 45-50% of polyurethane resin, 45-50% of water, 2-5% of a hand feeling assistant and 2-5% of a cross-linking agent, and the raw materials are uniformly mixed to prepare the spray coating.
And 6, uniformly spraying the spray paint on the surface of the leather by using a spraying machine, ironing by using a through ironing machine at the temperature of 110 ℃, drying the leather, and ironing the dried leather by using the through ironing machine at the temperature of 110 ℃. The number of spraying passes is determined according to actual conditions, and two spraying passes are generally needed.
And 7, cutting the leather material to manufacture the automobile steering wheel sleeve.
And then cutting the leather to manufacture the automobile steering wheel cover. The data of each part are obtained by measuring the automobile steering wheel, and the data are used for making paper lattices to be drawn on the leather material, and the paper lattices are cut into the steering wheel sleeve which can be matched with the automobile steering wheel.
The steering wheel cover of the automobile manufactured by the method can change color when the temperature reaches about 28 ℃. When a specific temperature is reached, the color-changing powder becomes transparent and penetrates the color of the pigment paste of the primer on the leather. The color of the pigment paste in the primer is selected according to the color to which the automotive steering wheel cover is desired to be changed, for example, if the automotive steering wheel cover is desired to become yellow upon reaching a certain temperature, the yellow pigment paste is selected, by which means the automotive steering wheel cover can be changed to any desired color.
By the method, in the process of producing the leather automobile steering wheel cover, materials which can change color through temperature are added to achieve the effect of temperature change, and then the steering wheel cover suitable for various automobile types is produced through later cutting.
The above-mentioned embodiments are only for illustrating the technical ideas and features of the present invention, and the purpose thereof is to enable those skilled in the art to understand the contents of the present invention and to implement the same, and the present invention is not limited to the embodiments, i.e. all equivalent changes or modifications made according to the spirit of the present invention are still within the scope of the present invention.
