Abstract

In the existing technology, original works created by users usually do not receive effective copyright protection, and there is no suitable platform to allow original works to be converted into value in a timely manner so that original works can be effectively used. Summary of the invention

In view of the above problems, the present invention is proposed to provide a method and device for copyright transaction of pictures that overcomes the above problems or at least partially solves the above problems.

On the contrary, these embodiments are provided in order to enable a more thorough understanding of the present disclosure and to fully convey the scope of the present disclosure to those skilled in the art.

To solve the above technical problems, an embodiment of the present invention provides a copyright transaction method for an image, which can be applied to the process of selling the copyright of an original image, and the process of selling the copyright of an original image can be implemented through a copyright transaction platform. The embodiment of the present invention generates unique digital fingerprint information for the original image and writes the digital fingerprint information into the blockchain, thereby effectively ensuring the security and validity of the copyright information of the original image based on the decentralized, open, transparent and tamper-proof characteristics of the blockchain. By changing the ownership user of the digital fingerprint of the image recorded in the blockchain to realize the copyright transaction of the image, it can not only more conveniently convert the original image into an equivalent value in a timely manner and meet the needs of the selling and purchasing users, but also effectively avoid subsequent disputes about the copyright ownership of the image, thereby improving the user's picture copyright transaction experience.

Referring to step S104, in one embodiment of the present invention, the specific process of generating unique digital fingerprint information for an original image may include the following steps.

Step 1: Receive the original image uploaded by the selling user and the author information of the original image.

Step 2: Calculate the hash value of the original image using a preset hash algorithm based on the original image and its author information.

In this step, the preset hash algorithm may adopt the SHA1 (Secure Hash Algorithm) algorithm.

Step 3: Generate a private key and a public key pair for the received original image, use the private key to encrypt the hash value of the original image to generate a user signature, and combine the generated user signature and the public key to generate a digital fingerprint.

In this step, the user signature is generated based on the private key and hash value of the original image, which can be used to prove the user's ownership. The signature algorithm used to encrypt the hash value of the original image using the private key can be RSA (public key encryption algorithm) + SHA256.

The digital fingerprint of each original image is globally unique, which can be used for image retrieval and authentication of copyright information. The original length is 23 bytes, and its format can be that the first byte is the version number, the middle 20 bytes are the fingerprint hash value, that is, the fingerprint summary, and the last 2 bytes can be used as the check digit. In this embodiment, the algorithm of the fingerprint summary can adopt ripemd160 (sha256 (pub_key + user_signature)), where pub_key is the user's public key, user_signature is the user's signature, and "+" represents string concatenation. The check digit algorithm adopts sha256 (version number + fingerprint summary), and the result calculated by the algorithm is taken as the first 2 bytes. For example, a digital fingerprint may be: 00bb40895f3ad0425a5c85210cb2fb0329e1b1a4b17a27, where the version number of the digital fingerprint is "00", the fingerprint summary is "bb40895f3ad0425a5c85210cb2fb0329e1b1a4b1", and the check digit is "7a27".

In one embodiment of the present invention, in order to ensure the security of copyright transactions of each user, before receiving the original picture uploaded by the selling user and the copyright owner information of the picture, a registration request carrying user information from any user can also be received. Among them, any user includes a selling user and a purchasing user. Then, the user information is parsed from the received registration request, and a corresponding account is registered for any user based on the user information. Here, it can be defined that the selling user corresponds to the first account, and the purchasing user corresponds to the second account. Then, a unique points storage address is assigned to the successfully registered account, and the account and the corresponding points storage address are bound. In this embodiment, the points storage address can be used to store the revenue points obtained by the user by uploading original pictures.

Referring to step S106, in one embodiment of the present invention, the transaction condition of the original image may be that the selling user receives a designated value of points provided by the purchasing user, wherein the points are obtained by the purchasing user according to a preset point acquisition method. In this embodiment, the designated value of points may be a value of points set by the original image uploader according to the value of the uploaded image.

The above embodiment has introduced that after any user registers a corresponding account, a unique points storage address will be assigned. Therefore, when executing step S108, the standard for judging whether the purchase operation meets the transaction conditions of the original picture can be that if it is known that the points storage address corresponding to the second account (i.e., the account of the purchasing user) transfers the points of a specified value to the points storage address corresponding to the first account (i.e., the account of the selling user), it can be judged that the purchasing user meets the transaction conditions of the original picture. That is, the points of the specified value are reduced from the points storage address corresponding to the second account, and the points of the specified value are added to the points storage address corresponding to the first account.

The following is a detailed introduction to the process of using points for copyright transactions. In this embodiment, see Figure 2a, the purchasing user is "Bob", and the selling user of the purchased object (such as an original picture) is "Alice". When the selling user "Alice" sells the copyright of the original picture, the original picture and the author information of the picture are first uploaded to the copyright protection platform, and the digital fingerprint of the original picture is generated. The specific generation process of the digital fingerprint will be described in detail later. Then, the copyright of the original picture is sold based on the copyright trading platform. The purchasing user "Bob" purchases the copyright of the original picture of "Alice" by consuming points. When it meets the transaction conditions proposed by "Bob", it can obtain the digital fingerprint ownership of the original picture, and then realize the change of the digital fingerprint ownership user of the original picture. For example, the transaction condition is to transfer 200 points from the point storage address corresponding to the account of the purchasing user (such as "Bob") to the point storage address corresponding to the account of the selling user "Alice".

In this process, the process of changing the digital fingerprint ownership of the original picture, the process of transferring points, the process of judging whether the purchase operation of the purchasing user "Bob" meets the transaction conditions, etc. can all be executed based on smart contracts. Smart contracts are computer protocols designed to disseminate, verify or execute contracts in an information-based manner. In an embodiment of the present invention, there may be multiple ways to obtain preset points, which are introduced below respectively.

Method 1: The user completes the account registration for the image copyright transaction, and the corresponding points are allocated to the points storage address corresponding to the user's account.

For example, after a user registers an account, a certain initial numerical points will be allocated to the points storage address of the user account. The user here can be any user, such as a painter, a photography enthusiast,

Method 2: After the user uploads an original picture, the corresponding points are allocated to the points storage address corresponding to the user's account.

In this method, in order to encourage users to upload as many original pictures as possible, after a user uploads an original picture, a certain value of points will be allocated to the points storage address of the user account as a reward. It should be noted that the premise of allocating points to the user account in this method is that the original pictures uploaded by the user are reviewed and analyzed to determine that the picture is indeed the original picture of the user. Here, the process of reviewing and analyzing the original pictures can be calling a preset picture retrieval engine, using the picture retrieval engine to retrieve the same picture as the picture uploaded by the selling user from the network, and obtain the retrieval result. If the retrieval result shows that no identical pictures are found, the uploaded picture is the original picture of the user. If the retrieval result shows that the same picture is found, the uploaded picture is not the original picture of the user.

Method three: When a user sells original pictures, corresponding points will be allocated to the points storage address corresponding to the user's account.

This method actually corresponds to the above embodiment described in which when a purchasing user makes a purchase operation on an original picture with a to-be-sold mark and the purchase operation meets the transaction conditions of the original picture, points of a specified value are transferred from the points storage address corresponding to the purchasing user's account to the points storage address corresponding to the selling user's account.

Method 4: When a user completes other integral tasks with corresponding numerical integrals, corresponding numerical integrals are allocated to the integral storage address corresponding to the user's account.

In this way, users can complete the points tasks issued by the copyright trading platform or the points tasks issued by the third task publisher through the copyright trading platform to obtain points corresponding to the task in the points storage address corresponding to the account. For example, the points task can be a commercial picture matching task. Users can obtain points of corresponding values by uploading appropriate original pictures for the picture matching task and under the condition that the original pictures meet the task requirements of the picture matching task.

The points allocated to the community are used to reward those who have contributed to the organization, publicity and promotion of copyright platform activities. For example, the points obtained by using the points acquisition methods 1, 2 and 4 described above can also come from this part of points.

In an embodiment of the present invention, users can also check the points on their accounts at any time, and use the points on their accounts to exchange for items of equal value. In one embodiment of the present invention, in order to improve the information of the original picture, to better manage the original picture, and to help the purchasing user to have a deeper understanding of the original picture, other relevant information of the original picture uploaded by the selling user can be further received, and a corresponding relationship between the other relevant information of the original picture and the original picture is established, and the corresponding relationship is stored. Among them, the original picture related information may include at least one of the type, title, creator information, work introduction, etc. of the original picture. This embodiment stores other relevant information of the original picture, which is actually a simple registration process of the copyright related information of the original picture.

For example, in this embodiment, the copyright-related information of the original picture can be input through the corresponding copyright registration interface. Referring to FIG. 3, the "registration information" interface is the corresponding copyright registration interface, and FIG. 3 only shows part of the content of the "registration information" interface. In FIG. 3, the selling user can start the work registration by clicking the "register work" button. When the user clicks the "upload work" button, the original picture is uploaded, and then the type corresponding to the picture is selected through the drop-down menu in the "product type" option. For example, if the uploaded original picture is a photo, the product type can be directly selected as a photo. The user continues to register the information of the original picture by filling in the information in the options such as "work name", "author", and "copyright holder". Here, there is a "+" mark after "author" and "copyright holder", which means that multiple "authors" and "copyright holders" can be filled in. Of course, if the user regrets in the process of filling in the registration information and does not want to continue to register the work information, the registration information can also be cancelled by clicking the "cancel release" button.

The above introduces a simple registration process for information related to the copyright of original pictures. In order to further improve the copyright registration of original pictures and make the copyright registration of original pictures more secure and reliable, the embodiments of the present invention can also use trusted timestamps and digital signature technologies, and combine blockchain to provide ownership proof and existence proof services that comply with the international X9.95 protocol standard, to improve the copyright registration of copyrighted pictures (such as original pictures) to more effectively protect original content.

Before registering the copyright of an original image, it is also necessary to obtain the evidence data items corresponding to the original image, including the digital fingerprint, hash value, author information, upload timestamp and user signature. Here, the generation method of the digital fingerprint and user signature included in the evidence data items has been introduced above and will not be repeated here. The author information can be uploaded by the user. The upload timestamp of the original image can be obtained in two ways. One is to receive a trusted timestamp from an authority that carries the signature information of the authority, and use the trusted timestamp of the authority as the upload timestamp of the original image. The other is to use the user declaration time as the upload time of the original image, where the user declaration time is declared by the user who uploaded the original image.

In this embodiment, other attribute information of the original image (such as the type, title, and brief introduction of the original image), evidence data items (such as digital fingerprints, hash values, author information, upload timestamps, etc.), and public keys are written into the blockchain. The data information written into the blockchain is also stored in the corresponding storage system, so that a more complete copyright registration of the original image can be achieved.

The above information can be stored in a distributed storage system (such as a redis storage system) in a kv (Key-Value) format, where the digital fingerprint can be used as the key, and other attribute information, public keys, and stored data items of the original image can be used as the value. This storage method can facilitate the subsequent search for stored data items or other attribute information of the original image, that is, it can realize off-chain query.

After storing the corresponding relationship between other relevant information of the original image and the original image, the user can also edit and browse other relevant information. Of course, the user can also modify the copyright owner information of the previously uploaded image, the transaction conditions of the original image, etc.

For example, when a request for editing the transaction conditions and other related information of an original picture from a selling user is received, corresponding editing operations can be performed on the transaction conditions and other related information of the original picture based on the editing request. Here, the editing operations can include modification operations, deletion operations, addition operations, etc.

For another example, when a browsing request for the transaction conditions and other related information of the selling user for the original image is received, a corresponding browsing operation can be performed on the transaction conditions and other related information of the original image based on the browsing request.

For another example, when receiving a user's request to edit and browse the transaction conditions of an original picture and other related information, the corresponding browsing operation may be performed first and then the corresponding editing operation, or the corresponding editing operation may be performed first and then the corresponding browsing operation.

Based on the same inventive concept, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a copyright transaction device for a picture, and Fig. 4 shows a schematic diagram of the structure of the copyright transaction device for a picture according to an embodiment of the present invention. In one embodiment of the present invention, the changing module 430 is further adapted to change the to-be-sold mark of the original image to the sold mark after changing the ownership user of the digital fingerprint information of the original image to the purchasing user.

The embodiment of the present invention also provides another copyright transaction device for pictures, and Fig. 5 shows a schematic diagram of the structure of the copyright transaction device for pictures according to another embodiment of the present invention. Referring to Fig. 5, the copyright transaction device 400 for pictures includes, in addition to a first receiving module 410, a generating module 420, and a changing module 430, a registration module 440, and a binding module 450.

The first receiving module 410 is further adapted to receive a registration request carrying user information from any user before receiving the original image uploaded by the selling user and the copyright owner information of the image, wherein the any user includes the selling user and the purchasing user.

The registration module 440 is coupled to the first receiving module 410 and is adapted to parse the user information from the received registration request and register a corresponding account for any user based on the user information, wherein the selling user corresponds to the first account and the purchasing user corresponds to the second account.

The binding module 450 is coupled to the registration module 440 and the change module 430 respectively, and is suitable for allocating a unique points storage address to a successfully registered account, and binding the account and the corresponding points storage address.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the transaction conditions of the original pictures include: the selling user receives points of a specified value provided by the purchasing user, wherein the points are obtained by the purchasing user according to a preset points acquisition method.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the change module 430 is also suitable for, if the points of a specified value in the points storage address corresponding to the second account are transferred to the points storage address corresponding to the first account, it is determined that the purchasing user meets the transaction conditions for the original picture.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the preset points acquisition method includes at least one of the following:

According to any one of the above preferred embodiments or a combination of multiple preferred embodiments, the embodiments of the present invention can achieve the following beneficial effects:

In an embodiment of the present invention, in the process of selling the copyright of an original picture, the original picture uploaded by the selling user and the copyright owner information of the picture can be received first. Then, a unique digital fingerprint information is generated for the original picture, and the digital fingerprint information is written into the blockchain, identifying the copyright owner of the original picture as the owner user of the digital fingerprint information. Then, the transaction conditions for the original picture submitted by the selling user are received, and a to-be-sold mark is added to the original picture. If a purchase operation of the original picture carrying the to-be-sold mark is received from the purchasing user, and it is judged that the purchase operation meets the transaction conditions of the original picture, the owner user of the digital fingerprint information of the original picture is changed to the purchasing user. Thus, the embodiment of the present invention generates unique digital fingerprint information for the original picture, and writes the digital fingerprint information into the blockchain, so that the security and validity of the copyright information of the original picture can be effectively guaranteed based on the decentralized, open, transparent and tamper-proof characteristics of the blockchain. By changing the ownership user of the digital fingerprint of the picture recorded in the blockchain to realize the copyright transaction of the picture, it is not only possible to more conveniently convert the original picture into an equivalent value in a timely manner, and meet the needs of the selling user and the purchasing user, but also to effectively avoid subsequent disputes about the ownership of the picture copyright, and improve the user picture copyright transaction experience.

1. A copyright trading method of pictures is applied to an original picture copyright selling process, and comprises the following steps:

receiving original pictures and copyright owner information of the pictures uploaded by a selling user;

Generating unique digital fingerprint information for the original picture, writing the digital fingerprint information into a blockchain, and identifying the copyright owner of the original picture as an ownership user of the digital fingerprint information, wherein the generating unique digital fingerprint information for the original picture comprises the following steps: receiving author information of original pictures uploaded by a selling user; calculating a hash value of the original picture by adopting a preset hash algorithm based on the original picture and the author information thereof; generating a private key and a public key pair for the received original picture, encrypting a hash value of the original picture by using the private key to generate a user signature, and combining the generated user signature and the public key to generate a digital fingerprint;

receiving transaction conditions submitted by the selling user aiming at the original picture, and adding an identifier to be sold for the original picture;

if the purchase operation of the purchase user on the original picture carrying the mark to be sold is received, and the purchase operation is judged to be in accordance with the transaction condition of the original picture, the ownership user of the digital fingerprint information of the original picture is changed into the purchase user.

2. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to receiving the original picture uploaded by the selling user and the copyright owner information for the picture, further comprising:

Receiving a registration request carrying user information from any user, wherein the any user comprises the selling user and the purchasing user;

analyzing the user information from the received registration request, and registering a corresponding account for any user based on the user information, wherein the selling user corresponds to a first account and the purchasing user corresponds to a second account;

and allocating a unique point storage address for the successfully registered account, and binding the account with the point storage address corresponding to the account.

3. The method of claim 1, wherein the transaction condition of the original picture comprises:

and the selling user receives the points of the appointed numerical value provided by the purchasing user, wherein the points are obtained by the purchasing user according to a preset point obtaining mode.

4. The method of claim 2, wherein the determining that the purchase operation meets the transaction condition of the original picture comprises:

and if the points with the specified numerical value in the point storage address corresponding to the second account are transferred to the point storage address corresponding to the first account, judging that the purchasing user accords with the transaction condition of the original picture.

and the user completes other point tasks with corresponding numerical value points, and the points with the corresponding numerical values are distributed to the point storage addresses corresponding to the account where the user is located.

9. The method of claim 7, wherein after establishing the correspondence between the other related information of the original picture and the original picture, further comprises:

receiving an editing request and/or a browsing request of the selling user for the transaction condition and other related information of the original picture;

and executing corresponding operations on the transaction conditions and other related information of the original picture based on the editing request and/or the browsing request.

10. A copyright transaction apparatus for pictures, comprising:

the first receiving module is suitable for receiving original pictures and copyright owner information of the pictures uploaded by a selling user;

the generation module is suitable for generating unique digital fingerprint information for the original picture, writing the digital fingerprint information into a blockchain, and identifying the copyright owner of the original picture as an ownership user of the digital fingerprint information;
