Abstract
The invention relates to a fluorine-silicon modified water-based marking paint and a preparation method thereof, which comprises 20-30 parts of fluorine-silicon modified water-based acrylic emulsion, 40-50 parts of modified calcium carbonate, 5-8 parts of titanium dioxide, and optionally a wetting agent, a defoaming agent, a thickening agent and a film-forming auxiliary agent. Can greatly improve the drying speed of the coating, and has excellent wear resistance, weather resistance, water resistance and alkali resistance.

Wherein the antifreeze is alcohols such as propylene glycol, ethanol or methanol, preferably methanol; the acrylic latex may be a water-soluble acrylic latex. The paint can reach and exceed solvent type or hot melt type paint, has low VOC content, can be constructed at normal temperature, can also be constructed and maintained under the condition of low temperature (about minus 5 ℃), can also reach excellent performance, can save organic solvent, reduce air pollution and expand construction conditions; has the characteristics of low energy consumption and environmental protection, and can solve the problems of poor adhesion and the like.

CN105017904A discloses a waterborne road sign emulsion, which is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-50 parts of anionic self-crosslinking silicone-acrylate emulsion; 1-5 parts of propylene glycol monobutyl ether; 0.5-4 parts of polyacrylamide; 0.2 to 0.5 portion of silicone oil; 5-10 parts of titanium dioxide; 20-60 parts of heavy calcium carbonate; 0.1-0.2 parts of hydroxyethyl cellulose thickener; 0.5-1 part of triethanolamine; 0.5-1 part of a sterilization mildew inhibitor; 1-8 parts of distilled water. The road marking paint can solve the problem that the existing road marking paint is easy to become brittle, the adhesive force is improved, the road marking paint is not easy to fall off, the chemical stability of a paint film is enhanced, the whole paint emulsion has better compatibility, no coloring, hydrolysis resistance, no pollution, and good toughness and heat resistance processability.
CN106609087A discloses a normal temperature type thermoplastic acrylic road marking paint, which is prepared from 20-25 parts of thermoplastic acrylic resin, 10-12 parts of rutile titanium dioxide, 10-20 parts of ground limestone, 5-10 parts of quartz powder, 10-15 parts of ultrafine talcum powder, 5-10 parts of precipitated barium sulfate, 0.5-1 part of dispersant, 1-2 parts of anti-settling agent, 2-4 parts of chlorinated paraffin and 20-25 parts of solvent by mass. The titanium dioxide is nano-grade rutile titanium dioxide. The solvent is a mixed solvent of butyl acetate and toluene. The paint has the characteristics of quick drying, strong adhesive force, long durability, good whiteness, excellent construction performance, good pollution resistance and the like, and has the covering power of less than or equal to 190 g/square meter, solid content of more than or equal to 60 percent, water resistance of more than or equal to 24 hours, alkali resistance of more than or equal to 18 hours, wear resistance of more than or equal to 40mg and viscosity of more than or equal to 60KU (25 ℃).
CN107189595A discloses an environment-friendly road marking paint, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 35-53 parts of water-based acrylic resin, 0.02-0.05 part of bactericide, 0.7-0.9 part of defoaming agent, 0.6-0.7 part of dispersing agent, 0.02-0.03 part of thickening dispersing agent, 1-2 parts of distilled water, 2-10 parts of titanium dioxide, 33-47 parts of inorganic filler, 0.01-0.02 part of wetting agent, 18-21 parts of glass beads, 4-5 parts of volatile solvent and 2-3 parts of film-forming agent. Based on the total weight of the water-based marking paint, the water-based marking paint comprises the following components: 15-35 wt% of water-based acrylic emulsion, 5-10 wt% of fluorocarbon emulsion, 5-10 wt% of water-based epoxy emulsion, 1-3 wt% of film-forming assistant, 1-3 wt% of water-based wax emulsion, 0.5-5 wt% of organic bentonite, 0.1-0.5 wt% of defoaming agent, 0.1-0.5 wt% of thickening agent, 10-20 wt% of nano silicon carbide, 15-40 wt% of heavy calcium carbonate, 5-10 wt% of titanium pigment, 1-3 wt% of ethanol, 0.1-0.5 wt% of water-based dispersant, 0.5-1.5 wt% of water-based drier, 0.2-0.5 wt% of multifunctional assistant and the balance of deionized water; the grain diameter of the silicon carbide is 600-900 nm. The water-based marking paint has good quick-drying property, wear resistance, weather resistance and stain resistance.
CN108102490A discloses a water-based heavy paste marking paint and a preparation method thereof. The coating consists of aqueous acrylic emulsion, aqueous dispersant, silicon-aluminum porous microspheres, inorganic filler, chlorinated paraffin, aqueous polyethylene wax emulsion, dichloromethane, ethanol, water, lithium silicate, sodium silicate, edible alkali, sodium chloride, coupling agent, film forming auxiliary agent and pigment; the raw materials act synergistically within a limited dosage range, and the prepared thick-paste marking paint has the advantages of high solid content, high drying speed, strong permeability, strong binding force with the ground, high strength, snow shoveling resistance and rutting resistance, and can be used for scraping construction under the normal temperature condition. The preparation method limits the mixing sequence, heating temperature and stirring time of all raw materials, and carries out emulsification and shearing under a certain pressure condition, so that the prepared thick slurry marking coating has good stability, and the drying speed of the marking prepared from the coating, the binding force with the ground and the marking strength are further improved.
It can be seen that the drying speed, abrasion resistance, weather resistance and water and alkali resistance of the coating are always the properties sought by the prior art, and the prior art selects different types of acrylic emulsion and various auxiliary agents for blending, and ignores the modification of the acrylic emulsion. On the other hand, calcium carbonate currently used in the market has a water content of 3 to 5 wt% and needs to be treated so that the water content thereof is reduced to 0.1 wt% or contains almost no water, and then added to a coating component.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a fluorosilicone modified water-based marking paint and a preparation method thereof, which can greatly improve the drying speed of the paint and have excellent wear resistance, weather resistance, water resistance and alkali resistance. The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a fluorine-silicon modified water-based marking paint comprises, by weight, 20-30 parts of fluorine-silicon modified water-based acrylic emulsion, 40-50 parts of modified calcium carbonate, 5-8 parts of titanium dioxide, and optionally a wetting agent, a defoaming agent, a thickening agent and a film-forming aid.
Preferably, the preparation method of the fluorosilicone modified water-based acrylic emulsion comprises the following steps: adding acetone into an initiator, stirring to completely dissolve the initiator, adding a chain transfer agent and the mixed monomer, heating, refluxing and preserving heat for reaction under stirring, cooling to room temperature after the reaction is finished, adding a pH regulator, adding deionized water after neutralization, and distilling and recovering the acetone to obtain a water-based acrylic emulsion; wherein the monomer consists of methyl methacrylate, acrylic acid, hydroxyethyl acrylate, vinyl trimethoxy silane and tridecyl octyl acrylate, and the molar ratio of the monomer is 1-2:1-2:1-2:0.1-0.2: 0.01-0.05;
preferably, the preparation method of the modified calcium carbonate is as follows: dispersing calcium carbonate in deionized water, stirring uniformly under ultrasonic, adding ammonia water, ethyl silicate, absolute ethyl alcohol and deionized water, stirring uniformly at room temperature to obtain a mixed solution, standing the mixed solution until the mixed solution is naturally dried to obtain a solid mixture, heating the solid mixture to the temperature of 100-150 ℃, and keeping the temperature for 1-2 hours to obtain a compound, and grinding the compound into powder to obtain silicon dioxide coated calcium carbonate powder; wherein the calcium carbonate dispersion liquid: ammonia water: ethyl silicate: anhydrous ethanol: the volume ratio of the deionized water is 15-25:0.5-2:4-6:4-6: 0.5-1.5.

adding modified calcium carbonate, a wetting agent, a thickening agent and a film-forming auxiliary agent into the mixed solution, uniformly stirring, filtering, and standing the filtrate to obtain the water-based marking paint.
Detailed Description
Preparation of fluorine-silicon modified water-based acrylic emulsion
Adding acetone into an initiator azodiisobutyronitrile, stirring to completely dissolve the initiator, adding a chain transfer agent mercaptoethanol and a well-mixed monomer, heating to a reflux state under stirring, carrying out heat preservation reaction, cooling the obtained mixture to room temperature after the reaction is finished, adding triethylamine, neutralizing, stirring, adding deionized water after the neutralization is finished, stirring for hydration, distilling and recovering an acetone solvent, and thus obtaining the water-based acrylic emulsion. Wherein the monomer molar ratio of methyl methacrylate, acrylic acid, hydroxyethyl acrylate, vinyl trimethoxy silane and tridecyl octyl acrylate is 1:1:1:0.1: 0.02.

Dispersing calcium carbonate in deionized water, stirring uniformly under ultrasound, adding ammonia water, ethyl silicate, absolute ethyl alcohol and deionized water, stirring uniformly at room temperature to obtain a mixed solution, standing the mixed solution until the mixed solution is naturally dried to obtain a solid mixture, heating the solid mixture to 120 ℃ and keeping the temperature for 1.5 hours to obtain a compound, and grinding the compound into powder to obtain silicon dioxide coated calcium carbonate powder; wherein the calcium carbonate dispersion liquid: ammonia water: ethyl silicate: anhydrous ethanol: the volume ratio of the deionized water is 20:1:5:5: 1. Preparation of the coating
Example 1
Mixing the fluorine-silicon modified water-based acrylic emulsion, the defoaming agent and the titanium dioxide at a low speed, and stirring until the mixture is uniformly mixed to obtain a mixed solution; adding modified calcium carbonate, a wetting agent, a thickening agent and a film-forming auxiliary agent into the mixed solution, uniformly stirring, filtering, and standing the filtrate to obtain the water-based marking paint. Wherein, 25 parts of fluorine-silicon modified water-based acrylic emulsion, 45 parts of modified calcium carbonate, 8 parts of titanium dioxide, 1.5 parts of wetting agent, 1 part of defoaming agent, 0.5 part of thickening agent and 0.2 part of film-forming additive.
Example 2
The procedure is as in example 1 except that no thickener is added.
Example 3
The procedure of example 1 was repeated except that no wetting agent was added.
Example 4
The procedure is as in example 1 except that no film-forming aid is added.
Comparative example 1
Calcium carbonate was unmodified, other example 1.
Comparative example 2
The procedure of example 1 was repeated except that the fluorosilicone-modified acrylic emulsion was not used.
Comparative example 3
The procedure of example 1 was repeated, except that neither the fluorosilicone-modified acrylic emulsion nor the calcium carbonate-modified acrylic emulsion was used.
The performance of the waterborne coatings was tested according to JT/T280-2004 and the results are shown in Table 1 below.

Claims (8)
1. A fluorine-silicon modified water-based marking paint comprises, by weight, 20-30 parts of fluorine-silicon modified water-based acrylic emulsion, 40-50 parts of modified calcium carbonate, 5-8 parts of titanium dioxide, and optionally a wetting agent, a defoaming agent, a thickening agent and a film-forming aid, wherein the preparation method of the fluorine-silicon modified water-based acrylic emulsion comprises the following steps: adding acetone into an initiator, stirring to completely dissolve the initiator, adding a chain transfer agent and the mixed monomer, heating, refluxing and preserving heat for reaction under stirring, cooling to room temperature after the reaction is finished, adding a pH regulator, adding deionized water after neutralization, and distilling and recovering the acetone to obtain a water-based acrylic emulsion; wherein the monomer consists of methyl methacrylate, acrylic acid, hydroxyethyl acrylate, vinyl trimethoxy silane and tridecyl octyl acrylate, and the molar ratio of the monomer is 1-2:1-2:1-2:0.1-0.2: 0.01-0.05;
the preparation method of the modified calcium carbonate comprises the following steps: dispersing calcium carbonate in deionized water, stirring uniformly under ultrasonic, adding ammonia water, ethyl silicate, absolute ethyl alcohol and deionized water, stirring uniformly at room temperature to obtain a mixed solution, standing the mixed solution until the mixed solution is naturally dried to obtain a solid mixture, heating the solid mixture to the temperature of 100-150 ℃, and keeping the temperature for 1-2 hours to obtain a compound, and grinding the compound into powder to obtain silicon dioxide coated calcium carbonate powder; wherein the calcium carbonate dispersion liquid: ammonia water: ethyl silicate: anhydrous ethanol: the volume ratio of the deionized water is 15-25:0.5-2:4-6:4-6: 0.5-1.5.
2. The fluorosilicone modified aqueous reticle paint of claim 1, wherein in the preparation method of the fluorosilicone modified aqueous acrylic emulsion, the chain transfer agent is mercaptoethanol; the pH regulator is triethylamine; the initiator is azobisisobutyronitrile.
3. The fluorosilicone modified aqueous reticle paint of claim 1, wherein the calcium carbonate in the preparation method of the modified calcium carbonate is 800-1000 mesh.
4. The fluorosilicone modified aqueous reticle paint of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the wetting agent is cf-10 or the american cyanide high performance wetting agent ot-75; the film-forming additive is alcohol ester twelve; the defoaming agent is one of aqueous defoaming agents OS-5201 and FoamStar A10.
5. The fluorosilicone modified aqueous reticle paint of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the thickener is Rohm and Hass ASE-60.
6. The fluorosilicone modified water-based reticle paint according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the titanium dioxide is rutile type titanium dioxide R800.
7. A method for preparing the fluorosilicone modified water-based reticle paint of any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising the steps of:
mixing the fluorine-silicon modified water-based acrylic emulsion, the defoaming agent and the titanium dioxide at a low speed, and stirring until the mixture is uniformly mixed to obtain a mixed solution;
adding modified calcium carbonate, a wetting agent, a thickening agent and a film-forming auxiliary agent into the mixed solution, uniformly stirring, filtering, and standing the filtrate to obtain the water-based marking paint.
8. The method of claim 7, comprising 1 to 2 parts of a wetting agent, 1 to 2 parts of a defoaming agent, 0.2 to 1 part of a thickener, and 0.1 to 0.5 part of a film-forming aid.
