(2)涂层织物性能分析:对实施例1~4制备的涂层剂整理后的涤纶织物分别进行光泽度、抗扭曲弯绕性和表面抗湿性测试。光泽度按FZ/T 01097-2006《织物光泽测试方法》标准测试。水洗方法按GB/T 8629-2001《纺织品试验用家庭洗涤和干燥程序》程序洗10次;抗扭曲弯绕性按FZ/T 01052-1998《涂层织物抗扭曲弯挠性能的测定》标准测试;表面抗湿性按GB/T4745-2012《纺织品防水性能的检测和评价沾水法》标准测试;防风性能通过空气透过度测试评估,空气透过度测试方法参考JIS1096标准,在125Pa的气压下,1秒内通过1cm2面积的空气流量,从测量装置数字显示器直接读出数值,即为空气透过度。采购的涂层涤纶织物来自于浙江申腾涂层织物有限公司,测试结果如表2所示:(2) Performance analysis of coated fabrics: The polyester fabrics finished with the coating agents prepared in Examples 1 to 4 were tested for glossiness, twist resistance and surface moisture resistance respectively. The windproof performance is evaluated by the air permeability test. The air permeability test method refers to the JIS1096 standard. The air flow through the area of 1cm2 in seconds, the value is directly read from the digital display of the measuring device, which is the air permeability. The purchased coated polyester fabric comes from Zhejiang Shenteng Coated Fabric Co., Ltd., and the test results are shown in Table 2:

由表2可见,涤纶织物经过本发明制备的涂层剂涂层整理后,涂层涤纶织物的各项指标与采购的涂层涤纶织物几乎接近;其中,涂层涤纶织物的光泽度达到11以上,和采购的涤纶涂层织物几乎接近。涂层织物经过10次水洗后,其各项指标没有明显下降,特别是手感没有变硬,说明涂层织物的稳定性和耐久性均很好。本发明制备的涂层涤纶织物的空气透过度介于0.75~0.95cm3/cm2·s,其值明显低于采购的涂层涤纶织物,综合分析认为:本发明制备的织物涂层剂是一种合格的防风涤纶织物涂层剂。As can be seen from Table 2, after the polyester fabric is finished with the coating agent prepared by the present invention, the indicators of the coated polyester fabric are almost close to those of the purchased coated polyester fabric; wherein, the glossiness of the coated polyester fabric reaches more than 11 , which is almost as close as purchased polyester coated fabric. The air permeability of the coated polyester fabric prepared by the present invention is between 0.75 and 0.95 cm 3 /cm 2 ·s, which is significantly lower than that of the purchased coated polyester fabric. Comprehensive analysis shows that the fabric coating agent prepared by the present invention is A qualified coating agent for windproof polyester fabrics.
