The initial hydrostatic pressure is more than 100kPa, the hydrostatic pressure is still kept more than 80kPa after 5 times of washing, the hydrostatic pressure can reach more than 60kPa after 10 times of washing, the hydrostatic pressure index is reduced less after multiple times of washing, heavy rain and heavy rain can be still prevented, the water impermeability is excellent, namely, the waterproof and rainproof performance is durable, and the requirement of the water impermeability and the protective performance of the product after multiple times of washing is met.
Moisture permeability index before washing and after washing for many times can reach 6000 g/(m)2D) above, the moisture permeability is high, the sweat of the human body can be timely discharged on the premise of meeting high waterproof performance, the internal environment is kept dry and comfortable, and the waterproof moisture permeability function is lasting and remarkable.
The indexes of the water-proof, oil-proof and antifouling in the comparative examples 1-5 are initial, and are slightly lower than 3 grades after partial washing, the phenomena of layering and foaming of the adhesive surface of the coating and the cloth surface mostly occur after washing, the hydrostatic pressure index is greatly reduced, the hydrostatic pressure is more than 10kPa after 5 times of washing, only 4-8kPa exists after 10 times of washing, the water impermeability is obviously reduced, the water resistance is greatly reduced, and the requirement on lasting rainproof performance cannot be met, namely, the water-proof, oil-proof, antifouling and waterproof moisture permeability cannot simultaneously meet the lasting protective performance.
In conclusion, the fabric obtained by the processing method of the invention meets the requirements of the fabric on lasting water resistance, oil resistance and antifouling performance, improves the bonding fastness of the waterproof moisture-permeable coating adhesive and the fabric, improves the hydrostatic pressure index of the fabric after washing, ensures the durability of the waterproof moisture-permeable function, and ensures that the fabric has excellent and lasting comprehensive water resistance, oil resistance, antifouling performance, water resistance and moisture permeability.
Claims (2)
1. A processing method of durable waterproof, oil-proof, antifouling, waterproof and moisture-permeable fabric is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) fabric: polyester and nylon woven fabric;
(2) finishing the waterproof, oil-proof and antifouling fabric: the durable fluorine-based waterproof, oil-proof and antifouling agent is adopted to carry out padding finishing on the fabric to obtain the waterproof, oil-proof and antifouling fabric, namely the waterproof, oil-proof and antifouling fabric
(2-1) preparing a waterproof, oil-proof and antifouling finishing agent: preparing a durable fluorine water-proof oil-proof antifouling finishing agent 50-80g/L and a water-based blocked isocyanate crosslinking agent 10-20g/L aqueous solution from the durable fluorine water-proof oil-proof antifouling finishing agent, the water-based blocked isocyanate crosslinking agent and water, and adjusting the pH value to 4-6 by using glacial acetic acid or citric acid;
the durable fluorine-based waterproof, oil-proof and antifouling finishing agent is a durable C8 fluorine-based waterproof, oil-proof and antifouling finishing agent or a durable C6 fluorine-based waterproof, oil-proof and antifouling finishing agent;
(2-2) padding and finishing the fabric: padding and finishing the fabric in the finishing liquid prepared in the step (2-1), fully penetrating the finishing liquid, drying the fabric at 120-140 ℃ with the rolling residual rate of 40-65%, and baking the fabric at 170-180 ℃ for 50-60 seconds to obtain the waterproof, oil-proof and antifouling fabric;
(3) sanding treatment: sanding the reverse side of the fabric subjected to the waterproof, oil-proof and antifouling finishing in the step (2) to obtain fine, dense and short velvet on the reverse side of the fabric;
(4) and (3) calendering treatment: calendering the ground rough surface of the fabric obtained in the step (3), wherein the calendering temperature is 100-120 ℃, the pressure is 9-11 MPa, and the fabric speed is 20-30 m/min;
(5) and (3) waterproof moisture-permeable coating treatment:
(5-1) primer preparation:

firstly, coating a primer A, baking for 60-90 s at the baking oven temperature of 100-130 ℃, and increasing the dry weight by 25-35 g/m2;
