Abstract

一种萘磺酸盐聚合物阴离子表面活性剂制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:S1、准备原料:萘磺酸盐、氨基聚醚有机硅、己二酸、硅膏、乙醇、乳化剂、正丁醇、增稠剂g、甘氨酸甜菜碱和水;S2、在250ml三口烧瓶中加入萘磺酸盐、乙醇、甘氨酸甜菜碱和水混匀,在常压氮气保护下油浴加热至120摄氏度,保持20min,然后以150r/min搅拌20min,静置1h,得到溶液一;S3、在溶液一中加入氨基聚醚有机硅、己二酸、硅膏、乳化剂和正丁醇,在100摄氏度条件下搅拌30min,得到溶液二;S4、将溶液二在60摄氏度真空条件下干燥,即可获得产品。

一种萘磺酸盐聚合物阴离子表面活性剂制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及高分子领域,具体是一种萘磺酸盐聚合物阴离子表面活性剂制备方法。
背景技术
萘磺酸盐是一种化学物质,分子式是(C19H20N2)2·C10H8O6S2,物质形态为白色或类白色结晶性粉末。萘磺酸盐广泛应用于化工领域,通常配合表面活性剂使用。
现有技术中表面活性剂的应用越来越广泛,但是这类表面活性剂的合成工艺还存在着反应过程复杂、体系稳定性差、成本高、反应时间长、收率不高、环境污染、原料利用率低等难以克服的技术问题,不能满足目前工业应用上更高的需求。所以发明一种具有反应过程简单、制备成本低、环境友好的表面活性剂制备方法是十分必要的。
发明内容
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种萘磺酸盐聚合物阴离子表面活性剂制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
S1、准备原料:萘磺酸盐2-5g、氨基聚醚有机硅1-3g、己二酸1-2g、硅膏1-2g、乙醇3-10g、乳化剂0.1-1g、正丁醇2-6g、增稠剂0.02-0.06g、甘氨酸甜菜碱3-5g和水25-40g;
S2、在250ml三口烧瓶中加入萘磺酸盐、乙醇、甘氨酸甜菜碱和水混匀,在常压氮气保护下油浴加热至120摄氏度,保持20min,然后以150r/min搅拌20min,静置1h,得到溶液一;
S3、在溶液一中加入氨基聚醚有机硅、己二酸、硅膏、乳化剂和正丁醇,在100摄氏度条件下搅拌30min,得到溶液二;
S4、将溶液二在60摄氏度真空条件下干燥,即可获得产品。
优选地,所述增稠剂为羟烷基纤维素。
优选地,所述乳化剂为甲基葡萄糖苷倍半硬脂酸酯和甲基葡萄糖苷聚氧乙烯(20)醚的组合。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
通过本方法制备的表面活性剂,具有无毒、无磷、抗静电、低泡等特性,制备工艺简单、生产工艺简单、成本低廉、无污染、适用于工业规模化生产,并可作为仪器的清洗剂,农药、油墨的乳化剂、药物的增溶剂、助悬剂和抗凝剂的用途。

实施例一
一种萘磺酸盐聚合物阴离子表面活性剂制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
S1、准备原料:萘磺酸盐2-5g、氨基聚醚有机硅1-3g、己二酸1-2g、硅膏1-2g、乙醇3-10g、乳化剂0.1-1g、正丁醇2-6g、增稠剂0.02-0.06g、甘氨酸甜菜碱3-5g和水25-40g;
S2、在250ml三口烧瓶中加入萘磺酸盐、乙醇、甘氨酸甜菜碱和水混匀,在常压氮气保护下油浴加热至120摄氏度,保持20min,然后以150r/min搅拌20min,静置1h,得到溶液一;
S3、在溶液一中加入氨基聚醚有机硅、己二酸、硅膏、乳化剂和正丁醇,在100摄氏度条件下搅拌30min,得到溶液二;
S4、将溶液二在60摄氏度真空条件下干燥,即可获得产品。
优选地,所述增稠剂为羟烷基纤维素。

实施例三
一种萘磺酸盐聚合物阴离子表面活性剂制备方法,原料分量为:
萘磺酸盐3g、氨基聚醚有机硅2g、己二酸1g、硅膏2g、乙醇6g、乳化剂0.6g、正丁醇4g、增稠剂0.04g、甘氨酸甜菜碱4g和水35g。
实施例四
一种萘磺酸盐聚合物阴离子表面活性剂制备方法,原料分量为:
萘磺酸盐5g、氨基聚醚有机硅3g、己二酸2g、硅膏2g、乙醇10g、乳化剂1g、正丁醇6g、增稠剂0.06g、甘氨酸甜菜碱5g和水40g

S1、准备原料:萘磺酸盐2-5g、氨基聚醚有机硅1-3g、己二酸1-2g、硅膏1-2g、乙醇3-10g、乳化剂0.1-1g、正丁醇2-6g、增稠剂0.02-0.06g、甘氨酸甜菜碱3-5g和水25-40g;
S2、在250ml三口烧瓶中加入萘磺酸盐、乙醇、甘氨酸甜菜碱和水混匀,在常压氮气保护下油浴加热至120摄氏度,保持20min,然后以150r/min搅拌20min,静置1h,得到溶液一;
S3、在溶液一中加入氨基聚醚有机硅、己二酸、硅膏、乳化剂和正丁醇,在100摄氏度条件下搅拌30min,得到溶液二;
S4、将溶液二在60摄氏度真空条件下干燥,即可获得产品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种萘磺酸盐聚合物阴离子表面活性剂制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S1中原料分量为:
萘磺酸盐2g、氨基聚醚有机硅1g、己二酸1g、硅膏1g、乙醇3g、乳化剂0.1g、正丁醇2g、增稠剂0.02g、甘氨酸甜菜碱3g和水25g。

萘磺酸盐5g、氨基聚醚有机硅3g、己二酸2g、硅膏2g、乙醇10g、乳化剂1g、正丁醇6g、增稠剂0.06g、甘氨酸甜菜碱5g和水40g。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种萘磺酸盐聚合物阴离子表面活性剂制备方法,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为羟烷基纤维素。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种萘磺酸盐聚合物阴离子表面活性剂制备方法,其特征在于,所述乳化剂为甲基葡萄糖苷倍半硬脂酸酯和甲基葡萄糖苷聚氧乙烯(20)醚的组合。
