As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the heating device 100 includes a heating housing 10 and a heat generating structure 40 detachably mounted to the heating housing 10. The heating housing 10 is provided with a first connector 30, the heating structure 40 includes a second connector 45, and the first connector 30 and the second connector 45 are detachably and elastically connected to each other, so that the heating structure 40 is mounted on the heating housing 10 to heat food.
In this way, the heating structure 40 is firmly mounted to the heating housing 10 through the first plug connector 30 and the second plug connector 45 which are detachably and elastically plugged. When the heating structure 40 needs to be cleaned, the heating structure 40 can be easily pulled out for independent cleaning, so that the hidden danger of sanitation and safety of the oven is eliminated.
Specifically, the heating housing 10 includes a heating liner 12 and a rear riser 14.
The heating liner 12 has a hollow, cubic structure including a bottom wall 121, a left side wall 122, a right side wall 123, a rear side wall 124, and a top wall 125. Wherein the bottom wall 121 has a rectangular plate-like structure. The left side wall 122 and the right side wall 123 are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the bottom wall 121 in the length direction, and the left side wall 122 and the right side wall 123 are parallel to each other and are disposed vertically with respect to the bottom wall 121. The rear side wall 124 is connected to one side of the bottom wall 121 in the width direction, and the rear side wall 124 is connected between the left side wall 122 and the right side wall 123, and is disposed perpendicular to the bottom wall 121, the left side wall 122 and the right side wall 123. The top wall 125 is parallel to and spaced from the bottom wall 121 and connects the left, right and rear side walls 122, 123, 124 to a side of the bottom wall 121.
Thus, the bottom wall 121, the left side wall 122, the right side wall 123 and the top wall 125 together form the heating cavity 126, and the end of the heating cavity 126 away from the rear side wall 124 forms an open end, so that food can be placed into the heating cavity 126 through the open end.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the rear riser 14 is mounted to a side of the rear sidewall 124 facing away from the heating chamber 126. The rear riser 14 is provided with a recess, the edge of which protrudes towards one side of the rear side wall 124 to form a support structure 141 for fixing the first plug 30.
Referring to fig. 1,2 and 4, the heating device 100 further includes a socket base 20, where the socket base 20 is detachably mounted on the heating housing 10, and is used for mounting the first socket connector 30 on the heating housing 10.
Specifically, the plugging base 20 is a shell structure with one end open, and is provided with a base bottom wall and a base side wall surrounding the base bottom wall, and the two ends of the base side wall in the length direction of the plugging base 20 are respectively provided with a connecting lug. The plugging base 20 is limited in the supporting structure 141, and the connecting lugs are fixedly connected with the supporting structure 141 of the rear vertical plate 14 through fasteners such as screws.
The base bottom wall 121 is provided with first plug connector mounting holes communicated with the base mounting cavity and the external environment, and a plurality of first plug connector mounting holes are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the base bottom wall 121. One end of each first plug connector 30 is correspondingly inserted into one first plug connector mounting hole and extends out of the rear vertical plate 14, and is injection molded with the bottom wall 121 of the base; the other end of the first plug 30 extends out of the base mounting cavity and through the rear sidewall 124 of the heating bladder 12 into the heating cavity 126. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the docking station 20 may be mounted directly to the heating bladder 12.
The heat generating structure 40 includes a heat generating component 41, a connector 43, and a plurality of second connectors 45 connected to the heat generating component 41. Specifically, the connecting member 43 has a strip structure, and the connecting member 43 is provided with a plurality of second plug member connecting holes at intervals along the length direction. Each second plug connector 45 is correspondingly inserted into one second plug connector connecting hole, one end of each second plug connector 45 extends out of one side of the connecting piece 43 to be plugged with the first plug connector 30, and the other end of each second plug connector 45 extends out of the other side of the connecting piece 43 to be connected with the heating component 41. The heating assembly 41 includes a plurality of heating pipes, wherein at least two ends of the heating pipes are respectively connected to a second plug 45, and the middle part of the heating pipe is bent and extended according to the shape of the heating liner 12 to form a larger heating area. In one embodiment, the heating tube and the second connector 45 are integrally formed as a single piece, and in other embodiments, the heating tube and the second connector 45 are also detachably connected.
In particular, in one embodiment, the heat generating component 41 includes a first heat generating tube 412, a second heat generating tube 414, and a third heat generating tube 416. The two ends of the first heating tube 412 are connected to form a substantially rectangular ring structure, and are electrically connected to the third heating tube 416 through the electrical connector 43; the second heating tube 414 surrounds the first heating tube 412, and two ends of the second heating tube 414 extend in parallel at intervals to be respectively connected with two second connectors 45; the third heating tube 416 surrounds the second heating tube 414, and two ends of the third heating tube 416 extend in parallel at intervals to be connected to the two second connectors 45, respectively.
Thus, the first plug 30 is at least partially located in the heating cavity 126, the heating component 41 is detachably mounted in the heating cavity 126 from the open end of the heating cavity 126, and the first plug 30 and the second plug 45 are elastically plugged at the end located in the heating cavity 126. The elastic plug means that when the first plug 30 and the second plug 45 are plugged with each other, one of the first plug 30 and the second plug 45 can be elastically deformed in the radial direction under the action of the other. When the first plug 30 and the second plug 45 are separated from each other, the deformation of the first plug 30 or the second plug 45, which is elastically deformed before, disappears and returns to the original state. Therefore, the first plug 30 and the second plug 45 can be stably connected when the heat generating structure 40 is mounted to the heating housing 10. When the heating structure 40 needs to be disassembled, the first plug connector 30 can be easily disassembled from the second plug connector 45.
In some embodiments, the first connector 30 is provided with a plug hole, and one end of the second connector 45 is detachably inserted into the plug hole to connect with the first connector 30.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the second connector 45 is substantially cylindrical. The first connector 30 comprises a first guiding section 32, a first resilient connector section 34, a first connecting section 36 and a first electrical connecting section 38 connected in sequence.
In the axial direction of the plugging hole, the inner diameter of the first guiding section 32 gradually increases from one end connected with the first elastic plugging section 34 to the other end, so as to provide guiding for the first plug connector 30 and reduce the plugging difficulty of the first plug connector 30. In the axial direction of the plugging hole, the inner diameter of the first elastic plugging section 34 gradually decreases from one end connected with the first guiding section 32 to one end connected with the first connecting section 36, and the first elastic plugging section 34 is provided with a plurality of expansion holes 341 extending along the axial direction of the plugging hole at intervals along the circumferential direction of the plugging hole, and the expansion holes 341 are communicated with the plugging hole and the external environment. The first connecting section 36 is generally cylindrical and is inserted into the bottom wall 121 of the base. The first electrical connection section 38 has a sheet-like structure, and the first electrical connection section 38 extends out of the rear riser 14 to be electrically connected to an external power supply device, thereby supplying power to the first plug connector 30. It will be appreciated that the shape of the first plug 30 is not limited thereto and may be provided in different shapes as desired.
When the first plug 30 and the second plug 45 are separated from each other, the maximum inner diameter of the first resilient plug end 34 is smaller than the outer diameter of the second plug 45. Thus, when the second plug connector 45 is inserted into the first elastic plug connector section 34, the first elastic plug connector section 34 expands outwards under the action of the second plug connector 45, and meanwhile, a reaction force is applied to the second plug connector 45 to increase the friction force between the second plug connector 45 and the first plug connector, so that the second plug connector 45 is prevented from loosening in the working process of the oven.
As shown in fig. 6, in particular, in another embodiment, the second connector 45 includes a second connection section 452, a second elastic connector section 454, and a second guide section 456 that are sequentially connected in the insertion direction of the second connector 45.
The second connecting section 452 is inserted into the connecting member 43 to connect with the heat generating component 41. The second elastic plugging section 454 is approximately olive-shaped, the outer diameter of the second elastic plugging section 454 gradually increases from one end connected with the second connecting section 452 to one end connected with the second guiding section 456, the second elastic plugging section 454 is provided with a compression cavity, the second elastic plugging section 454 is provided with a plurality of compression holes 4541 extending along the plugging direction along the circumferential direction, and the compression holes 4541 are communicated with the compression cavity and the external environment. The end of the second guide section 456 remote from the second connector 45 is hemispherical so as to be smoothly inserted into the first connector 30.
When the first plug 30 and the second plug 45 are separated from each other, the maximum outer diameter of the second resilient plug section 454 is larger than the inner diameter of the first plug 30. Thus, when the second plug 45 is inserted into the plug hole of the first plug 30, the second elastic plug section 454 is contracted inwards under the action of the first plug 30, and simultaneously applies a reaction force to the first plug 30 to increase the friction force between the two, so as to avoid loosening from the first plug 30.
It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the first connector 30 is provided with a socket, and the second connector 45 is inserted into the socket. The specific structures of the first plug member 30 and the second plug member 45 are not described herein with reference to the above embodiments.
In some embodiments, the heating structure 40 further includes a detachable handle 50, the detachable handle 50 is disposed on a side of the connecting member 43 facing the heating component 41, and the second plug member 45 is connected to the heating component 41 through the detachable handle 50. In this manner, an operator can grasp the removal grip 50 to remove the heating structure 40 without grasping the heating assembly 41. Further, in an embodiment, the end of the detachable handle 50 facing the second connector 45 is provided with a plurality of gripping grooves 52 extending along the length direction of the detachable handle 50, and the bottom wall 121 of the gripping groove 52 is wavy along the length direction, so as to be convenient for the user to grip.
As shown in fig. 1,2 and 7, in some embodiments, the heating device 100 further includes at least two fixing members 60 for fixing the heat generating component 41 in a vertical direction.
Specifically, the fixing member 60 includes a connecting arm 61 and two holding arms 63 extending in the same direction from opposite sides of the connecting arm 61, and a holding gap 65 with a variable width is formed between the two holding arms 63. The two fixing members 60 are disposed at intervals along the spacing direction between the left side wall 122 and the right side wall 123 of the heating inner container 12, the connecting arm 61 is mounted on the top wall 125 by a fastener and is located in the heating cavity 126, and the clamping gap 65 extends along the inserting direction of the second plug-in connector 45. Thus, the heating element 41 can be clamped in the clamping gap 65 and can slide along the clamping gap 65 in the plugging direction of the second plug connector 45.
The process of installing the heating structure 40 of the heating device 100 is as follows:
First, the detachable handle 50 is held, and the heating element 41 is inserted into the heating chamber and moved upward (i.e., in the direction of the top wall 125) until it is clamped by the fixing member 60. The heat generating structure 40 is then pushed toward the rear sidewall 124 until the second connector 45 is inserted into the first connector 30, thereby completing the installation of the heat generating structure 40.
The process of disassembling the heating structure 40 of the heating device 100 is as follows
First, the detachable handle 50 is held, and the heating structure 40 is pulled out in a direction away from the rear sidewall 124, so that the second connector 45 is separated from the first connector 30. And then moves downward (i.e., in the direction of bottom wall 121) until heat generating component 41 is disengaged from mount 60, and finally heat generating structure 40 is removed from heating chamber 126, thereby completing the removal of heat generating structure 40.
The heating device 100 and the heating apparatus provided with the same, the heating structure 40 is elastically connected with the first plug connector 30 on the heating housing 10 through the second plug connector 45, and the connection of the two has the advantages of stable and reliable contact, high pluggable frequency, long service life and the like, and the heating assembly 41 is not required to be fixed by using fasteners such as screws, so that the heating structure 40 can be quickly and conveniently disassembled after the heating apparatus is cooled.
The technical features of the above-described embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above-described embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.
The above examples illustrate only a few embodiments of the invention, which are described in detail and are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention, which are all within the scope of the invention.
