Abstract

蜂王浆、蜂毒为主要成分,再配以酮康唑、明矾、水杨
酸等组成。本药物具有安全无毒、无刺激性、抑制癣
菌生长、消炎止痒镇痛、促进组织细胞再生功能,对皮
肤真菌有极强的杀灭作用。其制备工艺简单、价格低
廉、使用方便、施药量小,适合于所有脚癣病患者使
用,并有特殊疗效。
Description
本发明涉及一种治疗脚癣病的药物及其制备工艺,属于药品制造领域。
脚癣(俗称脚气、香港脚)是一种发病率很高的多发性皮肤病,尤其是井下工人、部队战士、运动员、钢铁工人、南方广大城乡、亚热带、热带的人群发病率更为集中和居高。加上公共浴池、公用拖鞋等的交叉传染,致使60-70%的人患有此病。患病初期脚趾间瘙痒难忍,抓破皮肤后水血津流若有细菌感染则患处潮湿糜烂、脚趾浮肿、流出浓血水并有臭味。此病给患者的生活、工作及学习带来很大影响,严重时还得住院治疗,但没有特殊效果。我国传统医学认为此病因脾胃两经湿热下注而成或久居湿地、或水浆浸渍,湿毒浸淫肌肤所致。西医则认为是由真菌感染而引起的。目前临床常用“脚癣一次净”“脚气灵”、“足光粉”、“达克宁”、“脚气膏”、“土槿皮酊”等药物治疗,虽能暂时止痒、减缓症状,用量较大,短期内还有复发。加之有些药物如“土槿皮酊”、“脚癣一次净”等刺激性较大,使用时疼痛难忍,给患者带来很大痛苦。迄今为止还没见到治疗该病的特效药物。
本发明的目的就是针对上述背景技术中的不足,而提供一种用量较少、价格较低,能抑制真菌感染,抗菌消炎、止痒除臭的治疗脚癣病的药物及其制备工艺。
实现本发明目的的技术解决方案是这样的:本发明所述的药物中含有蜂胶2.5-5.0克、蜂王浆0.8-3.0克、酮康唑0.8-3.0克、苯甲酸3.0-7.0克、硼酸10.0-19.0克、明矾10.0-19.0克、鞣酸10.0-19.0克、氯化钠15.0-27.0克、水杨酸15.0-27.0克、蜂毒0.001-0.005克。其制备工艺是按用量将蜂胶在-8℃-0℃的温度内冷冻5-16小时后研粉过120目筛,再按量加入酮康唑、苯甲酸、硼酸、明矾、鞣酸、氯化钠、水杨酸研粉混合,再加入冻干王浆和蜂毒细粉研磨均匀封装即可。
以下结合实施例对本发明做一说明。
首先将2.5-5.0克的蜂胶在-8℃-0℃的温度下冷冻7-12小时,使其硬脆后进行研磨并过120目筛,再将0.9-2.8克的酮康唑、3.2-6.7克的苯甲酸、10.5-18.0克的硼酸、10.5-18.0克的明矾、10.5-18.0克的鞣酸、15.2-25.0克的氯化钠、15.5-25.0克的水杨酸细粉加入并搅拌混合,再在以上的混合粉中加入冻干王浆0.8-3.0克和蜂毒0.001-0.005克、细粉混合均匀后封装即可。
本药物中所含各成份的功效:
蜂胶:含有黄酮、黄烷醇、黄烷酮、槲皮素、肉桂酸、肉桂醇、香草醛、咖啡酸及5-羟基2-7-二甲氧基黄酮、5-7-二羟基-2,4-二甲氧基黄酮及阿魏酸等。蜂胶对细菌、真菌、病毒具有抑制及其杀灭作用,还能消炎、镇痛、止痒、促进组织再生。
蜂王浆:含有10-羟基癸烯酸(又名王浆酸)及活性多肽等。蜂王浆具有促进生长发育和复壮作用,能使衰老和受损的组织细胞被新细胞所代替,使细胞功能正常化。
苯甲酸、硼酸、水杨酸、鞣酸:均有抗癣菌、抑制其生长的作用,并可软化角质层细胞。
氯化钠:可防腐消炎。
明矾:具有收涩、抑菌作用。
酮康唑:能抑制癣菌生长,治疗皮肤真菌性感染。
蜂毒:可以使局部麻醉,并能增加抗体。
本发明所述的药物经陕西省中医药研究院进行的各项实验结果如下:
一、急性毒性实验:取18-22克的ICR品系小白鼠雌雄各10只禁食(不禁水)过夜后按0.2毫升/20克(相当于成人用药量的100倍)灌胃,观察7天皆无异常反应。经解剖观察心、肝、脾、肺、肾等重要脏器皆无异常发现。
二、药效学实验:
1、按常规实验方法用鼠背部皮肤进行刺激及过敏实验,该药物不引起皮肤红斑、水肿,不引起皮肤糜烂。用家兔进行皮肤急性毒性实验亦无毒性反应。
2、对外伤(手术划痕)后的破损皮肤无刺激作用,并有迅速止血、促进皮肤愈合的作用。
3、用浸湿纸片粘附该药物贴敷于接种各种细菌的培养皿上培养24小时,结论是能抑制自脚癣患者皮肤分离出的白色表皮毛癣菌作用。
4、用小白鼠醋酸扭体法实验证明该药物具有显著的镇痛作用。
临床应用共观察158例,显效率为98%,用药后迅速痊愈,一年内无复发。表现为止痒、止痛、止渗出,破损皮肤很快愈合,一周内蜕皮病好转、痊愈。患者睡前洗净双脚,将该药物粉末涂摸于患处。轻者用药1克,重者用药2-4克即可痊愈。
本发明由于采用了蜜蜂系列产品如蜂胶、蜂王浆及蜂毒为主要成份,再配以酮康唑、明矾、水杨酸等药物,具有安全无毒、无刺激性、抑制癣菌生长、防腐消炎、除臭、收涩止痒镇痛、促进组织细胞再生功能、对皮肤真菌有极强的杀灭作用。本药物制备工艺简单、价格低廉、施药量少、使用方便,适合于所有脚癣病患者作用,并有特殊的疗效。
Claims (3)
1、一种治疗脚癣病的药物,其中包括苯甲酸、水杨酸,本发明的特征在于该药物中含有蜂胶2.5-5.0克、蜂王浆0.8-3.0克、酮康唑0.8-3.0克、苯甲酸3.0-7.0克、硼酸10.0-19.0克、明矾10.0-19.0克、鞣酸10.0-19.0克、氯化钠15.0-27.0克、水杨酸15.0-27.0克、蜂毒0.001-0.005克。
2、根据权利要求1所述的药物,其特征是所述的蜂胶为冻干蜂胶;蜂王浆为冻干蜂王浆。
3、一种制备治疗脚癣病的药物的工艺,包括混合、研粉工序,其特征是将2.5-5.0克的蜂胶在-8℃-0℃的温度中冷冻5-16小时后研粉过120目筛,再加入酮康唑0.8-3.0克、苯甲酸3.0-7.0克、硼酸10.0-19.0克、明矾10.0-19.0克、鞣酸10.0-19.0克、氯化钠15.0-27.0克、水杨酸15.0-27.0克研粉并混合,最后加入冻干蜂王浆0.8-3.0克和蜂毒0.001-0.005克细粉研磨均匀。
