环保保健型纺织品的生产工艺,采用大密度棉纱、芳烃聚酰亚胺纤维和活性炭纤维混纺成复合布料,大密度棉纱、芳烃聚酰亚胺纤维和活性炭纤维的混纺质量比为5~8:3~5:1,将混纺布料通过印花、烘干、汽蒸、水洗、烘焙和整理得到印花成品,与此同时采用聚丙烯原料制成防滑底垫,将印花成品在防滑底垫上经过植绒、烘干、汽蒸和包边工序,得到成品。本发明采用耐火防水性能优良的芳烃聚酰亚胺纤维结合棉纱和活性碳纤维环保材料实现纺织品的净化空气和防水耐火性能,采用染浴添加剂对疏水性纺织材料进行染色印花,改善了疏水亚胺纤维染色亲和力,保证纺织品高升华、水洗摩擦牢度的同时,赋予混纺布料鲜艳色彩和柔软手感,也避免生产中高浓度色水产生。

本发明涉及纺织品加工生产技术领域,具体涉及一种环保保健型纺织品的生产工艺。
背景技术
地毯地垫,是以棉、麻、毛、丝、草等天然纤维或化学合成纤维类原料,经手工或机械工艺进行编结、栽绒或纺织而成的地面铺敷物,目前市场上的地毯仅仅起到铺垫装饰的作用,功能比较单一。随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对地毯地垫的功能要求越来越高,而且对于地毯地垫的造型和美观上的要求也越来越高。
现有地毯地垫耐火性能较差,而且不具备空气净化功能,芳烃聚酰亚胺纤维具有非常好的热稳定性,抗火性,抗化学性,绝缘性,以及高强度及模数,特别适合用于室内外的装饰地毯或地垫,例如美国杜邦公司研制出一种新型复合材料聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺,并以"Kevlar"作为其商标。这是一种芳烃聚酰亚胺纤维,众所周知芳烃聚酰亚胺纤维难以染色,而且在高温下酸性环境中会发生分解,因此如何改善疏水亚胺纤维染色亲和力,在保证纺织品高升华、水洗摩擦牢度的同时,赋予亚胺纤维鲜艳色彩和柔软手感,同时避免高浓度色水产生成为行业中重点研究的课题;活性碳纤维是经过活化的含碳纤维,将某种含碳纤维(如酚醛基纤维、PAN基纤维、黏胶基纤维、沥青基纤维等)经过高温活化(不同的活化方法活化温度不一样),使其表面产生纳米级的孔径,增加比表面积,从而改变其物化特性,如果将活性碳纤维用于地毯地垫中,必能实现地毯地垫的环保功能。

本发明提供了一种环保保健型纺织品的生产工艺,以解决现有技术存在的耐火性能较差和不具备空气净化功能的问题。

一种环保保健型纺织品的生产工艺,原料采用大密度棉纱、芳烃聚酰亚胺纤维和活性炭纤维,将各种原料按配比混纺成复合布料,大密度棉纱、芳烃聚酰亚胺纤维和活性炭纤维的混纺质量比为5~8:3~5:1,将混纺布料通过印花、烘干、汽蒸、水洗、烘焙和整理得到印花成品,与此同时采用聚丙烯原料制成防滑底垫,将印花成品在防滑底垫上经过植绒、烘干、汽蒸和包边工序,得到成品,具体工艺步骤如下:
(1)混纺染色:按照混纺质量比为5~8:3~5:1将大密度棉纱、芳烃聚酰亚胺纤维和活性炭纤维混纺成复合布料,复合布料在染裕添加剂中染色,染裕添加剂由 50%~70%去离子水;5%~10%硝酸钾;5%~10%丁酮;10%~20%苄醇;0.5%~1.5%乙二醇乙醚乙酸酯;0.1%~1.0%可生物降解溶剂;0.5%~1.5%醋酸;0.5%~1.5%氯化钠;0.1%~1.0%氢氧化钠;0.5%~1.5%对苯二胺;0.5%~1.5%阴离子表面活性剂以及0.1%~1.0%硫酸组成,染裕添加剂占复合布料质量的0.5%~6%,染色再通过烘干、汽蒸、水洗、烘焙和整理得到印花成品,上述染裕添加剂制备时,各种原料按照以下顺序加入水;苄醇;丁酮;乙二醇乙醚乙酸酯;可生物降解溶剂;阴离子表面活性剂;醋酸;硝酸钾;氯化钠;氢氧化钠;硫酸;对苯二胺;然后搅拌混合,同时升温至35℃~50℃之间;
(2)植绒:在采用聚丙烯原料制成防滑底垫上涂覆丙烯酸树脂胶,丙烯酸树脂胶中混合酰基苯胺类抗菌剂,酰基苯胺类抗菌剂的添加质量不大于丙烯酸树脂胶的5%,然后将步骤(1)得到的印花成品在防滑底垫上植绒;
(3)植绒成品送至恒温烘箱中进行化学反应,达到固色增色效果,烘干温度控制在140℃;
(4)烘干后进行汽蒸,汽蒸温度为160℃~210℃,汽蒸时间为5~30分钟;
(5)起征后的产品进行裁剪包边后,便可入库。
上述阴离子表面活性剂为壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵。
上述可生物降解溶剂为乳酸甲酯。
本发明采用耐火和防水性能优良的芳烃聚酰亚胺纤维结合大密度棉纱和活性碳纤维环保材料经配料、植绒、挂胶、烘干、汽蒸、包边工序实现纺织品的净化空气和防水耐火性能,采用染浴添加剂对疏水性纺织材料进行一体染色印花,改善了疏水亚胺纤维染色亲和力,在保证纺织品高升华、水洗摩擦牢度的同时,赋予混纺布料鲜艳色彩和柔软手感,也避免生产中高浓度色水产生。
具体实施方式
一种环保保健型纺织品的生产工艺,原料采用大密度棉纱、芳烃聚酰亚胺纤维和活性炭纤维,将各种原料按配比混纺成复合布料,大密度棉纱、芳烃聚酰亚胺纤维和活性炭纤维的混纺质量比为5~8:3~5:1,将混纺布料通过印花、烘干、汽蒸、水洗、烘焙和整理得到印花成品,与此同时采用聚丙烯原料制成防滑底垫,将印花成品在防滑底垫上经过植绒、烘干、汽蒸和包边工序,得到成品,具体工艺步骤如下:

(2)植绒:在采用聚丙烯原料制成防滑底垫上涂覆丙烯酸树脂胶,丙烯酸树脂胶中混合酰基苯胺类抗菌剂,酰基苯胺类抗菌剂的添加质量不大于丙烯酸树脂胶的5%,然后将步骤(1)得到的印花成品在防滑底垫上植绒;
(3)植绒成品送至恒温烘箱中进行化学反应,达到固色增色效果,烘干温度控制在140℃;
(4)烘干后进行汽蒸,汽蒸温度为160℃~210℃,汽蒸时间为5~30分钟;
(5)起征后的产品进行裁剪包边后,便可入库。

Claims (3)
1.一种环保保健型纺织品的生产工艺,其特征是原料采用大密度棉纱、芳烃聚酰亚胺纤维和活性炭纤维,将各种原料按配比混纺成复合布料,大密度棉纱、芳烃聚酰亚胺纤维和活性炭纤维的混纺质量比为5~8:3~5:1,将混纺布料通过印花、烘干、汽蒸、水洗、烘焙和整理得到印花成品,与此同时采用聚丙烯原料制成防滑底垫,将印花成品在防滑底垫上经过植绒、烘干、汽蒸和包边工序,得到成品,具体工艺步骤如下:
(1)混纺染色:按照混纺质量比为5~8:3~5:1将大密度棉纱、芳烃聚酰亚胺纤维和活性炭纤维混纺成复合布料,复合布料在染裕添加剂中染色,染裕添加剂由 50%~70%去离子水;5%~10%硝酸钾;5%~10%丁酮;10%~20%苄醇;0.5%~1.5%乙二醇乙醚乙酸酯;0.1%~1.0%可生物降解溶剂;0.5%~1.5%醋酸;0.5%~1.5%氯化钠;0.1%~1.0%氢氧化钠;0.5%~1.5%对苯二胺;0.5%~1.5%阴离子表面活性剂以及0.1%~1.0%硫酸组成,染裕添加剂占复合布料质量的0.5%~6%,染色再通过烘干、汽蒸、水洗、烘焙和整理得到印花成品,上述染裕添加剂制备时,各种原料按照以下顺序加入水;苄醇;丁酮;乙二醇乙醚乙酸酯;可生物降解溶剂;阴离子表面活性剂;醋酸;硝酸钾;氯化钠;氢氧化钠;硫酸;对苯二胺;然后搅拌混合,同时升温至35℃~50℃之间;
(2)植绒:在采用聚丙烯原料制成防滑底垫上涂覆丙烯酸树脂胶,丙烯酸树脂胶中混合酰基苯胺类抗菌剂,酰基苯胺类抗菌剂的添加质量不大于丙烯酸树脂胶的5%,然后将步骤(1)得到的印花成品在防滑底垫上植绒;
(3)植绒成品送至恒温烘箱中进行化学反应,达到固色增色效果,烘干温度控制在140℃;
(4)烘干后进行汽蒸,汽蒸温度为160℃~210℃,汽蒸时间为5~30分钟;
(5)起征后的产品进行裁剪包边后,便可入库。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保保健型纺织品的生产工艺,其特征是阴离子表面活性剂为壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保保健型纺织品的生产工艺,其特征是可生物降解溶剂为乳酸甲酯。
