The first sliding shaft and the second sliding shaft are connected with the needle plate through pin shafts, and the first needle plate and the second needle plate can respectively rotate around the first sliding shaft and the second sliding shaft.
The upper end of the second handle 10 is integrally connected with a second U-shaped beam 120, the plane of the second U-shaped beam 120 is perpendicular to the motion direction of the second handle 10, a third limiting hole 121 and a fourth limiting hole, which are square holes, are reserved at the two upper ends of the second U-shaped beam respectively, a third sliding shaft 122 and a fourth sliding shaft 123, which are square shafts, are penetrated in the second U-shaped beam respectively, the upper ends of the third U-shaped beam and the fourth U-shaped beam are respectively connected with a third elastic sheet 124 and a fourth elastic sheet, which are the same as the first elastic sheet and the second elastic sheet, the lower ends of the third sliding shaft and the fourth sliding shaft are respectively rotatably connected with a third needle plate 126 and a fourth needle plate through pin shafts, and needles 128 are vertically distributed on the third needle plate. In the structure, one surface of the first needle plate, which is provided with the felting needles, is opposite to one surface of the third needle plate, which is provided with the felting needles, and one surface of the second needle plate, which is provided with the felting needles, is opposite to one surface of the fourth needle plate, which is provided with the felting needles.
A sliding lock catch 13 is connected between the first handle 11 and the second handle 10 below the first pin 100, the sliding lock catch can enable the two handles to keep in place within a certain force, and the handles can be pressed or separated continuously after the force exceeds the certain force, so that the four needle plates can be kept at relative positions with fish.

7. The fish eating implement assembly of claim 2 wherein finger collars are provided on the lower ends of said third and fourth handles.
