Abstract
本发明公开一种治疗痤疮的复合制剂，是由甲硝唑粉、新诺明粉、氯霉素粉、水杨酸粉、苯海拉明粉组成，用高级脂肪醇调和制成膏剂，治疗不同类型的痤疮，还可用于治疗过敏性皮炎、湿疹、脂溢性皮炎、异位性皮炎、手足股癣、毛囊炎、扁平疣等疾病，本发明药性温和，主要用于外涂，涂后有滑爽兹润感，基本无毒副作用。
Description
本发明属于一种治疗痤疮的药物，确切地说是一种治疗痤疮的复合制剂。
痤疮是青年人群中的常见病、多发病，影响着患者的面部美容健康，虽然有许多药物对痤疮有一定疗效，如痤疮膏、粉刺灵等，其作用是减少局部油脂分泌，消除毛囊炎症，治标不治本，患者需长期使用，才能保持治疗效果。而对脂溢性皮炎、毛囊炎、湿疹、扁平疣等病症没有疗效。
本发明的目的在于公开一种治疗痤疮的复合制剂，标本兼治，并可治疗脂溢性皮炎、毛囊炎、湿疹、扁平疣等病症。
本发明是由甲硝唑粉、新诺明粉、氯霉素粉、水杨酸粉、苯海拉明粉组成，按以下重量份配比：
甲硝唑粉20～35 新诺明粉6～10 氯霉素粉10～20
水杨酸粉1～3 苯海拉明粉8～15
将上述药粉混拌均匀，加入2～5倍的高级脂肪醇制成膏剂。
本发明比其它同类药更具有抗菌消炎、消肿止痛止痒、促进皮肤修复的作用，还可以起到一定的美容效果。经180例临床试验，痊愈156例，占88.6％，好转24例，占11.4％，总有效率为100％。本发明在治疗不同类型的痤疮时，还可用于治疗过敏性皮炎、湿疹、脂溢性皮炎、异位性皮炎、手足股癣、毛囊炎、扁平疣等疾病。
每次用前清洗患处，每天涂搽2～3次，2～3天后效果明显，用一个月后，痤疮消失，皮肤光亮，无疤痕、无黑点。药性温和，主要用于外涂，涂后有滑爽兹润感，基本无毒副作用。
下面结合实施例进一步说明本发明：
实施例1
将甲硝唑粉35g、新诺明粉10g、氯霉素粉20g、水杨酸粉3g、苯海拉明粉15g，混合搅拌均匀，取混合物10g加入雪花膏40g，调匀制成膏状。
实施例2
取甲硝唑粉30g、新诺明粉8g、氯霉素粉15g、水杨酸粉2g、苯海拉明粉15g，混合搅拌均匀，取混合物10g加入润肤霜30g，调匀制成膏状。
实施例3
将甲硝唑粉20g、新诺明粉6g、氯霉素粉10g、水杨酸粉1g、苯海拉明粉8g，混合搅拌均匀，取混合物10g加入雪花膏50g，调匀制成膏状。
Claims (1)
1、一种治疗痤疮的复合制剂，其特征在于是由下列药物按重量份配比而成：
甲硝唑粉20～35 新诺明粉6～10 氯霉素粉10～20
水杨酸粉1～3 苯海拉明粉8～15
将上述药粉混拌均匀，加入2～5倍的高级脂肪醇制成膏剂。
